Upon my first visit to this store, I simply walked in, checked out the merchandise, and took a walk through the store.

Took my dog to be groomed today and when I got home with her she started dragging her behind on the floor, I looked and she was bleeding and red beside her privacy area so I put some onitment on her. Later I put her in the bathtub and ran cool water over that area. A little back story, this is the 3rd time it's happened at this location. You're probably wondering why I took her back there, well it had been over a year and I live fairly close to that location. I was off work today and I thought surely this won't happen a third time, but I was wrong, it did. (I actually told the groomers at drop off that she is a squirmy dog and to be careful around "that" area). I tried calling the store multiple times but no one answered, so I ended up loading the dog back up in the car and took her back to the store. Once we arrived I asked to speak with the store manager and soon Scott came up to speak with me. He was nice and I don't know if it was the way I dressed, I was home for the day and was in cut-offs and a plain tee, but I felt like I got the brush-off. He wants me to call tomorrow after 9 to see about getting an appointment to see their vet. I've seen their vet before after one of her other incidents and I wasn't impressed. That's it no sorry, no refund, no nothing. This isn't about money but of course but it would've been nice to be offered compensation for the pain my dog is suffering. So 3 strikes and you 're out Petsmart. That's the last bit of money you'll see from me. I can't in good conscience bring my pet back to you ever! I wanted to like your store and grooming, but no I just can't.

Rude and unprofessional manager and staff. I saw a deal tag but I didn’t know if the promotion is from the dog food brand or from pet smart or how to get it. I asked the staff and none of them knew anything about it. So I asked the manager who was extremely impatient. He sorta explained it and asked if I activated the offer to get treats and points. I was a little confused because I didn’t know the points are also called treats so I asked if the offer is on the pet treats. He said gosh and walked away on me. I had to figure it out later by myself and found out to get the offer you have to activate the offer first before the purchase

I bout a beautiful budgie. I need a friend for her. This is day one. She is healthy but after a few hours together she has shown a bit of aggressiveness toward my long time darling. We will see if it goes away; she has come to the Ritz. Lol🐦

I buy live crickets every week for my tree frog.1 out of 3 times they don't have them.1 out of 5 times the crickets are half dead.The store is great, convenient, a little pricey but have everything you would need for a pet, but they need to better the cricket environment.

Well I’m just a little confused because this is the only location that doesn’t price match with chewy. Right after they told me no I called 4 other locations I’ve purchased at this year and they all confirmed with me that they do in fact price match. Not to mention the cashier Fabian was very condescending

This place is very very unprofessional!!! I’ve let the manager Pam know about all the feeder fish having ich and they still don’t treat it or have it under control!! It’s been about 6months and still no treatment. Every time I buy fish from here they are covered and ich and they don’t care! They are very nonchalant about it! I’ve told many workers about it and they shrug and say “I just wouldn’t buy any from here” if I can’t buy from here then we’re am I gonna buy from? I definitely won’t be shopping here anymore 😡🤬🤬🤬

Walked in with purchases from the store next door and wanted to ask if they wanted my bags to stay at the front the cashier rolls her eyes as we walk in and turns around as I approach to ask she tends to her customer who walked up after and ignores me as I ask the question she ask the customer for her phone number and seems irritated im asking one simple question shes the only one standing at the front so I couldn’t run around to ask someone else if you can’t multitask you shouldn’t be in customer service im a cashier myself and know if two customers ask me questions both questions should be answered regardless of my personal frustrations highly unprofessional on her part a simple “ give me just one second “ as I approached the counter to save my breath and her her moment of drama but she chose to be snarky and irritable from the moment we walked in

We have take dogs to PetSmart for years and for the most part, I have had a very pleasant experience. Sometimes there’s an occasional attitude, but nothing I can’t handle. Yesterday we dropped our dog off to get groomed and when we pick him up, didn’t know it noticed it right away but his right eye was slowly closing, was red and running. I didn’t notice it until I got home so I called up to Petsmart to speak to the groomer, Bailey, and asked if she noticed anything. Did he get poked in the eye? Did he get product in his eye? Maybe when he got his trim, could hair have possible gotten in his eye. Of course she had no idea, although it’s obvious that something happened while he was getting groomed as his eye wasn’t like that when he was dropped off. I expect my dog to be taken care of when in care of the groomer and if something happens, to please just let me know. Now we have to take him to the vet and see what she says. I’m so disappointed. Will also have to find a groomer who cares.

Although I was unable to get my dad's dog groomed there, they were very nice and knowledgeable. It was not the staff's fault that my dad's dog is so spoiled that she would not allow anybody else to handle her. Again the staff was very gentle and understood her situation. If my dogs needed grooming I would certainly take them.

Took my new puppy in and loved this store! They even have a veteranarians office in the back and -what looked to be -fully enclosed training area. The employees were very knowlegable and were able to get us set up with everything I needed for my sweet new (and 1st!! puppy)

I would give zero stars if I could. I called to see if I could return some items and get a gift card to get other items since I paid in cash and didn’t have my receipt I talked to the front desk associate who said they would ask their store manager because it was against policy. I said thank you for helping and waited patiently on hold, understanding that if they can’t they can’t no big deal. Another manager named Pam then spoke to me she was perfectly nice and after listening to my situation said she would go ask the store manager. I said thank you again and waited patiently. At this point the phone call had been about 15 minutes long. At around the 23 minute mark Sarah picked up and asked how she could help me, I told her that Pam was supposed to be asking the store manager a question for me and I had been on hold for almost ten minutes. Without saying a word she hangs up the phone. I call back thinking maybe the call had dropped and immediately am put on hold. I don’t even care about the gift card it’s really not a big deal if they can’t do it it’s my fault for losing the receipt but the fact that I was hung up on and left on hold for that long is ridiculous.

Took my husky, Kasha, in yesterday and paid $94 for a bath, nail grinding, teeth cleaning, and an extra 20 min of brushing with the Furminator. This is not our first time using this grooming salon and it has always taken at least 3.5 hours, however, this time I got the call after only 2.5 hours so I was already skeptical about the quality of this visit. I picked her up and could immediately tell that loose clumps of hair were still hanging on especially on her hind quarters and other loose hair could be seen covering the rest of her coat. After getting her home I realized the hair between the pads of her feet was cut choppy and still long on 1 foot as well as the hair on the tops of her feet shaggy and uneven. When looking at her feet I noticed that not all of her nails had even been cut or ground. Some were still long and pointed. Kasha is older very calm and a bit anxious, never aggressive even tho going to the groomer is not her favorite thing to do. Leaving her somewhere in the care of others isn't great for me either but since having both shoulders replaced in the last 2 years brushing her has become very difficult for me. I gave 2 stars because she is clean, smells good, and her teeth were apparently cleaned. After prior visits her coat would be smooth and not choppy looking, her nails would be showing with the hair cut evenly on top and underneath. I'm incredibly disappointed after paying $94 for this terribly sloppy work. Please check out the photos to see that hers is NOT the coat of a freshly groomed animal and certainly not worth the extra I pay because of her breed. Also please note that I rarely give negative reviews but as prices go up on everything it's important to me that my $ isn't wasted and if I can help someone else to not waste their $ then I have a responsibility to do that. If you are planing on buying an animal don’t recommend buying from Petsmart I recommend you look for a local Breeder that cares and loves these animals. We had a bad experience we bought a beautiful chinchilla for Xmas and it got sick 5 days later took him to the veterinary clinic and they said petsmart sold us a sick and very young a baby chinchilla not a 4month old like they said , we tried to help the poor thing we had him for 17 days in and out of the vets office but they couldn’t do anything else for him. Contacted the manager of this store since they did sale us a sick chinchilla he basically said it was our fault for trying to help the poor animal by taking him to the vet and not to them, like if they were going to do anything to help him pretty sure they were just going to give us another one.. like returning a broken toy! Who knows what they do with the sick ones people return!! they sale these animals for the money of course not because they care for them and this manager he seemed use to this kind of situation he just didn’t care.That’s sick and sad very sad Petsmart!! 🤬
