The ladies here do a fair job groomingA few days after my dog was groomed she developed one of the worst ear infections she has ever had, usually this occurs when water gets in the ear canal without proper ear cleaning solution to dry the ear properly. I can tell these ladies are overwhelmed, there is not enough staff for the number of appointments they are booking. Petco should hire more groomers even if it means paying them more to attract more employees so they have time to groom properly.

They called me the day before the appointment and demanded that I either bring my dog an hour earlier (I booked online days before) or they would refuse to take him. I explained that my work schedule made that impossible and that I had disclosed all the relevant info when making the appointment. I told them that I needed him groomed before the weekend and offered to bring him 30 minutes early. They said they would be focused on other clients and cancelled the appointment on me. What a joke of an operation. They left me and my poor guy hanging. Note that all the good reviews are at least 10 months old. They’ve gone downhill since then clearly.

The staff here will look for ways to get out of grooming your animal, or at the very least only doing part of what you asked. Clearly, they don't work on commission, I'm not sure if they do any actual work at all.

Molly is the really great with my dogs. She does great with the grooming but she goes beyond grooming because she tries to make the dogs comfortable with her presence and takes a personal interest in each dog. She is very observant to their needs or any thing she sees that might need some attention. Molly is the reason I use Petco grooming on north penn.

The people here are so nice and they treat you like they love your business. I would drive 30 miles out of my way passing other petcos to go to this one! Please go here and give your business to them because they do appreciate it!!!
