We had the privilege of meeting the sweetest guy ever.Christian was the kindest young man whe have every .God Bless his employment at Petco.. they are lucky to have some much Talent in a great clean store.Christian your kindness and love for the care of the fish is amazing..I hope you one day become a Manager You're truly a darling.

The store is well tended and stocked. My cats like that. Friendly and helpful clerks. Plenty of brands for food and supplies. The prices are reasonable and affordable.

No matter if it's a quick stop or a longer trip, I love coming by Petco. The staff is so nice and helpful, the store is clean, and I love the little snack bar of dog treats.

Please consider honoring manufacturer coupons when combined with store sales. Not my job to know what’s on sale, but it’s deceptive practice to send coupons in the mail that Petco won’t honor because the item is already simultaneously on sale in store. 😡

We really love Petco but our experience last night was just amazing! We usually just run in and out to grab food for our Bengals but we had a 50% coupon for some really good brands so grabbed a bag of one of them and went to go check out. The girl working the register, Jemisha, was incredible. She was really knowledgable of the foods and gave us good info about what we usually get (Nutro) and the bag we got with the coupon (Merrick). She answered a lot of our questions and taught us some tricks for saving money as well. If y’all see this, give this girl a raise! She 100% deserves it.

Got my dog groomed here today. Ladies in the grooming studio are so great. Groomed my dog perfectly! They advised me to go pay first and I did the cashier though was so rude. She questioned why I was laying there? Wouldn’t give me a receipt and tried to over charge me. Upper management needs to do something with her. But I really liked the grooming studio.

I’ve had my dog groomed here every month for the past few months and this is officially my last time coming. I book my appointments weeks in advance, only to show up scheduled with a groomer I did not request and was told they had too many dogs so I would have to wait outside for at least another 20min past my appointment. I really enjoyed the previous service I had but this time was ridiculous.Update: it took me over 45min to check him in, they continued to help other dogs while I’ve been continuing to wait and now they have refused to continue his grooming and now I need to come back and pick him up.

Not only are the Petco stores among the most expensive pet supply stores in the metro area, they are now charging customers for their plastic bags!! So be prepared, if you purchase multiple items and require a bag so you can carry your purchases to your car, it's going to cost you an extra dime, if you don't bring your own bag! I understand a dime is not much, but it's the idea of this company NOT APPRECIATING OUR BUSINESS ENOUGH TO PROVIDE a 3 to 5 cent plastic bag for our purchase. And then …THERE IS the attitude they have while informing customers of the "new company policy". If their "bags" are certified compostable and biodegradable that would be one thing but I'm betting they are not. PETCO is just ANOTHER GREEDY COMPANY taking undue advantage of customers and contributing to this outrageous inflation.The other, less expensive pet supply stores, are going to see an increase in customers!! Thank goodness! Then maybe all these price increases will start to decrease.If a business wants to stay in business rule # 1 is to appreciate it's customers!1. Charging customers for JUNK, CHEAP bags is NOT CUSTOMER APPRECIATION!2. Making a profit off bags is simply WRONG!

On 5/25 I went in to try to get exactly what I wanted in approximately 20 minutes before they closed. It would have taken less than 5 minutes. The customer service was nonexistent and the girl turned off the lights to what I wanted never even acknowledging me or the other two customers waiting for help. It was perceived that she was put out by even having to be there. The attitude was it for me. I hope she has a better day and I will go shop elsewhere.

I used the vector service for my dog. Vax plus new dog Vax, heart worm test and meds about 240. I asked employee on phone if vet could check ears and trim nails. They said yes. Vet looked in ear and said dogs ear looked red. But they couldn't treat it or trim nails. So, now I got another vet bill. I should just have had everything done at the regular vet. Live and learn.

It's okay. The people are nice but they never really have very good stock. A lot of times things are out of stock for a very long time! Plus the crickets that I get from here don't live very long. You are better off going to PetSmart!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a wide selection of the basics your Fur- or Scale-baby may need. And they are open till 9pm, which is a huge bonus for me.

$56 and 3 hours later, my dog was picked up soaking wet without anything else done during her grooming appointment. She peed on the floor as we left and downed a whole bowl of water once we got home.

I have been coming to this store for over a year now and It has been absolutely amazing! Everyone Is so friendly and always willing to help when needed and no shopper stalkers! Loved it so much even booked a full training session with their trainer Elsie *Sorry if I spelled your name wrong* but she has been an absolute god send with my Tyson and Me! Someone Give all these employees a raise right away! Plus gas is high they could use it anyway dont be selfish Petco! lol :)

Clean, but overpriced as always. The cashier had a dog behind the counter that caused some issues when another worker came out. She had to restrain the dog during our checkout process. Then, a customer showed up that seemed upset and the cashier literally walked away from us and told another worker (who tried to tell her she was busy) that they needed to deal with us because of the other customer. I guess this customer is a groomer there who'd recently had her dog stolen and the cashier felt she needed to go help her with something. I wouldn't have minded her going to help, but finish the transaction first next time.Animals we bought were healthy and are doing great. But the supplies we bought were overpriced and the water bottle doesn't really work. We had to add a water bowl because they can't get water from the bottle.

Staff almost non existent. Not cordial at all. Spoke very little even while I was checking out. Had I needed assistance, I didn't see any extra staff which could have stayed assisted me.Not a pleasurable shopping experience.
