I write this as my dog and absolute best friend in this world continues to suffer. She continues to suffer because "Pet Friends" refuses to provide even the most minor veterinary service for my Pet I can think of. Which is SIMPLY, lay eyes on her from across the room, notice obvious and uncomfortable swelling in animals hip, suggest some type of antiinflammatory until a full diagnosis is made by the Vet at an available time. Done. I'm happy, appreciative, grateful and most importantly my dog will have something to help with the discomfort of an injured hip. This scenario where “Pet Friends" actually showed some genuine compassion for my animal isn't part of their reality.Full Disclosure:The reality is that after calling 5 days prior to today(dog has been injured 6 days now) and them scheduling their "earliest available" appointment for 9:30-10:30 this morning. To my continued regret and frustration I arrived at my appointment 45 minutes late, I apologized prefusely for doing so, I wanted to pay for the full visit if the doctor could see my pet for only just a moment. This was too much to ask even after I pleaded for any possibilities the Vet could see her, even if I needed to leave her there, I offered to pay cash, I offered to do whatever it took. Nope. I was informed it would be another 2 days before the "Pet Friends" could lay eyes on her, supposedly. My dog WAS a patient at "Pet Friends" for around a year prior to today.

Dr. Smith has been so good to us over the years. My dog had bloat a year ago, and not only did she get her right in when I knew something was wrong, but she also made the calls to get her into an ER. The records were sent over before we arrived and she called both the hospital and me every single day after it happened to check in on us. There are definitely good vets out there, but Dr. Smith at Pet Friends Veterinary Hospital is extraordinary. She goes out of her way to make sure her patients are cared for, and I'm so so extremely grateful. She is a big reason why my Stellabug is alive today. This place has exceptional staff and I couldn't recommend them more.

My dog had an appointment scheduled for normal shots about 2 weeks out, then she developed a couple issues. I asked if they could do any closer appointments, but there were no appointments available. So the team at Pet Friends put me on a cancelation waitlist; we ended up getting an appointment the next day. After the visit and some medication, my pup was feeling better with 2 days!Love this team and Dr. Smith!

The staff is amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like it was a very safe place for my fur balls and that they would be treated well. It's also convenient that they can take care of my guinea pig and cats without needing to go somewhere else.

I cannot sing enough praises of the whole team at Pet Friends Vet! The super helpful front desk team, very knowledgable and professional tech team, and Dr. Smith is phenomenal. She takes the time and care needed for every question and I never feel rushed or that I don't understand what she's saying. In addition, she goes above and beyond for more complicated problems to help get your pet the best care even if it means going to a specialist. It made me feel so much better to know that she was working so diligently to help us get the answers we needed to help our pup. Also, the fact that the staff is trained with "Fear Free" vet handling is a huge plus in my book. We love Pet Friends Vet!

If you have a pet rabbit and are looking for an experienced, rabbit-savvy vet, Dr. Smith at Pet Friends is who you want to see. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, experienced, and definitely loves the bunnies she provides care for. The techs are very compassionate as well, and so caring even when dealing with a difficult patient (such as my diva rabbit, who absolutely hates being handled). Really can't recommend this place enough. They will take great care of your babies.

My dogs have never been seen here BUT when I called them about a stray I found in the road they chipped him for me and offered suggestions on where to take him. I was in a PANIC and they were so kind and caring. Definitely recommend!!

This has been the best experience I've ever had at a Vet clinic! Everyone here has been so kind to me and my dog. My dachshund was diagnosed with IVDD. We had gone to a different vet who wanted to do surgery. We couldn't afford that and didn't want surgery because our dog is 12 yrs old and we thought that would be too hard on him. We brought him here to Pet friends for a second opinion and the Doctor fully supported us in going the slow rehab route. Our dog did 3 weeks of Laser light therapy. It has helped him so much! The doctor has been so patient and understanding regarding our financial situation with absolutely no judgment, which I've never experienced at any other vet. Everyone here has taken great care of our dog and the energy here is very positive and uplifting! I'm so grateful we have found a vet clinic that we love and trust! Thank you so much to everyone at Pet Friends Veterinarian Hospital!!

My experience was great. I entered the appointment very nervous and upset anticipating the prognosis of my almost 18 year old cat but Dr. Smith (as many times in the past) with her caring personality and extreme knowledge and competence quickly calmed and helped my cat and the situation!!! I have NO complaints and I highly recommend Pet Friends Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for excellent pet care from a wonderful staff!!!

Dr. Davis has been taking care of my Rottweiler since he was 7-weeks old. Although I have not had the chance to personally see her bedside manners due to COVID restrictions, I can tell that she loves her job and cares about the animals she treats. The staff is friendly and responsive. I recommend this vet to all my pet parent friends.

My first visit to this hospital turned out to be a very sad one, as I ended up having to make the wrenching decision to let my cat go. Dr. Smith made the difficult task of euthanizing our cancer ridden dog so much easier by coming to our home. Our sweet dog was terrified of offices after 2 years of treatments. Thanks to Dr. Smith she didn't even get our of her favorite chair and there was no fear. Just all the cheese she could want and a gentle sleep. Thank you so much.

A great place to take exotics like lagomorphs. Dr. Smith is awesome. She even called us back to check in on the little patient. Our Lil furbaby is right as rain again. She was able to help us get past GI Stasis issues.
