“Came into Pawtopia today for the first time , and got some great help from shy! She helped me find some great treats for my pup that has a ton of allergies, the treat wall is huge!! So many options and a ton of limited ingredient treats — which we found plenty that my pup can have! The very tall guy she was working with was helping other customers at the time but they both seem very knowledgeable about what they’re selling . Loved it , started an account (they gave us a free chew off the chew bar), and will be back as a regular from now on “

Love this place! — pawtopia is my new pet place! Lots of choices (no corn, soy, wheat, fillers) love that!! Shy & michelle are a great duo! They are both so knowledgeable and seem very dedicated to help customers and their furry friends! Bryce showed me the dogwash , it’s stocked full of all kinds of shampoo , conditioner , face wash , grooming tools, and even a pet cologne! 3 big baths/ and 3 dryers! Such a great price for a wash and dry! Overall loved my experience & will be back for more recommendations! 100/100 😃

Just visited this place and was very happy with my experience! The workers are super sweet and helpful. I also thought it was going to be super expensive but it really wasnt, they also had a much better selection than i thought they would! I will definitely be buying all of my dogs treats and food here!

This place is great! Wonderful customer service. The dog wash station is all you need and makes washing big dogs so much easier. I was also able to find harness leashes for my 1 pound yorkie. Great selection of everything you need for your pets.

Clean store and friendly employees. The wash room is top notch. The stainless steel tubs have walk up ramps and several shampoo/conditioner options. They have brushes and very absorbent towels then the blow dryers. Only thing is the website shows $15 wash but we were apparently charged $18 per dog.

The people here are so nice and they are so helpful. We went in for the dog wash. It’s kept clean and sanitized and after each wash it’s cleaned again. I really like that.

Wow, this new location is really spacious and full of awesome goodies too! Our birthday boy LOVED his beautiful cupcake and cannoli! As well as meeting your sweet, adoptable kitties! Thank you all so much! I especially love the self serve, dog wash/dry room! It is so convenient and keeps him healthy and comfy for a really affordable price! ❤️I do have one safety concern (and employees at both locations, truly strive to keep the floors as dry as they can). However, it still gets dangerously slippery once water gets around the rubber mats.People and animals should practice caution and move slowly in the room, with evenly distributed weight. There have been a few times, I've come close to falling when taking off to walk and unfortunately a younger man did fall, landing on his hip.So, I usually throw a towel down under my feet to absorb some splashing and slip, which helps. But you can still trip on that and remember that the mats underneath you, can still move against the wet floor.Guiding your animal where to go is also wise until they get used to the set up. Many are not used to ramps or tubs and may try to jump off or can accidentally slip.Otherwise, the set up is really nice!! We enjoy their services, knowledgeable employees and healthy products like the hide-free chews and baked goods! Keep up the awesome work Pawtopia, OKC LOVES YOU!

Let's just say my experience was horrible with the cashier getting smart with me and the lady that cut's the dog's nails. Horrible and rather sad customer service. I will never go back. If I could give them a -10 I would.

I stoped in to pick up some probiotics and hip/joint supplements for my dog. I checked out the dog wash area and decided to bring my dog back for a quick wash. I think there are three tubs and drying stations. They were full when I returned so I waited about 10 minutes for one to open up. The wait was fine, we were able to walk around outside in the grassy areas before coming back inside.I was given a quick but thorough crash course on the wash station, shampoos and conditioner and rinsing process, and available brushes and tools. There was a nice ramp that was very useful for my older dog. After a bit of coaxing he scurried right up. He enjoys baths and sat there, making eyes at the dog across from him, and getting a good scrubbing and rub down.I used the two towels provided to wiped and dry him off. I opted to skip the driers since they are so loud (more of a sensory issue for me than my dog, he didn’t seem to mind) and he dries quickly. So we checked out and were on our way.He’s so fresh and clean and handsome-and he knows it. I’ll definitely be back. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I’ve been here a couple times and have really enjoyed taking my dog to get his bath. This time I had a few more bumps and we had to move drying stations a couple times which wasn’t a big deal but it was really nice of the team to cover our bath because of the inconvenience. Definitely recommend even for the inexpensive bath that that it is normally- they even provide the towels, shampoo, conditioner, brushes, and heated blowers

I was impressed. The store is in a very competitive market. Staff is well trained and is very knowledgeable. A little bit out of the way, but as other businesses open in the immediate area, store should do well. Keeping my fingers crossed 🤞.
