My standard poodle's regular groomer was on maternity leave. I had planned on waiting until she came back to work but Hero's hair got out of control! Someone recommended Pawfecto to me so I called to make an appointment. Even after explaining my situation, they were very friendly and accommodating with me. I was able to get an appointment within a week. They did an EXCELLENT job on my service dog! They were kind to me but more importantly, to him.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they were a bit more expensive (only $10) than what I usually pay. Because I am on such a tight budget, I wasn't able to tip any extra. : (I would definitely use them again, and recommend them highly!

We have taken our dogs there for years after first getting a dog that needed regular grooming- a Bichon Frise. Since then, we have taken our fluffy Peek-a-Poo and our Yorkie mix long haired. The staff is wonderful. Our dogs have always run to the door when I told them it was time to see Shannon. The staff is friendly and truly care about our animals. They come out looking beautiful. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this establishment.

Nice people, great service. Only issue was there was a strong pet urine odor inside their business. Don't know if that can be cleaned enough to remove it? Still, I'd recommend them for they way they treated my dog and me.

Pawfecto is an awesome place to get your dog groomed. My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was a mess when I took her to the groomer. We now go about once a month and the transformation is amazing. My dog Quinn comes out looking good and smelling even better! She has skin allergies and they use a great shampoo on her. Her groomer is so kind, knowledgeable, and skilled.It's busy there but it is an organized chaos. I won't go anyplace else.

I have used Pawfecto for years. I always get a friendly reception as do my dogs. The holding cages are clean and the employees are knowledgeable and skilled in grooming. My dogs come back looking good. I have watched as the groomers work and they are attentive to the dogs so I have no concerns about the well-being of my dogs when I drop them off.

I had been a client for a long time and never had an issue. As time went on issues starting arising. When the person that groomed my dogs left there I did to. Well tried to go back there with 3 dogs, two of which had been there, 1 of them since birth. I called and set an appointment for 4/9 with no issues, and then I get a call from the Owner, Shannon, in which she stated that she did not want to groom my dogs and had no interest in grooming my dogs or my business. She was not very pleasant about it either.

Want a groomer who loves your dogs? I do not trust many people with my 4-legged babies but I never worry about them in the care of Pawfecto. Shannon and the team are incredible and actually care about the well being of my family! Thanks for what you do!

They groom animals. I wouldn't say the animals come out like works of art, though they are groomed. The new location smells funny, though not as bad as the previous location. Our dog always seems oddly excited to leave. I never see him pulling as hard against anyone to get back to me as he is when I pick him up. UPDATE BASED ON VENDOR RESPONSE: We used your services for years, first when you were near Crest and then when you moved. My Google username does not match my Pawfecto username. You won't find anything if that is what you are looking for.

I was referred here just arriving from out of state for quality service. They were friendly enough yet butchered my dogs nail as it was bleeding profusely for almost an hour. I’ve been never had this happen even at the big box pet stores. My pet may never want to get her nails done again

Great price. Very friendly staff. Convenient hours. They open at 7:30am most days and can keep the dog there during the day while you work if you're not able to pick them up immediately. I always pre-pay so it's simple to drop my dog of and pick him up at the end of the day. It can get a little crowded at drop of in the morning, so just be sure to be about 15 mins early.

I took my baby in to be groomed and immediately had a horrible feeling when I walked in. They made me sign a waiver "in case anything happened." This was very unsettling and I worried about her all day! I wasn't able to pick her up until 5pm and the smell inside was horrible. I won't be taking her back; for the price they charge, it's not what I would expect experience wise and quality wise.

They got my ragamuffin bit bit dog in. Fixed my hack job. I shaved her cause she was matted while I was looking for a new groomer. They finished getting her cut down, shaped her face and she came back so happy. Thank you guys!!!
