I'm seriously impressed with this store. Every time I've been there, everything is well stocked. The rollers have always been full and fresh but the one thing I'm not too impressed with is the hot foods you can order. They're just mediocre in taste but I also don't expect it to be a gourmet meal in a convenience store.I've never seen an unhappy employee; they're always friendly, smiling and making sure I'm doing good.Honestly, I'm just happy to try all their coffee selections in their machine. I'm easily pleased!

Their burgers are awesome! No more 1Whataburger for me! OnCue burgers are made to order and are surprisingly better than most fast food burgers..add some fries with the kick it up seasoning and you won't be disappointed..

Went into store on 11-13-23Waited in line to get a cashier. When the cashier said come forward, he came around the counter and directed me to the self-pay. That’s not what I waited in line for. Then the GM was very rude and said that’s what he directs his employees to do, whenever there’s a line to come around the counter and direct customers to self-pay. Just my opinion, but they should ask if I want to self-pay before directing me to do so. Not sure if this is policy or procedure but it sucks.Hi Jim

I like that most oncue stores are clean and has a very of good and drinks. I like the awards cards . It's nice to get something back.

Has the option to buy a Car wash but doesn't even tell you where it's at. And then when you get the receipt, it still doesn't tell you where it's at. And it's half a block down the road past a light and intersection and no information on anything about that before or after you purchase it. If I wouldn't have asked an employee where it was I wouldn't even know where it was. Very very poor service in my opinion. Then when I show up the car wash it's closed so I had to drive back up to Oncue to get refund.. horrible way of doing business

Deleted my 2 star review and moved down to a 1 star.. again the bathroom have no soap.. which means every employee doesn't wash their handa.. and after touching all that money.. and stock.. and just leaving it for customers to consume.. and both the air pumps in front of the store are out of order.. nearest oncue to my house.. next is 36th and may.. or 39th and rockwell.. let's see the reviews I've left at those as stores.. and i love how yall responded to my last review.. we sorry for the inconvenience.. we pride ourselves.. well if this is your pride. Its seriously lacking.. in guidance.. in management.. in employees.. and it shows..

Just waited 30 mins in drive thru just to have to go in and find out that the ice machine was off and couldn’t get a drink. All workers were just walking back and fourth ignoring the long line in drive thru.

Still shiny and new, my new favorite OnCue. Let's start with "The Grill." I'm on a mission to try everything on their menu. Super friendly staff manning the grill with a great variety of all my favorites. Onion burgers, pizza (made to order) and you can order ahead so your pizza order will be ready when you get there. Hot dogs, tater tots, jalapeno chicken bites and so much more. I will get a picture of the menu on my next stop. The breakfast food, like the breakfast taco (it is as big as a burrito) and perfectly cooked. Not overcooked so it's like you just got it out of the pan yourself. Breakfast pizza is a must. There is a lot of pride in the food prep and you will notice. Stop by and try 1 or 2 of your favorites. Maybe one to take home. Plenty of seating to enjoy immediately. A few more of my favorite things: the fresh ground coffee and the selection of coffees is worth the trip alone. Iced, Nitro ice (just had this deliciousness), big selection of syrups, toppings seem endless so it is a great way to try a new creation. The air pumps to air up your tires are free and they are programmed to the factory recommended PSI. No muss, no fuss and you instantly get better gas mileage. Great staff that just leaves you happy you stopped by.*I have a few more favorites: there are 3 different cheeses for tacos, hot dogs, anything else if you are a cheese lover like me. The express window is more than convenient. And don't forget to sign up for the OnCue Kickback card! It will give you cash back for gas and for me, I get a free coffee for every 4 I buy and don't forget Dr. Pepper. So many beverages and snacks too!

I changed my review from 3 stars to 4 stars because this time around I had a slightly better experience than last time.I admire how this OnCues are built and enjoy shopping here most of the time thanks to the availability of things, the clean bathrooms and how spacious this place is.I do not get my latte from here no more, which I used to buy twice a day, because in three different occasions I witnessed employees coming from the register without washing their hands and changing the milk jug and even touching the hose that goes inside the milk jug then wash their hand.Overall, the place looks great and well stocked.

Under construction and I was waiting in the normal line for a while and had to find out on my own that the food line was now the whole store line. People were at the front counter watching me wait, I made eye contact and was obviously waiting, once I finally noticed I asked and moved. Very sub par customer service.

Rudest people I've ever seen. There were 4 people behind the register, coffee area was out of several items & they said just use the items behind me. These employees were too busy visiting with each other & enjoying there drinks behind the register to help out the customers. GOOD BYE ONCUE, I'll go back to 7-Eleven!!!!!!

Every time I have stopped at this location BOTH tire air compressor stations are ALWAYS out of service. There are preventive maintenance companies that can service this in the city, since it seems to be so overwhelming for the OnCue staff to keep this simple machine in operation, do better.

The manager, I didn’t catch his name (dang it!), made our visit unforgettable. He was so responsive and present. He was working the drive-thru and the card we handed him fell to the ground. He hilariously bent out of the window to crawl down and grab it so we wouldn’t have to. I haven’t laughed that hard in so long. He is definitely the face of amazing customer service! I will make that my home OnCue from now on. With a manager like that, I’m sure the team is just as amazing.

Very impressed with this store very friendly employees they even look happy and they don’t make you wait in-line I even bought food and I’m not the one to buy gas station food and they even have security guards they talked me into buying a hot dog 😂and the hot dog was excellent I might be a regular from now on they need to get the atm fixed though

Was gonna grab some hot food and a drink after using the restroom... I am a tow truck driver and cannot wait for 15 minutes for my food to cook so I was gonna grab something already prepared but everything was already past the expiration time which was 5:21... so I just went to look for an 89 cent bottle of water but they had none... so I am leaving hungry and thirsty due to poor management at this oncue! This happens too often at this busy of an oncue! How sad!

I cashier, 7 people in line. No hand sanitizer in the bathroom. No paper towels to dry your hands and no toilet paper in the stalles. Worst onque I have ever visited.

We just needed some gas and this station offers alot of options. Flex fuel as well. We did not see any charging stations for teslas. Maybe not made it out this far yet.

They have horrible customer service they have so many people in and out of the store and not enough employees and so the employees are frustrated and are very rude to their customers and don't listen to anything they say.
