Not bad clothes but store was kinda aged and darker. Needs revavamp brighten up and get rid of carpet brighter floors white marble would help just brighten this boutique up more like a Dior or Brunello Cuccinelli.

Mr Brett Shore was extremely helpful and his customer service experience was top notch!! Even though my friend and I didn't find what he needed in his price range, Mr Shore suggested an alternative that worked! I personally will be back again to shop soon!!

Very sophisticated atmosphere, with great service. A family member of mine was getting a suit, and through I didn't get one myself, I could tell the assistant was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of every single cut, color, fabric, etc. I was very impressed with the service, as the gentlemen working we're very polite. The suits were quite fairly priced, expensive but in trade for great quality. The suit was fitted to my family member quite well, and I'm eager to see it when it's ready. Overall, very sophisticated with many high quality items. I hope to return one day to get my own suit.

Most places that carry high-end Men's clothing carry a certain level of snobbery along with the experience. Not Mr. Ooley's. I went in to check the place out for the first time and found some Salvatore Ferregamo loafers that I liked. The salesman couldn't find the second shield because the only one in stock of my size was the floor model. He searched far and wide, and the shoe didn't turn up. No big deal, it happens. So he took my name and number and promised to give me a call when the shoe comes in. Most places would see that they don't have it in stock and will dismiss you. The staff here is very friendly and conversational. I'll definitely be picking up some stuff from here.

Treated less than. My Dad shops at Mr. Ooley's l all the time and has bought many things as I have for my husband. My husband and I just moved back home, we walk in and are not greeted. One guy looked at us walk in and then turned around with a disgusted look on his face as if we had no business in the store. Needless to I will not be back to purchase my husband's suites and neither will my Dad.
