The best dog wash I’ve ever been to. I travel and have been to a few. Great water pressure for large dogs, very well lit, inside/climate controlled, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, etc. mixed in with the water and only five dollars for 10 minutes! There is also a fenced in grassy dog yard and the machine took my credit card, but also takes coins. I will be back when I am in Oklahoma City.

Great dog wash ! It was clean and kept up with. Everything was in working order except the treat station. My dogs especially enjoyed the little yard area to run around in after their baths.

I picked up this adorable pup at the OKCAW, and she was absolutely terrified. She immediately lost control of all bodily functions when I picked her up. 😔 In the car, she continued to hyper salivate and vomit. The overcrowded shelter has a smell all its own. My grandaughter and I stopped at Mac's to clean her up. The lady was very helpful. The dog wash is very convenient and had everything we needed. We were even given a plastic bag for the soiled blankets.If I lived closer, I would definitely visit this cute little store frequently. The dog wash is a back saver, but she also had lots of adorable supplies and treats available. If you are a pet lover or know someone who is, I encourage you to check her out. ❤️🐾

Change machine not working. Absolutely filthy. Large clumps of dog hair all over the place, including in the “tub.” Amd the honkers a change machine anyway? Even their car wash next door takes credit cards.Total waste of my time.Left one star because no negative score available.

Took my baby here today! Aside from his phobia of the dryer everything was nice and pretty clean considering it’s a dog washing place. I would suggest bringing $5’s instead of ones because you will have to keep going back and forth to the quarter machine

We haven't tried this place yet because, well, we don't have a pooch... Yet. Lol.It's still a really awesome options to be able to wash your dog in a professional grooming tub, and self serve? Definitely a great addition.

Not very clean... But I'm also not washing my kids either.... The soap and conditioner coming included in the water already is a huge help. I kinda wish the dry timer was a little slower to hang the wash . For long hair breeds you spend double drying than you do washing him up .

Went today to believe my dog a bath put 10 quarters in one machine nothing happen. Machine would click and no water nothing. Went to other shower machine and water pressure was so low I had to keep adding more and more quarters just to rinse soap off of my dog. There is no number posted in the facility or even online to bring concerns to.

Whomever owns this place needs to come check in every once in a while. Some bays just eat your quarters and don't work, others are jammed. There's also currently a squatter currently parked there for weeks in one of the only working bays. Has junk all over the place and an attached RV. If the owner/staff were around he would be gone. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time/coins here waiting on one of the few working bays.

This is the third time I have used the dog wash. I do recommend it. it’s normally kept fairly clean and the switch works great for the two dog bays. The only downside is there are only two bays and the machine only accepts quarters making it a little dated. Luckily if the change machine is out of order you can go next-door to the car wash and use theirs.

You put in a dollar and it only starts with 1 min!!?? Most other car washes start with at least 2 min iv been to a handful that start with 4 min. 25¢ for 15 seconds is a little to high priced for pressured water. I tried to use the tire cleaner but by the time it started to actually spray tire cleaner the machine was beeping and almost out of time so I basically wasted 1 dollar waiting for it to pump the tire cleaner. No thanks not again first and last time using this carwash

I have used this place for many years. One of the carwash bays just took my dollar bill, but didn't provide any carwash. My car is COVERED in SOAP from the first dollar it did take.I find no way to contact an owner or operator to request a refund

Don't even bother going here. The machine where you put in the coins for the self dog wash is jammed and no matter how much you try and pull them out they are stuck in there HARD. There was absolutely no body to help us out with the problem. The place was semi clean but not working. Don't recommend going here any time soon.

The water is warm. My dog loves that. Everything works. I like the door on the dog wash stand. This next part of the review is a review of the customers. Y'all are nasty disgusting humans. Your dogs deserve better then your filth. You know who you are and how you do.

Used side two. Took turns bathing both my dogs. 1st up was my puppy Ryder …this was his 1st experience with self service wash Then for miss thang. Everything worked great and was very clean. I’ve been there before but first time was not as good of a experience. Only cost $14 to bathe both ( one is English bulldog / boxer *BIG and other is chiweenie *SMALL)Then on to wash my truck while my fur babies rested from all the activity! So tough being a dog lolI was pleased with our experience today with both dog wash and car wash and it being 24 hrs is super convenient for us !!

Mac should be ashamed of the condition this facility is in. First only one side works, stall one wouldn't accept any quarters I tried to put in. Also change machine didn't work had to run next door to the car wash for quarters. Finally got set up in stall 2. Took 2 minutes and 45 seconds for the water to get warm. Water pressure was extremely poor, basically a trickle. No soap no other options just water came out. Each quarter added 30 seconds so you are basically paying $5 for .10 of Luke warm no pressure water. If you can't offer decent services then close your business. Absolute garbage of a dog wash.

The machines in the car wash stalls eat paper bills. So make sure to get change from the change machine in the middel. I go here all the time. The water pressure is good, and everything works. The place isnt dirty but its not super clean. If you have a few bucks and wanna wash your car yourself I recommend this place.

Right down the street from my place, my poodle had a massive issue, so I rushed him here. About 2-3 dollars later he’s almost a new pup. I wish the pressure was stronger and the time was just a little longer, but otherwise not bad.Coin op only, I brought my own quarters but they have a change machine (I didn’t try) and my own shampoo (based on other reviews)I’ll be back though, sure beats doing this in my own tub or paying someone else.

(Was at the car wash next door) Good and shady place ; The water won't dry too quickly. I used it many times when I had my impala LTZ. It is tucked back and you can also wash your dog nearby; but I never used that feature. Maybe soon ; God Willing.

This is not really a groomer, but a do it yourself washing station. I find it to be very helpful. It's much easier to wash my dog here than at home in the shower. The place is generally pretty clean. It smelled like wet dog, but... you wash dogs here so you'd expect that. Overall I'm a hard customer. You get about a minute for each fifty cents deposited.

There is 1 at 63rd and Rockwell that actually has Soap and conditioner in it. This man just doesn't care or understand that when you get here and you have no soap you have no recourse at all and put all your money in so if you're coming here bring your own soap but I wouldn't come here. I cant tell you how much money I've lost here. I'm sure he does it on purpose.

I haven't used the dog wash but go all the time to clean up the car. Always clean looking and strong water pressure. It's fun to let my kiddo help she really enjoys the different colors of soaps and wax when we are giving the car a good ol wash down.
