Check out was fast, but wheel barrel I purchased was locked out front and the manager only had a key… and she was busy. took way longer than it should… but normally more helpful

Every time I am needing any assistance for anything. No one is working, where is the staff? I requested help in plumbing 3 different times in one visit. They called for help & Nothing, no one, nada. I had to call the main number to request help. Wow! The only person over plumbing is at lunch at 6:30pm. So here I am at customer service & after 45 minutes, I have a special order item. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

Wow! We called up to the store and Bob was the one who helped us! He went above and beyond to help us! We just got everything picked up! He helped us load and made the process super easy! We need more people like Bob in the world! Big thanks to him! And it was his second day!!!

The new online ordering system is great! In the past, I've often struggled with online ordering from big box stores - usually it is faster to simply walk in and buy the item and pay at the register!Not anymore! Once you check in, scan the barcode from your email or app, your name & wait time is displayed on a screen with a wait time. I even had a split order that required two pickups on different dates. Handled with ease!The store is always clean and staff are nearby for questions. Granted - I still think its pretty stupid to have a "Self checkout Cashier" watching you work for Lowes instead of, well, SIMPLY BEING A CASHIER. But that's the world we live in, and why Amazon will probably be the only retailer left in America in a decade. But that's beyond the scope of this review. Keep up the good work, N. OKC Lowes!

Always Seem to find goodies here and can't beat getting a 10% military discount on top of that. Love how the garden section is laid out to be able to plan a beautiful layout for our home and good prices on inn stock items

The disrespect is real, I’m not even gonna make it a racial issue, I’m just gonna say my experience today exchanging my bottled water was a time, I will never make another purchase at Lowe’s an the employees that didn’t know how to ring up water and charge me 28.00 I reacted exactly how you treated me an the second employee that came yes you were wrong to, but the Manager oh yea I’m not even bothered about you refusing service as I had no intention of purchasing anything from you once I proved my point! I want you to know that no matter what you may have said to me to trigger meI know that your employees know how to ring up a exchange of water bottlesMy point is madeCustomer service is not applicable here

Lowe's is veteran & dog friendly. Great employees and easy to find stock. All areas are clearly marked & aisles clearly marked with items, but if you can't find it an employee in the Lowe's vest...the red or camo vest associate's will help you. Store manager is great & all over the store. Store is clean minus the open box destruction by customers.

Pro checkout takes way too long. Always great service here, but EVERY lowes seems to take longer for pro checkout, which is absolutely ridiculous. Regular checkouts are much faster.One of the employees even approached me in line to do the checkout faster, so they're clearly trying their best.... I think it might be something else, like just having a smaller amount of dedicated pro checkouts than is actually needed.

Old man in pro desk area is rude and unprofessional. Got attitude with my husband about phone sale instead of just telling him this locations policy won't let them. We use lowes and home depot for multiple purchases but this location will no longer receive our company's business.

If you're expecting to get some sort of help here when you come you're not going to get any we needed help getting a soft water tank paged for someone three times never got help, I wondered off finally found someone to come help me he was very knowledgeable and kind we go to check out and they tell me they can have someone help me load the item into my car they page someone we wait a while nobody shows up I end up having to unload this into my car by myself it's almost like going to Walmartit's almost like going to Walmart

Bought some insulation to blow into the attic. It came with a machine to blow it. However the machine was somewhat dysfunctional and half the hoses were blocked. Could not unplug it, so had to run on half the hosing. As much came out of the top of the machine as went in the attic it seems. Obviously they do not service them often!!!!

I asked you to join me and never shopping at Lowe's. They will make no exceptions to store credits or returns for anything past 90 days. No matter that it was a $15 return piece on a $2,000 purchase of appliances.

I went to Lowe's for some timber for a project that I am working on and while I was there Ashley no.# 2540 helped me out with customer service that made me want to let you know that it's nice to see people attending their customers needs and helping them get what they need it .I got my Timber with Ashleys assistance and I'm very pleased with my product. please pass along my thanks and I greatly recommend shopping at Lowe's again.Your store is the best.

Nightmarishly poor customer service, stay away!! We paid for a new washer/dryer, with delivery. They delivered the washer but the dryer was defective. The delivery people were shady and didn't believe we paid for parts when we did, they made us show us the receipt. The delivery people didn't work for Lowe's they're contractors, but they said we would get the new dryer in a day or two. Since then, I can't even count how long I've been on hold with Lowe's and random delivery/logistics people. They said the dryer would be delivered today but it wasn't. At this point, I'm wondering if I'll ever receive the expensive appliance that I fully paid up-front for. This is ridiculous and wrong! Don't pay good money to have these people deliver appliances because they'll deliver defective goods then blame all the confusion on their 3rd party contractors! It's incompetence at best, a SCAM at worst!!Edit: It is June 19. We paid full price, up-front for the dryer on June 3. Still no dryer. They've told us it would be delivered at least three different times now. They only sent us a defective one the first time, nothing since. At this point, I'm at my wit's end. Even if they deliver us the dryer, how do they compensate for all the hours spent on hold trying to figure out where the heck it is? All the hours we've spent at the laundromat after paying for a washer/dryer? I'm very disappointed in Lowe's. At this point, I wouldn't go to Lowe's for so much as a spatula. These people will really take advantage of you!!!

I just wanted to to say thank you to the staff at Lowe’s on May in OKC for their excellent customer service! I had a paint can top over in my car are the way home. The manager told me to bring it back in and when I arrive the woman at customer service told me to go get what I needed to replace it, no charge. I explained to the woman at the paint counter that I had a can spill and needed a replacement. When she brought me the paint she told me that since it had spilled she went ahead and marked the $30 can of paint down to $9 (not knowing it had already been taken care of ). It was such a kind gesture and shows the overall concern and care they have for customers. Thank you to all who assisted and helped turn a frustrating accident around.

Lowe's customer service desk is terrible. Every time I need to use the customer service there is one person working and multiple people waiting in line. This last time I had purchased multiple bags of mulch and they loaded up a wrong bag. I was in the store for 45 minutes just to get a refund so that I could replace it with the correct bag. I will stick with home Depot.

I have repeatedly had problems with kobalt power tools. But every time I’ve brought my defective equipment back to Lowe’s. They have been so helpful and understanding. Lisa, the supervisor and her sales associates are amazing and professional.

Most of the employees at this location are helpful. Store is kept fairly clean and haven't had any problems or issues with any transactions or returns. Overall good location for contractors or DIY people. Purchased and installed laminate flooring, trim, paint, pre-hung doors, etc from this location.
