On March 5,2024, I visited LotusGold-Nicoma Park for my medication. They had a great BOGO sale going and I hoped to buy top tier cannabis and a lower tier for 1 penny, as indicated on WeedMaps at a great price. Well the middle aged woman behind the counter was so RUDE to me!!!! I am a 60 yr old disabled veteran. I had questions about the BOGO because how she explained it was different from my understanding on WeedMaps. I was the only customer in the store. From out of nowhere, she rudely says to me “I am tired of having to explain our BOGO to everyone who comes in the store. It’s not the hard to understand.” I told her it was confusing. Her coworker quietly agreed with me. But the woman became even more agitated and angry. So I quickly left. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical marijuana dispensary! Unless you like being disrespected and treated rudely, I’d avoid that LotusGold-Nicoma Park location like the CoVID plaque!No, Justin, I will not be returning to LotusGold. I stand by my rating. The store manager (Kalena) needs to understand she has to treat ALL customers with respect. Not sure what triggered her… my skin color, age, gender, veteran status… I don’t know, but I am not interested in returning to have her “explain” your confusing BOGO process. There’s too many other dispensaries out there.V/r, Mrs. Rancier.

Good flower but overpriced and does not give a discount on quantity unless it's the same exact strain. I like to try 4 eighths on same shelf to get a discount, this place does not discount on quantity unless it's the exact same strain. They did not tell me that me this until after long checkout

There the best place and I've been to 10 different dispensery you can get a ounce of 30% thc for 60 bucks all the others want 60 bucks for a half ounce of 17% the lotus gold nicomapark is the best in Oklahoma

Called yesterday becuz almost out of smoke for insomnia. Shopped here b4, very excellent experience. They did not have the strain I wanted however Serena made sure to help me find something comparable...grateful becuz recovering from surgery and cant drive far. This shop is truly wonderful! They make it easy to build reward points that pay off quickly. Every time I am in there I get recommendations and the staff always remembers me. The THC-A flower is truly unlike any other delta 8 or CBD flower. I get the full effects I am looking for and it always leaves me feeling great. Highly recommend the shop and the THC-A Ice Cream Cookies- it’s the best!

Rude… had a big curbside pickup order of pre rolls when told to come I asked why? She said the laws changed so ever curbside order has to come in to when I came in it changed to only handicap orders can be curbside when I suggested removing the option from weedmaps for curbside. I will not be returning. Was also told I can take my business elsewhere so that’s what I’m doing.

UPDATE: I went back for gummies and left with flower as well! They have definitely cleaned up the place and it smelled like a normal cigarette free dispensary! 🎉💖JUNE 2023: I’ve been going to this shop for almost a year now, and I love the prices, but today when I walked inside, it smelled horribly of cigarettes. I don’t want to smell cigarettes when I’m picking up my medication. The smell was so bad that I was hesitant to buy the flower because I was worried that it would have a cigarette taste to it. I couldn’t even enjoy the smell of the flower to pick which strain I wanted so I rushed out of there with just gummies to avoid smelling like cigarettes myself. I’ve been to so many dispensaries, and I have never walked into one that smells like cigarettes. It’s completely unprofessional and a bit gross to be honest. They did apologize for the smell and admit that one of them had just smoked a cigarette, but why on earth are they smoking cigarettes inside the shop?! That should be illegal.

Lotus Gold has the best edibles and very good flower. We've been buying the Edify chocolate bars since it became legal. Awesome gourmet chocolate taste. It's worth a short trip to visit Lotus Gold.

I shop here often. The staff are some of the friendliest around. I’ve always had a good experience here. Once I received a promotion for CBD but the wording seemed like it was a 30% off of flower. Due to this discount I wanted to buy 2 ounces at that rate. When the tender found the error and asked, the manager/owner not sure which attempted to honor it. I didn’t let her because they are such good people and a great place. That stuck with me though. That is putting a patient first.

Ok. This review has been a long time coming. So I must start with a very overdue apology to the staff at LG in Nicoma Park. They deserve a 5 star review each time i go!!! I mean they give me 5 star service every time. Why shouldn’t i offer that same kindness in return?!?!Anyways. Here are some examples of their kindness. The first time O even tried them out was in October when I was super ill with Covid. My budtender has all of the answers and helped me find all the right meds for me. I’m super particular. I’m a cancer survivor and beat it with cannabis. I’m also a caregiver so i have a lot of very in depth questions that Sonya was totally able to accurately answer for me over the phone before i ever bought a gram!Then i went and tried the product. All of the shelves of flower were on point with quality and price. I think they started with $60 ozs. And i also got some of their top shelf, i think at $250 /oz. ? Then a few weeks later after i beat covid i went into the store. And tried many other items like the edibles. OMG! 10pk of 250mg for $12?!?!?!Every time i went in, every budtender knew me by name and what i liked. Oh. Btw- turned out, Sonya, ya. She’s the GM of the store. I had no idea. Super kind, humble, and almost felt like i was picking up some herbs from my big sister. Thanks family for keeping the meds on point!Oh wait. I forgot to mention, they also took care of my patient April when I took her in. She loves the cookies and cream candy bar. But found the packaging hard to open. (Her hands don’t work as well as ours do. She has Cerebral Palsy) The packaging is a Mylar bag with the candy bar wrapped like a wonka bar in a foil like materiel. I didn’t care for it either but the product tastes great and it’s a nice high.Hats off to all of the staff at LG Nicoma Park! Especially Sonya, Sarina, and the gentleman who worked yesterday. Sorry we can’t remember your name yet. Don’t hate us. Lol.

Wyaka and Chris hooked me up! beautiful flower, the Runtz strain looked great but was pretty weak, so if you have a high tolerance steer away from that strain. Can get pricey.

I will be calling and speaking with the owner today I am NOT happy with this flower and this was their platinum shelf, YEAH right definitely nothing but a headache I SMOKE for my medical reasons not to get high so when im still angry and have a headache after smoking the quality is NO good.
