Charlie LOVES going to Lakeview Pet Hospital for both his routine checkups and regular grooming appointments with Janice! Janice does a fantastic job at providing me tips and tricks to make sure Charlie’s coat stays mat free and always makes him smell so amazing after what we like to call “a day at the spa.” I have even purchased the holiday packages before and Janice takes the cutest picture of my little guy. Along with Janice, the full staff and vet love on Charlie every time he comes in and provide such a comforting environment anytime he has to get shots. I have literally heard them singing to Charlie before - so sweet! In the past, I did have one slight hiccup with billing and they were so apologetic and fixed it immediately. I highly recommend these people!

From the vets to the receptionists, and everyone in between working there, they were amazing! They were kind, caring, & compassionate of our situation. They were knowledgeable in their answers to my many frantic questions about my border collie's surgery. They kept me updated and in the know of everything that went on. They even called to check on Lucious after his surgery. I would recommend this veterinary hospital to everyone. They saved my baby boy! 5 stars! Thank you Lakeview for your passion for what you do!

Everyone is great....love Bobbie !! Seriously the staff is excellent. They have been given the perfection test by Sophie!!! And they all passed. Her favorite I would say is Janice as she keeps her looking adorable. I actually think she would go home with her. ♥️🐾

My stars are for the grooming service that Janice provides. I’ve never had an issue. She communicates well with me regarding my two babies, Fritz and Caleb, thru text messaging. Her work is stellar and she is the consummate professional!!!! She loves all her fur clients and mine ADORE her!!! I would recommend her for all your grooming needs!!! Yay, Janice!!!

Lakeview is great. They all go out of their way to make it as stress free for your pets as possible. They all seem to genuinely care about your babies! Janice and the grooming staff are fantastic! Even though she didn't have to, Janice came in to say goodbye to our little Jack when he passed and tell us how sweet he was. That says all you need to know!

Amazing service for both vet checkups and grooming! My dog has been going here for 5 year with a grooming schedule of every two months which makes him look so good every time. Janice has been the only groomer that has been able to handle him with lots of patience and love.

Amazing place! Everyone is so nice and really takes the time to sit down with you and your pets to understand what's going on. Also, Janice the groomer is the best! When I pick up my little pup, he is always happy and in a good mood, like he has a great experience there as well. We have taken both of our pups there as well as used the grooming service and boarding while out of town!

All of Lakeview Pet Hospital’s veterinarians are so knowledge and kind. My cats are in such great hands when I take them in for both technician appointments and for exams. They use a fear free approach that makes them feel so at ease, and that is the best thing I can ever ask for! They make me feel heard when I voice my concerns for my pets, and will always talk through the options with me. This place is a complete 10/10, and I will forever be recommending this clinic to friends and family. From their vets, to their technicians, assistants, front desk ladies, and so on, they are truly the best clinic with the best people. (Ft my cat Boogie in the photo! He loves Lakeview too 😂)

Janice is awesome!! Finn just had the best grooming he has ever had! And just as importantly, he came out happy and relaxed. We’ve been going to Lakeview Pet Hospital for well over 20 years and we love Dr. Cramer and all the other vets and personnel. But this is the first time I have had my dog groomed there and we will definitely be going back. It’s so easy to make an appointment. Janice is fabulous. A+++

I was really anxious at the idea of bringing my two scaredy cats to the vet, because I wasn't sure how they were going to react and how it would be handled.Dr. Florance, Jessica, and the entire team was so friendly & accommodating. They are not kidding about the "fear free" training - everyone was so good about reading the kitties body language and trying different things until they found what worked for each of the cats. There were treats, and white noise machines, and towels to hide behind. It never felt rushed - Dr. Florance was willing to spend a little extra time to make sure they felt comfortable, including doing one of their exams/shots on the floor with her in her lap. Such a good experience, and really put my mind at ease now that I know that I have somewhere so great to take the kitties to keep them happy & healthy.Thank you Lakeview ❤️❤️❤️

Our pup Baby Ben had problems going #2 and we took him to every vet in Waco and around Clifton Texas. Every Vet or chiropractor had a solution but nothing would take his painful episodes away. We got so many vet suggestions or to have surgery. They wouldn't share their x-rays and it was costing us thousands of $$$$. I researched and talked with anyone who would listen. I found Lakeview Per Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. We live in Clifton, TX, which is about 6 hours away. They were the only ones that trouble shooter symptoms, starting with his diet and constipation. We'll, after his change in diet and us providing videos of his painful episodes, we went back to the Dr. Camer. He suggested he has a problem with his cropped tail along with his food treatment. We felt this made the most sense to us. Well, Dr. Cramer was right. We paid less the $1,500 and he has been great since. So Ben is doing well and can run and play with no problems with pain anymore. We are so grateful for Lakeview Pet Hospital for helping Ben be pain-free! I would recommend this facility to anyone who loves their pets and want to solve any issues they have with their pets.

My doggo has been to several metro vets and has had a miserable time. He’s been over medicated, muzzled, and would just lay down in the parking lot and be terrified to even step inside. At Lakeview, he bounces out of the car and runs inside eager to see the staff. They take time to make sure he’s comfortable, give him toys and treats, and really care about our experience. I now have a Great Pyrenees - so much fur! He comes out from being groomed looking like a picture book dog.More important, he comes out happy and prancing, obviously having a wonderful time!Thankful for all the people at Lakeview.

I’ve been taking my cat to Lakeview for years and will never take her anywhere else. Dr Florance and staff are wonderful. They are compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. My cat has terrible anxiety, she is so scared of leaving the house. The team at Lakeview do a great job at making her as comfortable as they can and respecting her boundaries. She is also a long haired cat, so I routinely get her groomed by Janice at Lakeview who is incredible. She keeps my fur baby on a great schedule and she always comes home smelling great and looking her best! Janice understands her anxiety and does an amazing job while keeping her as comfortable as possible. Whether it’s medical or grooming, there is no place I’d ever take my baby. Dr Florance and Janice are the best of the best for kitty care.

Lakeview Pet Hospital is the best! Their attention to detail and quality of care is unmatched. All of the vet staff is so gentle and encouraging every step of the way, and they won't pressure your pet to do any evaluation they are the slightest bit uncomfortable with. They truly make sure that your pet has a 100% positive experience at the vet's office.We highly recommend grooming services with Janice as well! She takes the time to understand the grooming services your dog needs based on their breed. We wouldn't take our Australian Shepherd anywhere else!

This review is specifically for Janice, the groomer at Lakeview Pet Hospital. She has been grooming my two dogs for a couple of years now. She does a wonderful job. Scheduling and appointment with her is very easy. Both of my dogs always come home looking great. My advice is to be sure to schedule your appointment a few weeks in advance. She gets booked up quickly due to the amazing work she does!

Top notch vet hospital! Dr. Cramer was so good with my daughter's very scared dog. He had her literally eating out of his hand by the time we left. He did an excellent job not only calming our dog's fear but also educating us on the process of her surgery. The facility is nice and clean, and the entire staff is super friendly.

I have used Lakeview for several years for my 2 dogs and my cat. Janice (groomer), Dr. Tori, Dr. Cramer, and all of the techs and receptionists are amazing. They can usually get my pets in to be seen very quickly and allow drop off appointments, which is so helpful with my work schedule. The office has wonderful communication. I know that my pets have the best care at Lakeview. The fact that they are AAHA and Fear Free accredited is impressive and shows their dedication to top quality care.

Janice is the groomer at Lakeview and she is incredible with the dogs. She really takes her time and make sure every bit of them gets clean. I’m always so happy when I pick them up because they smell and look great. And even better, I know they weren’t afraid when they were getting groomed. my dog Gypsy is especially skittish and the fact that she even lets herself be groomed by Janice is amazing and is a big testament to how gentle Janice is.

We switched over to Lakeview in last couple years and it has been amazing! Dr. Florance has so much love for my babies and even when she wasn’t available for an emergent visit and we were supposed to see someone else she made time to see us herself. I always know my dogs will be well taken care of and well loved when they are here. Also, Janice in grooming is phenomenal! We have a very anxious dog that has always been difficult to find the right groomer for. Janice does a great job and my baby always comes home looking fantastic! So thankful for everyone’s care at Lakeview.

Janice and her team at Lakeview do a great job grooming my dog. He’s not the easiest to work on either. I appreciate the convenience of being able to bring him early or pick him up late around my work schedule. It’s also convenient when he needs vaccinations to time that with grooming appointments.

Lakeview Pet Hospital is absolutely phenomenal. The staff is incredibly caring and knowledgeable, and they truly went above and beyond to assist us every step of the way. When our beloved dog, Doc, was diagnosed with cancer, they were instrumental in identifying it promptly and initiating treatment. Unlike other vets in the area who had misdiagnosed his condition for weeks, Lakeview Pet Hospital wasted no time in providing the correct diagnosis and initiating the appropriate treatment. Their dedication and expertise made a world of difference for our furry family member. We cannot recommend Lakeview Pet Hospital highly enough.

We starting using Lakeview a year ago and are beyond pleased with the care they provide. They went above and beyond for us during a pet emergency and even stayed late to perform surgery, so that we didn’t have to rush to an emergency clinic. Janice in grooming also makes our doodle feel so comfortable and he always comes home looking handsome! He used to have a lot of anxiety about appointments and now gets excited when we get to the clinic.

Vets here are great. They take very good care of our two little monsters. They send out reminders of appointments and when our dogs need an update on their shots. It's very easy to get both of our dogs in at once.
