It is important to start with the fact that I had a so-so experience with Invisible Fence when I lived in Virginia. The technology was good, however the execution was lacking in a lot of areas. My hubby was incredibly resistant to using Invisible Fence again as we spent more time replacing cabling that wasn't burried than we did enjoying having our dogs roam free in the yard. Additionally, the training of the dogs on their new border was my burden...and I'm NO dog trainer!With that said, the technology was sound, so I gave them a call in an attempt to give it another shot here in the OKC area. Emily came out and couldn't have been more professional. She walked the property with me, we went inside and she laid out a plan. I explained the experience we had in the past, and she ensured me they would make it right. After walking through her plan, we set up a time for installation. I'll offer an update after we get this closed out, but so far, so good. Already, this is a huge upgrade from where we were before!
