The staff and people at Hollywood feed are awesome. They have so much knowledge and when asking for advice or opinion they give it with so much explanation or explanation. Alexa has helped me multiple times when I've gone in and always has resources or helpful tips for me. The people here are great.

It was ok. I prefer the one In Prosper, Tx much more knowledgeable and helpful. Better approach with customer service. Just not very upbeat at this location and don't greet people as they walk inside. Took a while to offer help. More focused on current customers than new, incoming. They were nice, when I checked out. I'll give them 3 stars for that.

this store definitely gets a 5 star rating because the employees go above and beyond to help you pick out the right stuff for your pup! they’ll answer any questions you have and if you’re shopping for a new puppy like i was, you get a new puppy discount! they have seriously great prices and way better stuff than petsmart, so do the right thing for your pet and go to hollywood feed to take care of them best!!

I had no idea this gem was so close to my house. I have two pups and needed some chew toys/food for them. I believe I spoke to the owner who was so helpful and informative. Massive amount of inventory and prices were competitive!No way I shop anywhere else for my pups.

Stopped in today to pick up medicated shampoo for my big guy. Was immediately greeted when i walked in. Sweet young lady was there to help even offered some good advice to help him with his allergies... jus love this company's service always a pleasure visiting any of ur locations ❤️

Staff member was very helpful. I'm was recovering from surgery and wasn't able to lift heavy objects. Without hesitation, the staff member took my 40lb bag of dog food, threw it over her shoulder like it was a loaf of bread, and placed it in my trunk. She doesn't realize how much that helped me. I wish I could remember your name. Thank you

I was a witness to an argument between an employee and a construction worker. The guy was trying to get a document signed and the employee, a young black lady by the name of Alexis, refused to sign it saying corporate told her not to. The guy asked her to call her corporate which she refused and he had to keep asking her. When she finally did she started lying saying the guy was threatening her, which was not true. I guess corporate asked her to go ahead and sign the paper but she still refused to do so. The lady obviously has no problem not signing when told to do so but when corporate asked her to go ahead she then refused to do so cause “she didn’t like the worker’s attitude”. The lady told the guy he would have to wait for management to sign it. Then made the guy wait out in the rain else she would call the cops.I was truly embarrassed by the whole situation and it could have been handled differently but I feel the lady was out of line making lies about the guy and then threatening to call the cops.

This place is awesome. They have a very large selection of just about anything you could possibly need for your pet. I come in frequently to buy bones for our lab puppy to keep her busy. She seems to love everything that we have given her so far. I also like that this place is small unlike the "big box" pet stores around town. The food that they sell is top notch and the pricing is still affordable.

Staff are always helpful when I come in and know a lot about different kinds of pet food products that they carry. After hearing of recalls with Blue pet food and other brands too I began looking for a place that I could even find quality cat food without the price gouging involved at Pet Smart... I'm so glad that this place exists! I'll never set foot in another giant corporate ran pet food store again! This place is beyond awesome, I recommend it to anyone I can! :)
