They are very helpful. I was quickly helped finding allergy treats. Love their return policy to help rescue groups. Fortunately, I won't be returning them. My dogs loved them.

Stopped by the store on S Penn today and was greeted like any other day, received the help with getting my order and everything was normal. Things changed when it was time to pay and the cashier seen I was tax exempt and asked did I have my card on me and pulled her personal cell phone out, I wanted to know why she needed to take a picture if it’s already been verified by corporate and she went for some papers but still couldn’t provide me with a answer of why she needed a picture. Reached out to corporate and was told that they can see that my account is tax exempt and they would add a note that’s it’s been verified by them again. I don’t have a problem showing the card but allowing you to take a picture with your personal phone is a problem.

Been there a handful of times. I'm big on customer service. Really like the store and REALLY like the staff. They are personable and knowledgeable about their products. Have signed up with them to get my dog food (which is better digestive-wise than what I was feeding them). This is my kind of store!

A solid choice for your dog's needs.Our Australian Cattle Hound has always been picky about her food. With the help and support of the incredibly friendly staff we have switched Daisy from a more commercial brand to Fromm's sensitive stomach lamb recipe and it's absolutely what we have been looking for. They also have a great selection of bully sticks to keep her busy and yummy smelling candles to keep our home fresh.Yakoke Hollywood Feed! <3

I shop here frequently for my cat food and am impressed with the wide selection of canned foods and my kitties love the Fromme gold dry food. When my baby was ill after we brought him home he was not eating. I went to the store and they recommended some fresh goats milk and kitty squeeze pouches. He would eat them, fortunately and it likely saved his life.

First time shopping in store and I was met with the friendliest women who were also super great with my puppy that I was training. They explained the store to me and told me I was welcome to come train anytime with no expectation to purchase. They answered every question I had and it never felt pushy but just dog lovers who wanted to help. I was offered help to my car because my hands would be full, I kindly turned it down, one women said nope I’m going out anyway I will carry this for you. I will be switching all of my dog purchases to Hollywood Feed!

This was my first visit to this Hollywood Feed Store but I can assure you that it will not be my last. This store is so nice and has everything for your pet needs. The prices are way below the other pet stores and this store is so well put together and clean. I live in Moore and will be going there for my pups needs. Highly recommend. I would also like to add that my sales clerk was also very knowledgeable.

Everyone here was so kind and helpful! This pet store is definitely focused more on customer satisfaction and quality over the big name brands. One of the employees even told me that the company buyers actually test the toys and products to ensure a superior standard is upheld. Trying to find some good food for one of my strays I was helping. Last week I bought a bag of blue buffalo and a few days later it resulted in full bloom diarrhea.There at Hollywood feeds the lady was very helpful and sold me another food "Fromm's.The next day no problem. Pearl was back to her old self.Thank you for your help and expertise.

I absolutely love the employees at Hollywood Feed. I typically go to the SW OKC store but have gone to the one up north as well. Everyone I have interacted with has been kind professional. When I first went or go looking for new food for my cat and mention her poultry allergy they help me look at the ingredients list and take my concerns very seriously. Today I was informed that foods that are returned in original condition are donated and I really think that is a wonderful way to help out. While I hope to not have to return the frozen food that I just bought for her I know that if she doesn’t like it it won’t go to waste.

Hollywood feed has the best selection of food, treats and toys for all our dogs. And some of the kindest employees I've ever met. They always make us feel welcomed and love our dogs. Ava, our Cane Corso absolutely loves to shop for her new treats there.

I am so thankful for Hollywood Feed and the ladies that work there. They are so helpful and knowledgeable with recommendations for my two senior dogs, one of which is terminal with cancer and getting him to eat can be a challenge. We love Hollywood Feed! We’ve been taking out Great Dane here since we brought him home. Samhain always loves going for a visit when we have time.They have helped us with so many things canine related!
