I've know Robin for more than 18 years. Moved in two doors down from her. Took my dogs to her until I moved so far north that I could no longer take them there. I highly reccomend The Grooming rm. She loves animals. She has a "Yuge" heart! and she's good people!

Just moved to okc and have been looking for a good groomer here. This was the third place we’ve tried and by far the best. My shihtzu came back looking so cute and was so happy (not exhausted and shaking and thirsty like she usually is). Staff is wonderful and very nice. They had her done in under three hours ready to pick up. Wasn’t very expensive at all. We will be using this place regularly. I highly recommend it. If I could give ten stars I would.

I have gone there since th j mid 1980s. They used to be the best. However, we picked up our dogs today and I was extremely disappointed in how they looked. My white did was shaved down but her fur under her neck 2as all chopped up and she looked like a plow tan through her fur. My second dog was supposed to get the same thing and she still has all of her hair, or most of it. I cant see anything that was done on her. The third dog still looks the same. She may have trimmed her toenails but that's all I can see. It was $75 for all of this awesomeness. I keep wondering where the quality went.We won't be going back.

I brought my fur baby there for full grooming. When I picked her up, the lady cut her mole hurting her and my fur baby is bleeding. Never once did she say, 'listen, I apologize. I made a mistake this is what happened'...I'm still working on healing her wounds so do NOT take your fur baby to this lady!

I tried to call as a way to surprise my sister with her pup all cut and washed. I was treated very poorly. Come to find out via social media later that she mocked several clients online. I don't thinks she's professional and I wouldn't recommend her. My business will go elsewhere.

This is the only place I know of that knows how to deal with all dog types. We have an american bull dog and most place are afraid of her. Love this place.
