Dr L is the best vet that I’ve ever met! He took such great care of our boxer that had to have skin cancer removed, explained everything, took his time, and so compassionate! I’ll never use another vet! His staff is wonderful too! Thank you for everything!!

I had to make the difficult decision to put my beloved Merlin down. He was 13 yrs old. The Doctors and staff there have always been so kind and would answer my millions of questions and would always call me back. They really took great care of my little guy. I have been going there for several years. My brother goes there as well with my recommendation and he loved the service he got. I just can't say enough about them. So glad they are here to help our furbabies.

The ladies at the front are always so nice. We have to order prescription food for our dog and they always make sure to have it there on time for us. The vet techs (jazz & Perla) & doctors are always knowledgeable, patient, and very nice.

100% recommend!! I’m always apprehensive about taking my dog to a new vet.. He’s an American Bully that’s not so friendly and from the start I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Le is extremely knowledgeable and genuine. Staff was very friendly and kind.. You can tell they really care about your fur baby! I was also pleasantly surprised by my total at the end of my visit.

Dr. Loudenslager is an amazing veterinarian and I have had the privilege to work with him as well a very long time ago! My Kirby had a grapefruit size fatty tumor that needed to be removed and I would not trust my fur babies to any other doctor than him especially when it comes to surgery. Kirby bounced right back up the very next day as if he never even had surgery and is doing very well! I highly recommend this facility to everyone with fur babies to him and his awesome staff. Thank you Grant square animal hospital!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been taking my furr babies here since day 1. Dr. L is a fantastic doctor. He helped save my precious Selah. I couldn't afford to pay him & the 24 hr emergency clinic so he let me make pymnts to him. I still take my furr babies to him and no matter how far away I live, Grant Square Animal Hospital will always be my number 1 vet. Thank you for being amazing!!!

They explain everything in an understandable way and walk you through the procedures and treatments. They are also punctual which I value since I have a full time job. Review 2020. In the beginning, Dr. Loudenschlager seemed fine with our 2nd cat with vaccinations and other issues.So I trusted him. Then it seemed he got very inpatient with our 3rd cat, who got to be very scared if we had to take her there. He wouldn't let me watch when they clipped her nails? They always took her to another area, and I could hear her cry. It was very traumatizing for her and myself. My cat seemed traumatized the last 2 times i took her there. He actually told her to hushup, once! Didn't make sense? Then, one of the nurses told me they occasionally sedate the cats for this! I know other cat owners that said their cats are never sedataed for this. I told the nurse, "No way, not just for clipping nails or anything minor !" Unfortunately, I stopped trusting him and the staff. So, we had to find a (new) vet. She is great with all animals, especially cats, takes her time with our cat, and if we have any questions, she's informative. Plus, they clip her nails with (me in the room) and with my cats vaccinations there. My cat finally stopped crying now when she has to get her nails clipped or her vaccinations. Pj22

My four-legged family is treated with the greatest amount of care and love that can be given when they are here. Dr. L and Dr. Anderson and the rest of the staff treat my gang as if they were their own pets. I can't imagine trusting any other vet with my fuzzy friends.

I used this vet for yrs n even boarded animals there. One of my cats needed to be seen it was an emergency. They wanted to charge me 35 dollars extra. I called Schagg vet n they saw her and didn't charge me 35 extra.

I absolutely love this place. Dr. Loudenslager is amazing. My dog passed about 2 months ago but he was seeing Dr. L and he did everything he could to save my baby. He’s so genuine and I really appreciate him and his staff so much. He was so patient and helpful and I know he did everything he could. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for an amazing vet he’s the one. Love them forever

This is the best veterinary office. They truly care about their patients. My dog had surgery to remove a syst. He popped some stitches over the weekend and we took him to another hospital to get him stitched up. They wanted almost $800 to do the job, I said no. I bought him back to Grant Square on Monday, where the Dr took care of him right away at NO charge. Not in it for the money but truly caring. I highly recommend Grant Square. If I could score them 10 I would.

THANK YOU ALL FOR TAKING GOOD CARE OF CAMACHO!!! I sent my dog in almost lifeless and the doctor and employees here did an AMAZING job on keeping him up and going. I appreciate all the time and love and the care they gave to my baby.I love the fact that they NEVER gave up on my puppy. Always was good about calling me back about updates. Waste of time, and a complete joke. I made an appt for my dog on a Thursday, they scheduled it for the following Tuesday. Tuesday morning, I noticed they sent a text the day before to “confirm” I call them to confirm, and they informed they cancelled my appt and gave it to someone else because I didn’t confirm. But I am “more than welcome to come hangout and they’ll try to get me in but it’ll be awhile”… I’m sorry, WHAT?! Because people have all day to miss work and sit around for hours when that’s what SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS are for? Just completely unprofessional, completely wasted my time. I will NEVER give this place my business again.

The place was really nice and the staff were amazing with my two dogs. They were really anxious and nervous already from the drive, so they let us take the dogs through the back so they didn't have to be around other pets just in case because we were worried. They were incredibly nice and were great with my pups, Ducky and Scout.
