Will not be going back. I was walked in on in the dressing room by a male while I had only underwear on. I informed one of the girls working and she said “oh that stinks, I’m sorry”. I left distraught and in tears. I learned my lesson on going into dressing rooms that don’t have locks on them, but this issue needs to be addressed so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I had my online order shipped to store. It took 10 days to get there then they specifically told me I couldn't try on my items in the fitting room and that I would have to come back if I didn't like them. I went back to the store and tried to return them in and now they can't give me my full cash refund because it's over 21 days since I ordered my clothes back in February despite the policy saying 21 days from pickup which was in March and its only been 14 days since I got them. This is ridiculous.

They have a well rounded selection of clothing, shoes & accessories. Their stuff is somewhat high-end without the high-end prices. With that said you will still see items that are wildly overpriced. I think my pet peeves with Francesca's are the staff. They are friendly but slightly aggressive with the sales tactics. I'm going to assume they work on some kind of commission based system. If you like quality accessories there's probably something here for you.

2/3 times I have shopped at this Francesca's, they "forgot" to give me one of the advertised discounts. Must really need help meeting sales goals.
