Amaizing service since 2014 and exceptionally good service lately! I'm very appreciative of the way the service department worked with me, as always, and particularly during an extremely tough and technically challenging bundle of issues that arose recently. Without getting into the weeds, the problem was perplexing to us all, including the manufacturer of our Viking Spa (which we purchased in 2014 and within the last few years they no longer carry). The entire service staff I worked with, Maggie with scheduling, Joe the service tech, and Zack the Service Manager all went way above and beyond what was required to solve my situation, which took around a month to solve. Sounds like a long time, but that was out of everyone's control due to the complex and multifaceted nature. At all times they were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and always keep me informed of progress along the way. Major note here is this factor; For some time now they haven't carried Viking Spas or Viking Spa Parts. A few times before this major issue and I needed a minor part, I had to go online and order myself. Not always easy to locate the correct ones. Then Family Leisure service folks would come out and fix the issue with the part I had to order. Anyway, due to the complexity of my recent issue, Zach went outside normal lines to reached out to Viking anyway and cultivated an extremely helpful Viking Spa point of contact (I believe his name is Nate). They worked together and ultimately came up with the solution that would solve the complex problem. Back in business! High-fives all around. I'm so impressed with how this all went down, it's hard to put into words. To me and my wife (who use our hot tub a minimum of 4 days/week, all seasons), the folks at Family Leisure Service in Oklahoma City showcased outstanding customer service (and then some) and we're grateful. Thanks Family Leisure!

The sales person my wife and I worked with was very knowledgeable on the products we were interested and the areas of concern that may be associated with putting the spa indoors. Delivery was in a reasonable timeframe and I would highly recommend this company.

We purchased our above ground pool last March. We were given the wrong pump and had to go back to the store to get the correct one and was given an upgrade without asking due to the wrong one given to us. The pool was installed the next month, we built a deck around it and we have enjoyed every minute of it. We love our pool from Family Leisure OKC.

My family is very happy with our experience with Oklahoma City based Family Leisure. Owners Phil and Sandy Novak worked tirelessly to ensure our products were installed to our satisfaction. Kudos to Family Leisure for carrying Berlin Gardens outdoor furniture. These beautiful pieces were manufactured from recycled plastic milk jugs and are designed as poolside furniture to withstand Oklahoma’s harsh winters. Our guests continue to rave about the beauty, functionality and comfort of each piece. Thank you!

Purchased a new 18’ above ground pool shortly after Memorial Day. Install went great! Pool is very nice for the money. We are super happy with it. The service manager is a great guy and stands by his word. 10/10. Would buy again!

Terrible customer service and repair on hot tub. We have had an issue with the lights in our hot tub for 9 months. Donnie was helping us for MONTHS. Kept telling me it was on back order and to be patient. I had some other issues with my spa and Donnie even came over to my house to help me. He was an outstanding employee, helped me with various issues with my spa. Today I sent my husband Brad up there to get new filters and chemicals, I told him to check about the lights. Apparently everyone I use to talk to is no longer working there! And Donnie is gone! He never notated my account about the lights! My husband asked if someone else could help order the lights and to get my spa fixed after 9 months of waiting. I just called in Feb to check on it and was told it wasn’t in yet. I also have a small leak, probably a seal according to Donnie. And he was going to check it out when he installed the lights. Now I was told NO ONE COULD HELP! No service, no repair, no lights, no leak fixed. All of these things SHOULD have been covered by the 1 year warranty! So I have a 1 year old spa that has not functioned correctly since the first month and since it just passed the one year mark we are out of luck! The main reason we ordered our spa from FL is the customer service and the warranty. Now we are SOL and need to pay another company to replace the lights that should have been warrantied! I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN! Horrible management. Management PLEASE contact me.

I am definitely new to pool owning/operating. We bought our above ground pool two years ago from here and had a great experience with the buying and setting up process. While there have been a few bumps, honestly it may just be user error. I saved myself a lot of stress and hassle by calling the service department anytime I had an issue. They're very friendly and knowledgeable, and if they don't know, they figure it out. This most recent time, I talked to Becky. Her customer service is amazing, and she definitely kept me from breaking down over my pool pump going out in the middle of this 100 degree weather. If you need some advice or a part, call her and their service team.Much appreciated, and will always use them when I need anything for my pool.

**2nd UPDATE**Pool installed and all is well. Install crew was nice. The install crew is over worked. They need another crew to keep up with the number of installs or we would have never had 4 reschedules. Also- received a call today from the manager asking me to take the review down.**UPDATE**Received a call from Zach. Zach says he’s never talked to me but he has. Another example of deflecting blame. However- Zach promised me a free robotic vacuum valued at $600. Small gesture - does more in showing us they are accepting fault rather than making me happy. No apology though. Just sticking to the fact that “I made lifetime purchase and it doesn’t happen overnight”. Sounds like Zach’s leadership needs to empower him to make customers happy.——————My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a new above ground pool on 7/02/23. We had shopped around and decided to go with a pool and install from family leisure because of the superior product and $2k cheaper than the other bids we had. We cannot say enough great things about the service we received from the sales team. However, once our paperwork was passed off to the service department who would coordinate pick up and install, there was an immediate difference in the type of customer service we experienced. First - we were encouraged to pick up the pool ourselves so that install “would be faster”. No big deal. Coordinated getting a trailer and drove the 2 hour round trip. Once we got home and unpacked the truck and trailer, I noticed that I didn’t receive everything I paid for and some of the items I received (pump and filter) were the wrong type. I called them the following Monday and this is where the rodeo began. I talked to Zach and he didn’t even know I had picked up the pool. He said “oh I don’t have you on the install list”. Then he tried to pressure me into coming myself to swap the equipment out because of “staff availability”. I returned the favor and pressured him by not agreeing to that solution. They were at my house within the next two days to make it right. But it doesn’t stop there. They’ve called me 4 times to reschedule. The first time I understood because they were backed up do to previous weather days. (Oklahoma hasn’t had rain since I purchased this pool). But when I talked to them each time they would say “did you pick your pool up yet?” This made me nervous because if they wouldn’t remember if I had gotten the pool, then….? The last 3 reschedules have been for “something coming up”, “family emergency”, and “there were rocks in the last install so we have to push you off another week”. At this point I’m frustrated because I signed an agreement that didn’t hold Family Leisure accountable to a timely install. I signed an agreement stating (paraphrase) “can’t guarantee install date due to Oklahoma weather”. Icing on the cake is that I can’t take any legal action without going first through a arbitrator in OKC at my expense. Well I have a message: none of this has been because of weather. This is because of the contractor they use not being able to keep up with the workload. Moral of the story: great price, bad service. I’m currently waiting on a phone call from Zach and will update this review with his response to the last minute rescheduling that took place today (which I didn’t find out about until I called and they said “oh you didn’t get our message?).

cannot say enough good things about family leisure! My hot tub is amazing and we love it !! I am shocked how much our 11 year old son and almost 16 year old daughter use it with friends! It's a favorite of the kids to use after sports - doesn't matter the season - summer, spring, winter and fall. All are the best times to use the hot tub! It creates great family time where no one is on their phones! We all connect and enjoy each others company!Also, for the parents out there. There is no better place to relax and decompress after a busy day....any type of weather.Phil was amazing and used a concrete pad that we already had. He found the perfect spot for our family!

Had an issue with a play set. Management is working on a solution to the issue.After much frustration, they came back out and replaced the playset that collapsed twice.Now, months later, this happens.
