If I could give 0 stars I would.. I wanted to use the restroom but I don't think I'd even trust that. There wasnt a single clean isle. The isles were flooded with boxes, open packages and other random items. Dirty This store i've ever seen. Disgusting period.

Walkin to be stop by someone don't know if she actually works there saying their closing for lunch. I've never in my life seen a place of business so unprofessional and what family dollar locks and closes a door for lunch

Poor customer service. No hi welcome, or thank you. Girl was speaking very quietly , couldn’t really tell if she said thank you after I said thank you. Did not feel welcome to shop here .

The store is always trashed. It's not the staffs fault. They are more police and bouncers than cashiers at this location. The wonderful lady (boss lady?), she usually has her hair wrapped up, very nice lady. She runs that place. Practically lives there and people are so ugly to her and her staff. Random men coming in to have screaming arguments over merchandise. Honestly, the drive to 44th and High or Del City just to avoid High and SE 15th location. The neighborhood needs help, like a methadone clinic or homeless shelter, not another family dollar the has more stacked boxes than merchandise.

This store is a horrible family dollar and just about every employee that works there is beyond rude .They are always closing early. Always have a line on the registers and even though they have 2 checkout areas they seldom have the 2nd one opened , lines often backed up and people waiting while employees literally stand around talking to one another . In my experience anyone that needs anything from family dollar is better off going to a different location where the management actually values you as a customer.

Horrible service, none of the employees are willing to help you. Never any shopping carts, isles are always cluttered & hard to navigate. Have to wait for a cashier to ring you out most of the time. They refuse to greet you or look you in the eyes. Never a thank you or have a nice day. They don't count you change back & talk bad about customers when they exit the store. Very unprofessional!

I like Family Dollar, because it is so much easier to get in and out then it is at Walmart. It's a great place to run in for a quick shopping experience. The prices here are pretty good, and the selection is good. Don't expect to see a lot of Staff, because that's one of the ways they keep the prices low.

Okay ish. Dirty and a bit run down but you can find what you need and get out quickly. Cashiers won't look at you or even say hi. Just ring up your total and out the door you go.

I like this family dollar but now I don't know why it doesn't be open on 6/14/2022 or 6/15/2022 I don't get it and sometimes it opens half a day this store is alot easier for people with out a car it helps a lot for people so now I have to go somewhere else!!!!!!

Parking lot is full of trash. You cant find anything in the store that you are shopping for cause its so unorganized and cluttered the workers have Halloween costumes on year round. They look like freaks

Everytime I visit this store its a mess. Trash from restocking all over the floors and blocked isles. The customer service people here are lackadaisical and lazy. One if the worst stores I have visited

I HATE THIS STORE! They're always out of everything and stay out for at least a month! The store is ALWAYS a mess! Can't even get down the aisles! Lines are ALWAYS long! Horrible!

Theres always something out of stock or the stuff is waiting to be stocked. Over half the times we come there, they have to call for the otber cashier to come help.
