This place sucks. Machines always down and cash only. They never can do cashapp loading! Store always looks like a disaster and stuff never put up. I recommend going to a different family dollar! I do not know how this place is still going honestly

As I was walking in a man in a white tank under shirt and red basketball shorts told me my purse was too big. I thought he was just a guy making funny conversation. He told me again my purse was too big to walk around the store and that I had to leave it at the counter... when I found out he was serious I put my purse in my car and only walked in with my wallet. I looked at the girl behind the counter and asked if that was a new policy? She said "I'm new, he's the manager." I'm sorry. What? Your manager is standing outside in a wife beater and basketball shorts telling women they can't bring their purses in the store? I did my shopping already thinking about being a Karen when I heard a weird noise. I looked around the aisle I was on and sourced where it was coming from. Don't worry, their security doesn't stop at a poorly dressed "manager", they also have ratS... PLURAL in the store eating product on the shelves. Karen out.

I frequent this FD almost on a daily basis, it’s right down the street from my place of work. Just from what I’ve seen in this particular FD is it’s under staffed as I assume most of them are. The crew at this store works very hard to maintain it and does the best they can with with the skeleton crew they are allowed to have. The staff is very courteous and friendly and always greet me as such. Keep up the good work I hope it doesn’t go unnoticed. In this day and age hard work and perseverance are not appreciated as it should be.

The store has a septic leak or something. Smells terrible! Has for awhile. Used to be a fun little store to go shopping in with my daughter but the smell is God awful. I don't know how they are okay with this for their employees or their customers.I will be contacting management and the higher ups from there.If you can't fix the problem then close your store. We do not need stores like this in our community.

I was in this store on Thursday. I had started out with money and the neighbor's car. By the time I got there Not enough money. God bless the gesture. My son came in today and between he and his friend found great deals on awesome stuff. Your deed was not overlooked. But it was not my day

I am disabled and the isles were very cluttered and I had a very hard time getting through the store. Also when it was time to bring up the items did not price correctly. The customer service was good however and they were willing to check the prices and adjust them with a pleasant attitude. Just generally dirty and crowded and very inconvenient for a person who is disabled.

Went to Family Dollar for some great deals. The deals were great, but the store was a mess. They were doing stocking at 5 pm. So I kept finding aisle blocked. They should only bring out what they are working on at that time.Workers were very nice, just got tired of walking around product in the middle of the aisle.

This location is not my favorite because it seems to be out of stock in household cleaners much of the time but the employees are always super helpful and friendly so I come back since it's close to my house.

I shop here everyday literally! It's right by my house and I never had any problems until today. Today as everybody knows In okc it's been pouring down rain so me and my boyfriend walk into the store and we have our hoods on still cause it's raining we stepped one foot in the door and here somebody say something so I ask the lady closest to the door did you say something she ignored me so I asked again and Robyn who declared herself the store manager said to take our hoods off with an attitude, which we did, we go get dog food come up to the register to check out and my boyfriend put this hood back okn because we were about to leave, so she refuses to check me out , mind you my hood is off still I'm waiting to be checked out she won't even come to the register , my bf is starting to walk out of the store at this point and she tells me I can leave to because I'm with him, I told her I didn't break any rules and I just want to pay for my stuff he's leaving and I just want to check out I ask for a manager she says she is the manager and get out, I told her again I'm not breaking any rules and shouldn't be treated this way and would like to talk to her DM and she refused , and told me to get out before she calls the cops. Are you kidding me? So I leave because In these days police shoot black men first ask questions later, so I walk out, they locked the doors behind us , locked other customers In and customers out while I'm seeing to find a customer service number on the door, Robyn puts her badge on locked door and is laughing and smiling pointing! So this is how family Dollar conducts business? I'M APPALLED TO SAY THE LEAST , I'M EMBARRASSED AND I'M DOWNRIGHT MAD THAT I'VE BEEN YESTERDAY LIKE A CRIMINAL. I work in retail for over 15 years now and we would not be allowed to disrespect a customer like that let alone a loyal one, I WILL NEVER SHOP AT FAMILY DOLLAR AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYBODY I KNOW NOT TO EITHER AND HOPE Y'ALL TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!;!; AND I KNOW ALOT of people in different states. I can't believe you allow this to happen at your stores, despicable smfh

This Family Dollar is so close to my house and the kids love spending their allowance here. We roam the isles and look at everything. Selections are great and the staff friendly.

The church I pastor gives a Christmas Party for about 500 people. The manager, April paid for the paper plates, silverware, & napkins. What a blessing!!!
