They treat their animals so well! I was overjoyed to see their bettas in planted tanks instead of tiny plastic cups. All of the fish and reptiles were flourishing in spacious and enriching environments. The store had a great array of exotic and aquatic substrates and care products, too. I’ll definitely be back!

Kind of expensive, but they did have a few things you couldn’t find elsewhere. Very busy and the parking was minimal. There were several interesting reptiles to see as well as the fishes. The owner was very helpful on some pet related insight.

Just came in today for some supplies for my ball python and they had everything and more. Amazing customer service and quite the selection to choose from. They even do military discount!

Very clean store, always friendly staff & the selection of reptiles is phenomenal. Even if you just wanted to come in & look at their selection, I definitely recommend it. Their prices on insects too are the best price I've seen so far. 5 stars all the way!

This is a great shop for reptiles. The staff were very knowledgeable about the care and diet of bearded dragons. I got a lot of helpful tip for my dragon. She is one happy dragon now.

Amazing pet store. Has great prices on all their reptile accessories and enclosures. All the animals are super healthy and have awesome enclosures setups. Super nice employees and are always willing to answer any questions. Would highly recommend this place over alligator alley and many others. Will definitely be shopping here from now on.

I stopped in for the first time yesterday, and this place is amazing! The employees are super knowledgeable and kind. The manager/owner (I think owner, could be mistaken 😅) spoke with me for a long while about the potential stock for my tank and had tons of awesome suggestions. I ended up leaving with an avatar betta for one of my tanks and this fish is GORGEOUS. Fair pricing, excellent store, spectacular employees. I’m so excited to have a shop so close to home that I can’t wait to go to again.

Love it, can absolutely tell that they care about their animals and want to give the best quality life to them. Their decorations and feeder food are the cheapest and best quality I've found compared to the big name pet stores I've been going to previously. Will definitely come back next time my Leo needs more food, and maybe I'll get another gecko soon while I'm at it!

First off I want to start off that. I am not a review person. I don’t typically do reviews But when I discovered this store, I knew that I had to say something. The store is by far one of the best stores I’ve ever been into as far as Cleanliness being modern, and just being overall inviting. They have so many different reptiles and aquatic animals. It’s insane. Their prices by far supersede any store in the Oklahoma metro that I have ever been to the staff was the friendliest I’ve ever met inside of a fish store. I will never buy another item from any other fish store, except for the store Their prices are by one of the best I’ve ever seen , Britain is one of the managers that works at the Wichita store was honest about he’s not in the business to screw people. He was very informative with me buying my first axolotl. He gave me confidence that no other store has gave me and I just want you to know that this store is one of the best to go to, and I will do everything in my power to ensure they never leave and never got out of business, I will eventually take a trip to the to the Wichita Kansas store because I am happy about the way they treated me in the way they talk to me. I do apologize. If the punctuation or grammar in this is slightly off I’m using Siri but just know I’m a massive fish. I love everything aquatic and I will forever go to the store for as long as I stay alive, please please please do everything in your power to ensure the store gets the business they well deserve. And if you made it this long, I appreciate you. They also have a reward system.

Very impressed with the store. Large variety of freshwater fish, reptiles, amphibians, insects, and supplies for all. Reasonable prices for everything.The staff were all very kind and knowledgeable about the animals. They said they physically examine every animal daily to ensure each one is healthy. Saw them feeding the animals freshly prepared food with clean equipment. All enclosures were very clean and appropriate for every animal.

It’s not very often you walk into a pet store now a days and see that the critters they have are taken care of correctly! I loved seeing all the fish in clean tanks, bettas in actual tanks and not cups and all the reptiles in appropriate sized enclosures with the proper things they need. We spent most of our time there in the invert room ( T’s spiders and more of that area). The young lady with the purple hair had an amazing vibe ( slightly chaotic and all over the place but in a good way) we ended up walking out of there with a T and was able to get the enclosure it was already in as well for what I think is a good price. Highly recommend this place!

I have spent a lot of money there, thought they were great. Then they sold my snake that I had on hold. Didn't have any other snakes just like that one in stock. Then argued with me on my why I have to ask for them to check on my snake when I called asking questions. They gave me attitude which showed absolute no remorse. I live an hour away, wasted gas money, money on enclosure decor, and time. This is unacceptable, I am crushed. This was the one thing I was looking forward to during a very difficult time. Since they didn't show adequate remorse and crushed my heart, I can't recommend this place anymore.

Hands down the best exotic pet store here in okc! Brayton is extremely knowledgeable and was able to really help bring my dream tank to life!! Prices are more than fare for the quality of animals you get at this place worth every penny. I will forever be going back to add to may tanks!

This was the cleanest and best kept reptile and exotic pet store I have ever seen and had the privilege of going to. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, none of the pets I viewed had mites, all of their water was clean and any food out was fresh and dusted with calcium powder. I absolutely will be going back and making the rest of my purchases there.

We visited on Saturday March 30th. The store was FULL of people! It was extremely clean, the enclosures are magnificent! Well stocked with not only new friends, but everything you could possibly need for them! It was easy to find a staff member and they were always willing to help you with whatever you needed. Prices are pretty darn good as well!!! Now, if they only had layaway!!! LOL 2 thumbs up!!!!

Really enjoyed shopping at Exotic Pets OKC! The animals all looked healthy and the enclosures were clean. They had a wide selection and the staff were all very friendly and helpful! It was worth the trip from Tulsa and we will definitely be back when we are ready for another reptile!

This place is amazing. Definitely the best pet store we have in the state. They have a huge selection of live aquarium plants, tons of fish, plus exotic reptiles and invertebrates. This will quickly be the go to, most popular pet store in Oklahoma

I was excited there was a new reptile store opening, first 2 times there were no real issues just a little unorganized amongst the staff and a lot of waiting around while they switched jobs while helping you. last time when i went there i waited in line for a live fuzzy mouse, at the feeders section, once i was being helped someone else who just got there needed help looking at the pictures of the enclosure, and obviously they had to switch staff and once I was being helped I needed a fuzzy mouse and 10 med cricket, I was rang up for it before they got the things, paid and she goes back and they have no Fuzzy Mice, but she said they have pinkies, that’s totally fine I get it, instead of double checking they had pinkies she goes and starts trying to change it in the system and ends up having 3 separate employees having to try and figure out how they could possibly exchange the fuzzy i was charged for and never got for the pinky mouse that has still not been confirmed they even have, i never saw it in store, once she went and got it she didn’t show it to me as some reptile stores are known to do, showing you your feeder to know it’s the right size, but when i got to my car after they figured out how to change the name of what i got in the system (don’t see why that matters they don’t have the quantity of the pinkies and fuzzies in there or she would have known they were out of stock, and they were the same price when i got my *correct* receipt) anyway it was dying when i got to my car, obviously had been away from mom too long and was cold to the touch but it was still hanging on so, i am familiar with pinky and fuzzy mice and figured it would be fine for me to drive (18 minutes) home and feed my snake real quick. nope i get home and it’s dead. they sold me a dead pinky mouse and took 20 minutes to do so… I think it’s a clean store with a decent floor of animals, clean enclosures and everything looks well cared for, they need to work on the staff, I thought this would be a great addition to the existing reptile stores in OKC but i never left another place with a dead feeder, this was really disappointing, when I noticed how it looked in the car I should have gone back in but after the staff not knowing how to run they system i figured it was more trouble than it was worth

Every time we go in the store the people that work there always greet everyone that walks in. If the person helping you doesn't know the answer they ask the others there, instead of making a guess. From my experience here I recommend stopping by if you're looking for a reptile or fish. They even have roaches, isopods and other insects for feeding your babies.

Absolutely amazing store. I get lost looking at all the cool reptiles, mesmerizing aquaria, and creepy crawlies every time I go in to grab food for my geckos. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store manager in particular is a treasure trove of helpful information.

Husband took the family for a ride and we found this awesome pet store, customer service was nice and help full. Didn’t get anything the first time but my second trip I did make a purchase wasn’t told about any rewards program. But I will be back, I am a happy customer and love all the pets to look at. The reptiles are in lovely, large enclosures. They have a great selection of reptile husbandry supplies. And the invertebrate and aquarium sections appear to be just as excellent. This place is amazing!

I was a little underwhelmed was expecting a little bit more of an exotic experience it's just regular fish a lot of the reptiles they have you can't see because they said that they have to have a special climate for them I asked why don't you put a picture on the outside of the tank so between the least know what's inside that it's a cute little shot but they shouldn't call it exotic pets cuz there's nothing exotic in there. It's just a pet store they should change their name I feel like families are going to go there looking for a zoo like experience.What is meant by an exotic animal?Any animal that is not native to the country where it is kept in captivity can be called an exotic (non-domestic) animal. Generally, these animals are not adapted to the climate and wild environment in the country where they are kept.

Went in to get turtle supplies which they have little to none. Once I guess the “manager” (taller small frame woman, didn’t introduce herself) found out we have a common snapping turtle she was quick to tell me to let it go because they’re very aggressive. After that interaction I left without buying any of the items I planned on getting.Edit to responded to the reply: As the GM you should probably educate yourself in the turtle laws in Oklahoma and the different turtle species.
