I like the different Dollar Tree stores I have visited my main reasons are the cleaning supplies and the spices but lately at this store the spices are very low on the selection which is very disappointing for me which sends me back to the grocery store. To keep their customers happy the supplies need to be kept up and not to let them run down to hardly anything to choose from.

Only four stars, because the day I visited they were out of my two flavors of Bang energy drinks that I like.I’m hoping my doctor does not read this,lol. She says I can’t drink energy drinks! Ha! Pop the top and bottoms up. There is nothin hard about it. I don’t know what she is thinking?No on a serious note good and knowledgeable staff. Well stocked with useful products.

I saw American XT motor oil the last time I was here for 3 dollars in the Dollar Tree Plus section and came to get that and a few other things. Their Google profile as well as their website says they close at 9P sunday nights and ppl use their resources to travel there based on this inaccurate info. I guess their Google profile hours reflects what their website shows.They close 8P sunday nights. I got there less than 10 mins til and hada hurry out. Prices of their DTP section that sales auto fluids/products are ok, not the worst comparable to other discount stores, but most of the prices are not the best comparable. The auto fluids, however, can be helpful and convenient if you urgently need motor oil, brake fluid, power steering, or antifreeze (5 bucks 64 ounces/half gallon) I haven't seen any trans fluid. They also have a little DTP section of pet supplies, the other DTP section I noticed before having to hurry out was household fluid type supplies. I peeked at the DTP prices of the pet items not necessarily comparable to other discount stores but not the worst. I'm sure the DTP pet items will be convenient to some even though not the best price per ounce. The DTP sections are semi cool but I hope they do not add anymore. I noticed the last few times I was in DT stores they now make transactions take a few secs longer by the little card pay keypad prompting you to select yes or no for a purchase receipt no matter your method of pay. Customer service was fair this call, wasn't bad. 3.5 stars this call.

Love dollar tree for there amazing pricing, but I will never go to this store again. Terrible customer service, rude and incompetent employees. I reach the registers to purchase a bunch of glass wear for my girlfriends engagement party, when I saw a tall black mans lane open. I got to his register and was told he wasn't open, so I proceeded to go to the only other lane that was open, which already had a line. I reached the black lady's register and she asked the man behind her I had just spoke to, to help, but he refused. Therefore I proceed to offer to her help wrap all the glass to spreed things up as the line was piling up behind me. I asked to use the paper towels located at the register to start wrapping. The man who declined services spoke up and said ”we don't wrap glass here”. I proceed to make claim that this is not how other stores do things or treat their customers. The lady handed me the paper and my husband and I started wrapping our stuff anyway. I was not given any greeting or thank you for assisting with check out.

UPDATE:It's even worse now. I arrived at 8:40pm, TWENTY MINUTES before the posting closing time of 9pm, on Sunday, January 28th, 2024, and the door was locked. The staff letting people out told me they were "closing early today".I needed to grab something in there real fast and arrived 5min before their closing time of 9pm. I was turned away. I guess they decided to close early. I asked what time they closed and was told 9pm. I looked at the time on my phone and it was 8:55pm. I told them it wasn't 9pm yet and was told that they'd already shut the register down and everything. Apparently they closed well over 5min early. Don't come here unless it's well before close. There are no quick last minute stops at this Dollar Tree.

The reason for my 2 star rating is while shopping the “manager” was explaining to another cashier how she was accused of being racist with an upset customer. This was not a quiet conversation this was two lanes over as they both were at the register. Multiple people in the store and only one cashier had customers.While everyone can appreciate her outlook on not being racist because she “has a black boyfriend” I think the manner in which she chose to explain the situation while on the sales floor with customers is very unprofessional.

I went in today to get balloons and other things and the line was extremely long, I was assisted by Deborah and she was the only one checking people out although there were other workers and she mentioned the line was backing up with customers. She had The Best Attitude throughout all the stress, without the help of any co-workers. So I had to write a good review for her because she did a wonderful job today. I was very impressed. Great job Deborah!

The guy name Roger that checked me out came off very racist to me & my son. I come here all the time and for him to take my bag after I made a purchase to go back to grab one item I forgot is insane. There are cameras for a reason and to be insulted like I’m so kind of thief is disrespectful and stereotyping. I don’t need to steal a 1.25$ of soap 🤣 trust me

Horrible customer service. Stood in line at checkout behind someone who had several items and trouble with paying. The store manager who was standing right next to the cashier decided to hop on a register. However, rather than saying "I can help the next person in line" says "I can help someone over here" which then prompted the person behind me to run over to her register. The store manager then closes her register and comes back over and stands next to the cashier....again. I then said to the manager "can you ring me up? The guy behind me already left the parking lot." I had two measly items and was in a hurry. Very disappointed with the whole process. They need to do better.

First time visiting this location, and I was so impressed. The location is close to where we are staying while visiting OKC. The two employees that were here at the time of my visit. I failed to get their names but I was extremely happy with both of their service and kindness. Thanks to both of you. Dollar Tree, you never disappoint. I can't say enough great things about how far these stores have come to bringing such great items at incredibly affordable prices. No matter what state I'm in, Dollar Tree will always be my go to store. Thanks again Dollar Tree.

First, i think it's a great store for certain items. The $1 for everything is fairly unfathomable but they stay in business so it must be working. Don't expect high quality items but the items I've purchased have never disappointed me. Secondly, when a company hires poor character employees maybe it should reflect on the company! I'm not saying they do there's just a lot of complaints about the employees on here. I, logically, don't expect all that much of a minimum wage employee like so many on here do apparently. People sure love the prices, yet don't seem to consider how a company can offer those prices. The top will always make their $$$, so the bottom must pay or suffer the consequences for those cheap prices! Many Americans often expect far to much of a poorly paid employee, then want to pay an unreasonably low price for the products they desire. When paying $1 for everything in the store, ⚠️warning ⚠️, probably shouldn't expect much TLC!

I love Dollar Tree but if I could give this store a zero rating, I would. My daughter just left there after asking the manager if there were any eye lash curlers in the back. She was told if there were any, the would have been out on display. My daughter explained she had left hers at my house. The manager said, "This is the dollar store. Does it look like I care?" then she and the person standing with her laughed. I told her to never go back to that store again.

This is to spotlight a specific employee. Keldon possesses exceptional customer service skills! I called Dollar Tree looking for a padlock/and or combination lock after having gone to several places. He first told me they were out, causing me to be discouraged. Less than 5 minutes later, he called me back to inform me that he had found some. He didn’t have to do that, but he did. Definitely deserves recognition!

Coming back here to update my rating, but keeping it at one star.I came in today with my daughter that was allowed to choose a couple of toys. She decided on a Diana Doll located in the kids toy isle. We cash out and make it outside & I am wondering why my total is so high. I realize I was charged $5 for this cheap doll.I went back inside immediately and asked for a refund, but was told they can't do anything for me today, to come back tomorrow to speak to the manager.This doll was not on the Dollar Plus isle it was located on the isle that says the toys are $1.25. That's a HUGE problem portraying prices incorrectly, DONT stock these items with the regular toys.

Normally have a good experience shopping here but tonight was not so. I wasn’t sure what time this location closed so I looked it up and it said 10pm. I got there at 8:40 and the sign on the door said they closed at 9. That was fine I only needed a few items, but i decided to let a worker know that online said 10 just so they would know and perhaps get it changed. She said very rudely that she knew cause they’ve been told before and they had to contact corporate. I walked away and overheard her saying, “They always complaining about the time!” to the other worker. I almost walked out the store right then. I wasn’t complaining I was trying to do you a favor and let you know so others wouldn’t complain. Even as I sit in the parking lot typing this I see customers trying to get into the store thinking it closes at 10. Very poor customers service, not to mention incredibly unwise to talk about your customers when they can STILL HEAR YOU! Lady on closing shift on 5/14/19 should be retrained or let go.

Most of my experiences here are positive. I always end up getting glow in the dark bracelets here for the 4th of July and Halloween, and I can't ever get out of this store without spending $20.00 on SOMETHING there.The people are usually very nice. It's occasionally really crowded, and the lines can be long, but this doesn't happen to me often. Most of the time I have a good experience, and I love their $1.00 cleaning products and cooking utensils. They've got awesome Coca Cola glasses and loads of things you can use for a little one's birthday. It's awesome for filling up trinket bags for birthday party treats, or for treat bags for my kids' classes during the holidays or her birthday.

I wish this location would of had a better selection of wall stickers. Dollar Tree has always been my favorite place to find the best wall stickers!! They have some of the cutest ones I've ever seen plus they are actually reusable unlike most I've found at Hobby Lobby And they're only $1.00 versus Hobby Lobby's that aren't reusable & cost close to $20 each!!

I checked google maps and it showed that the location closed at 10:00pm. We walked in at 8:52pm and they were making a 5 minute until closing announcement so they actually close at 9:00pm which was an inconvenience but something we could live with. While in line EVERY cashier and worker were rushing for someone to close the doors. 2 people were walking up and the worker ran to the door to lock it before they could get to the door which was extremely rude. Everyone in the store felt like we were an inconvenience. We told the workers that the website said they were open until 10:00pm and they staid that Corporate needed to fix it. Overall not a great experience.

Just got yelled at for no reason by a mean employee for trying to shop during their announced shopping hour. Please teach your staff how to be pleasant to customers and put a sign up if you expect customers to know about your special shopping hour.In general, employees are usually rude at this store.Items litter the floor all the time. I know it’s customers knocking stuff on the floor, but employees leave it there for days.Common items are often out of stock, so it’s annoying.

Every time I come to this place it is almost never running out of stock (with the exception being toys), you can always expect them to present items of holidays ahead of time for example (as of writing this review) they have Valentine gift baskets, chocolate candy, and Valentine cards. My only gripe is that occasionally there wouldn't be many people at the registers (there ate four) so lines can get long.

Cheap prices nice employees when they don't follow you around the store and not let other store owners come in to purchase all the bread ,so that they can and will mark it up to put in their own places . They can get loans from our gov. To open their own business in my country. I can't even get a signiture loan . America gotta love it !and I'm a VET

This store is solely receiving a 4 star from me because they only had one person running one register. Other than that, this store was well kept, stocked, and clean. Will be back.
