This is the worst Dollar store I've been to. The cashier is underage and you have to call the manager to get your stuff. New workers are left alone at the register, many mistakes are made as the line gets longer, they can have 10 people in line and only one employee working the register ,the manager never helps check out customers no matter how long the line is. They don't have bags for your purchases. It's a mess in this store.I've seen many good workers leave this job because of the chaos.

This might be the worst Dollar general in Oklahoma City sadly! Purchase some products yesterday from Dollar general and my change was $3.75. the cashier handed me $3 and told me they didn't have any coins. I told her I wasn't leaving without my change and to just give me a dollar bill since that's all they had. She was able to find 3 quarters in the cash register to give me. What kind of store are you running here? Trying to not give change to customers? The manager should be ashamed of this store as should Dollar general!!!

Not friendly...the young lady cashier wouldn't even look us in the eye! Face is covered by mask and wouldn't speak to us when asking a simple customer question. We received a shake for an answer and was quick to turn her back on us once we paid. Making a mental note not to return to this DG location.

Today I went into this dollar general I usually don’t have any problems with the workers but they told me 2 leave my medium size coach purse at the door they have problem with ppl stealing!! Well I’m not stealing I’m always shopping any dollar general so I put my purchases back and told them I don’t like how ur accusing me a restaurant manager , who is 47 years old and has a nice amount of money on her saying leave ur purse upfront. I understand the neighborhood and homesless live behind the store and steal from ur store!!!! But u don’t need 2 harass and make the other ppl that are paying suffer and feel very low and embarrassed that u said that infront of other customers so I will never go back 2 that dollar general again I know u guys don’t care about ur paying customers or care how ur paying customers feel about things but I’m going 2 post my story also on social media and tell everyone how u make paying customers feel real low and make the not purchase items !!!! So management at this dollar general have a great night and let’s see how many paying customers u run off 2nite!!!!

I've gone into this store twice recently. First for the 70 percent clearance, that turned out to be almost regular price elsewhere. Then the employees had no clue what was on sale and how to give the discount price. One said one thing another said something completely different about what was on sale. Today I went in planning to use the $5 off $25 coupon. My total was $24.50. Before I could get something for 50 cents she totals it then says she can't undo it or the coupons probably won't work. To say the least I'll go elsewhere.

It was stocked today! Only have two people working so took a few minutes to get checked out. Clerk was friendly and calm for how busy it was.

If there were a number 0 on here as a review would put it. Definitely do not recommend this Dollar General. The guy that attended us at the cashier register was so rude😒. I think his name is Chris not sure but it was specifically today. Me and mom have done transactions with coupons while also using the Saturday’s coupon the spend $25 and get a $5 discount. We literally had to just not buy our transaction🤦🏻‍♀️.

Me and my mom went to this store tonight to bug a small cheap lock box. When we could t locate the box ourselves my mom asked for assistance which to our dismay was done for no reason. The young man that worked there had really no clue what we were asking for, I also got the impression he didn't know much the store. There was another cashier there but she seemed to preoccupied with following me around the store as if I was going to steal something. Anyway the emplyees some more customer service training

Had a lady check me out, her name tag said "Lay" on 9/6/20. She was extremely rude. Didn't look up once when she checked me out, ignored me when I first came to her register as though I wasn't even standing there waiting to be checked out. I asked her if there was a survey on the receipt as most dollar generals have (I am a frequent flyer, my dollar general has amazing service BTW) and she replies that she doesn't know and chuckled. I'm guessing that they all act like that and management allows for it. I will not be back.

Everytime I go to this store it is filthy dirty. The staff are always talking to each other while checking out which I have to make sure they are not making mistakes. They didn’t even say thank youwhen I left as they continued to gossip about other workers. The floor has dirt tag trash everywhere and windows dirty. Looks like it hasn’t been swept or mopped in weeks!

Pleased with the location. Wendy is friendly, pleasant. ALL other Dollar General stores are nice. NEVER, NEVER, EVER go to the store on 10th/Rockwell, OKC. EXTREMELY RUDE, NASTY, BELLIGERENT, RACIST, human being's I have ever experienced. Stay away.

The young black manager with the glasses is terrible. I noticed she is very disrespectful not only to customers, but her co-workers also. Most of the time I am at that store she is either outside puffing cancer sticks or speaking crazy to someone. She is loud, ghetto, and sounds unintelligent. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED! She is gonna run off what little business that store has left.

Usually always a fun trip to Dollar General. The staff always gives you a 'welcome' as soon as you enter. Their "clearance" section attracts me like a magnet! Always something interesting at a reduced price that'll make a nice surprise gift for a friend or someone in need. Dollar General stores are NOT "Hollywood". You'll shop right along with real, everyday people living truthful lives. No glamor! Dollar General stores are "community-located", too! THEY support YOU where YOU live!

This Dollar General is pretty much the same as all the other Dollar Generals around Allen. It carries an assortment of men's and women's and children's clothing, housewares, laundry and cleaning supplies, packaged Foods, including chips cookies sodas Etc. You can get in and out pretty quickly, but don't expect much help from the staff, that's how they keep the price down.

Often feel unsafe at this location due to vagrants hanging around in front of the store. I'm disabled and use a walker and the store often has obstacles in the isles which make it hard to shop.

This dollar general is closer to me. There red box was broken that morning. The young male cashier was very nice. I really appreciate friendly service.

Good prices, friendly staff. The reasoning for 4 stars, the place is unorganized, shelves are empty, the empty shelves could be a seasonal exchange, but the isle was not marked as such.

Nasty parking lot, bare shelves and the employee checking me out stayed on the phone the entire time. Typical of DG. Hiring more people would certainly help in all areas.

They could try to be friendly and helpful but younger one's have little to no interest in any of that. On the plus side it is a dollar store and they have a lot for little cost.
