Chris was unhelpful and rude. I called because I had purchased several groceries and was missing part of my purchase. I was having connectivity issues so I accidentally cut him off a couple of times and I think he took it personally and began to be rude to me. He stated that if I did not have a receipt he could not help me, when I suggested that they look at the cameras and I can pull up the charge on my bank card they can see video evidence of my purchase he repeated himself and asked me to think about how many hours of camera footage that is to go through. The cashier that night had a guest I assume who was hanging around the bagging area and left his eggs on the bagging area as we were trying to check out. I was uneasy with this and I must have forgotten to grab my Oreos. The cashier would remember such a mistake as leaving behind part of my order. I'm just disappointed by the lack of assistance and unwillingness to make it right.

If I could give zero I would. Worst place ever. Employees are rude, their equipment doesn't work. The chip reader is broken and somehow that was my fault because I didn't bank with chase which is apparently one the cashier knows don't have issues. When I asked what my bank had to do with it she popped off with, "well, first of all" then continued to tell me how it's my fault that their equipment is garbage and they are too cheap to repair it. Seriously the most bizarre enteraction ever. I'm positive the cashier is on drugs. Overall, do NOT recommend.

Didn't have exactly what I needed from there like before. Must have just been out of stock. But over all they are a good store. And the clerk that day was an absolutely wonderful man. Very nice and pleasant.

It's probably just profiling but literally the last 3 times I went in this store they have followed me and even told me to empty pockets or cops were being called. I have never even attempted to petty theft a dollar store this place's employee's need to pipe down a bit I won't be back

They gave the new glade scents on sale...until u get to register and they say sorry those coupons aren't scanning. What should have been 12$ off was zero. I'm not sure why I try other than that it was same old dollar general .

Terrible associate at this store for the second time. He is of mixed Hispanic or Asian heritage. With the new debit card,I ask him if it went in bottom of machine or to slide it. Very rudely and with a smirk he said in the bottom. Machine said processing, then said to remove which I did. He said I should not remove,told him machine said to. He then grabbed card and put it back in machine. He got same results as I did. He then slid card and it possessed correctly. He then again smirked and said he hated these new cards. On a previous visit for a exchange for a different size and with all tags still attached, he said item smelled like smoke . Told him item came from this store. He replied.. No exchange, take item to another store that they probably would exchange but that he wouldn't. Went to store on SE 59th Street..no problem. The previous store is located closer to me. Does this mean that Dollar General condones this behavior? If this person is still at this store I will not shop at Dollar General again and will via Facebook warn friends, family and acquaintances of what to or not to expect. Other customers were behind me in line at checkout on the tried to attempt to return/exchange. They were shaking their heads at his behavior. Before this guy, found all employees helpful and store clean and organized.

Wouldn't even give them a star if I could. I shop at dollar general a lot, sometimes includes coupons. This visit I had coupons and she was very rude, didn't even read my coupons correctly. When I tried to show her the coupon was valid she began to argue with me, take my items and refuse to sell them too me. So I called corporate after stepping out of line she started talking to the customer she was checking out, about me. Calling me names and saying nasty things. I stayed in the store while I called, from the time I picked up my phone to leaving she continued with her comments. I felt threatened, and have never had worse customer service.

I like this location the people are always friendly they stay pretty stocked at least from what I can tell and prices are good the area looks a lil iffy but I've never had any problems there over all would reccomend

Cheap items but you pay for what you get and the products will get the job done for the time being. It seemed very cluttered and the isles are narrow. They do carry name brand products that are reasonably priced.

Chihuahua and seems to always be stalking time while I'm in there the isles are completely filled with merchandise and it's very hard to manage getting around it however the staff is decent

This Dollar general when they leave signs up that say a different price they need to give you that price if they're sodas because they don't take the signs down and if they say they're going to charge you more they can't they have to charge you with a sale price is on that paper and if not they have to give it to you anyway for that price that's on the paper that still up on the shelf

Slowest service and it's because the cashier's needed to ADD AND SUBTRACT..... GO FIGURE, that's what they're kryptonite was...simple math.
