Have shopped at this location for years they use to have the nicest employees. But visit on 2/17/24 and was told they no longer have basket because they get stolen and staff was rude when I asked about basket. If a company wishes for more sells then supply carts. I ended up leaving with what I could carry but this is the last time I will visit this store. Quit being cheap.!

Horrible Completely Horrible. Floors are nasty as can the shelves are empty. They have carts out with items in it but no one is stocking. Yeah never coming here again. Y'all need to hire better and more positive workers.

They need new floors how about remodel the whole building and they need to have 2 security guards and 2 cashiersThey have Boxes everywhere people steal hereEmployees area things they went bad and it stank in there.

This store has knew staff. They are the laziest bunch of workers. The store is always messy and dirty. Merchandise is always out of stock. Can never find any items. The check out is very slow.

It's a good place to shop for most of whatever you need to food products to household items to electronics and clothes too and pet items like dog food and cat food all other day to day needs ..they also sell cigarettes and I think beer to don't quote me on that thou I just can't really remember exactly cause I wasn't looking for beer at the time.lol..any my experience there is always pleasant the employees are very helpful and nice..to talk with..

I do love a bit of a bargain and Dollar General provides great bargains from $1 onwards. I went in for a few bits and bobs and ended up finding lots of stuff I didn't know I needed.Staff and cashier was very friendly too..

First staff was really friendly, place was kind of wreck. Seemed to be understaffed. I believe there were shoplifters all up in the place. It made me uncomfortable. It had to effect the staff. I think this store may need some strong, aggressive security on site, to clean out all the trash coming in ruining a good shopping experience for others. I do love this stores products, I just go to another Dollar General Store where I feel safe.

Its convenient and I love the staff! What I don't like is the companies policy that the staff has to do EVERYTHING! They will schedule 1 person to run the store! That means stocking and running back and forth to be the cashier!! I don't see this company valuing their employees! For that reason alone I do not care for this blatant misuse of their staff!

Nothing getting stocked, isle's are getting empty, can't get through the Isle because stuff is laying all over the floor, floor is so nasty and needs to be mopped , this place is getting worse every day

Nice friendly customer service was willing to help me find whatever it was I needed the cashier male vonte was very nice very attentive great customer service. Nice clean atmosphere. Would definitely recommend people to go to this one. Also there GM Bobby very nice very attentive friendly person.

I liked it because it's located by some other places that I like to shop at also, but the store is clean shelves was stocked, & the employees are polite & ready to help customers. This is a quick substitute when u don't feel like dealing with the hustle & crowd of Wal-Mart. Dollar General has good savings too.

Didn't have a basic item that I came for today nor a spot that would indicate that they were just out. The staff weren't very friendly and I was obviously having trouble finding what I came there for and had multiple staff pass me and they didn't even ask me if they could help me find anything. Heard staff cutting up and not working. Just over all unprofessional. I ended up just buying 2 sodas and the lady didn't even hand them to me and just let me walk out. Got all the way on across town and realized I didn't have them. Thing is it took me a while to get in my car, she could have easily came out and told me that she didn't give them to me. Instead when I called she said I had forgotten them. Well now with Covid you can't grab them, they have to be handed to you or pushed to your side because of the plexiglass.

This is pretty much your typical Dollar General. It carries the same things as all the other ones, some grocery items, toiletries, makeup, over the counter drugs, clothing, toys, household goods, and many other items. It is an old-time General Store, the kind that used to be around all the time when I was a boy. If you're looking for a pleasant shopping experience with low prices, this is a pretty good place.

Nicest employees ever! I just moved to the neighborhood behind it. I frequent this store a lot. It is always clean. Never cluttered isles. Anytime I have a question about where a product is located or if they have it, they always know the answer.

None of their sale prices were as advertised, grab a product promotion they advertised as 3 for 3$ and it rings up as 2.85$ each... Or another which was advertised on the shelf as 2$ each and it rings up as 4$ each. All of which you have to ask because they don't show you what it's ringing up for. Then they guilt you by being horribly understaffed so you don't want to make a deal out of it with the line of people and the one cashier who could care less anyways. They even try to talk you out of taking the falsely advertised products off your ticket when they ring up wrong because if they have a certain amount of voids then "loss prevention" visits the store... As if thats me the consumers problem? If they weren't trying to get away with fraud than it wouldn't be a problem as far as I'm concerned? All of this on top of the prices being terrible in the first place, even the next time I just need a couple things I'll go some place else. All the convenience in the world isn't worth being lied to and frauded and being treated like your the problem for not going along with it.

This is one of the BEST Dollar General stores I have ever been to. They were in the middle of rearranging stock and they were having fun doing it. A staff of 4-5 women laughing, stocking, AND helping customers find items. Whoever the manager is of this store-they have a winning team.

I LOVE the sales associates that work at NW 10th and MAY! BOBBI, MARK, STEVE and forgive me I can't remember the name of another sweet woman, who sings like an Angel! All great Ppl, fun to walk in and be treated like a friend!

Fast but unfortunately not well trained could not locate supper glue for me and in the end worst part was it was next to check out where employees spend most of there days .... hum maybe pay attention and then I could of gotten out of that place faster

I'll never understand why they won't put my 2 liters of Coke in a bag? As soon as I start placing them on the counter the cashier always says, You can leave them in your basket and then they ask, How many do you have. I'm not sure how they expect me to get them from the basket into my vehicle or from my vehicle into my home and it doesn't matter which cashier is working its always the samething. If I ask them to please bag them they do but they refuse to double bag so it's really pointless because the bags are so cheap they rip open as soon as you pick them up. They do have good prices but I'm beginning to think it's not worth the hassle. I am a dedicated Coca-Cola drinker and usually buy 10-20 at a time so please Dollar General train your cashiers to bag.

I don't really care to even bother going there . The only reason i went there is because my sister was buying a birthday 🎂 present 🎁 for a friend. All tho they don't really have toys. But they're not that bad so i will just say that they're okay.

The manager and the young man helped me was very friendly and patient I got a bunch of stuff that was on clearance that wasn't correctly Mark and he was very patient and when the line started back can I be called the manager at twice she was very busy and Max talking but you always came up their back and forth back and forth I love that store I go out of my way to shop at that one because there's so much different than the one in my neighborhood

This has got to be the absolute worst Dollar General I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. The store was filthy, and product strewn carelessly about. I understand stocking shelves after a delivery, but this was a disaster.

The location seemed dull, dirty, and gloomy. The staff was friendly and kind. There seems to be quite a few homeless people that loiter around when I usually go out there. Some ask for money some just mind their own.
