My mother owns a palma Chi Chihuahua and he needed his toenails clipped very badly so I looked around and found Dynasty dog grooming and at the time they were taking new clients I called at 5 o’clock and got no answer. I went to the physical address they had and I seen on the door that they were excepting new clients. She took me right in asking what I needed done. I told her that I needed his paws clipped and his hair trimmed & within an hour and a half she called me back and told me that he was ready and notified me that one of his toenails were broke, I asked her what I needed to do. If I should take him to the vet, she said it would probably just fall off and to keep an eye on it. I didn’t even know one of his toenails were broke. My overall experience at this place was overall a good experience. I recommend this place if you want someone more willing to except walkins and be very courteous and professional about it, she treated my dog very well, and was very caring. I give my approval for this place. Jack came back, smelling very good and very soft and he was happy and that’s all that matters to me is if he is happy after his visit with a dog groomer.

Great place to take my dog to get groomed! I've been taking her to DD for years and my dog is a getting older and the owner operator is so gentle and so nice to her. I can really tell that she cares about the dogs that she grooms. I've recommended this place to friends and family and they all rave about her.

Absolutely amazing!They did such a wonderful job on my Great Pyrenees Stella and my littler terrier Eddie!Not only did they do exactly what I asked, they were finished grooming when they said they would be, and they were so affordable!My Great Pyrenees is 110 pounds, so everything she has done is typically expensive, but it was less for both of them than it was for just one at any other groomer!They are kind, patient, and great at listening to what you want with your animals.I am so happy my father in law told me about Dog Dynasty, we will definitely be returning!

I love the ladies at Dog Dynasty! They take such good care of my dog, the one I have now and the one I had before (who wasn’t the easiest client). Bijou always comes home looking and smelling great and I don't worry at all about leaving her there. Highly recommend!

Very professional. You can instantly tell that they love what they do! They make sure your furbaby is comfortable and not scared before you leave! I can't say enough good things about 🐶 Dynasty!! These are before and after pics. He is still a puppy and we are late in his first time at the groomer. But he went from such a little dirty doggy to this top picture of him looking so amazing! Thank you again Dog Dynasty!! We will be back!!

Everyone from Lou, and Kris, and the other help that they have, they always have a smile on their faces. My doggies are always ready to go see their friends at dog dynasty. The bandannas are super cute and go with what ever holiday or season it is. They were recommended by my mom.If you are in need of a groomer this is the place to go.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND We originally took our Sheepadoodle here and had a great experience but made the mistake of going to PetCo instead of coming back here. We will never make that mistake again and will always be using Dog Dynasty from now on! They had quick availability, loved on our dog despite him being really scared, and did an INCREDIBLE job. With his hair being so long we had some specific requests and they exceeded our expectations.

We have been going to this salon for years. Lou has NEVER canceled or rescheduled our appointment in all those years. Last week she was in the hospital so they had to cancel some appointments. Some people were upset with this, but I think that is unreasonable on their part. This salon have always been very helpful and friendly. Would not take my dog anywhere else!

I will keep going back to these guys. The do a great job and my dog always smells good, nails are clipped, and they do follow instructions left.I came in today 12/19, asking that they didn’t cut too much off of his coat since winter is coming!! When I picked him up, I was pleasantly surprised to find that all instructions were followed. Thank you

The girls that work there truly care for the dogs and the quality of there work is always top notch!They are a popular place so please expect to have to book the appointment in advance but you will not regret it!! ❤️

Myra does not let me trim her nails. She will run & hide when she sees the clippers. I walked in on Dog Dynasty & five minutes later walked out with Myra & her newly trimmed nails! Excellent job! $7 excellent price! Thank you Dog Dynasty! Recommend you highly.

Had an appt to get my 2 Great Pyrenees groomed (they were groomed here last year and looked amazing but that girl doesn’t work there anymore). Owner of store told us she didn’t want to brush them out because their fur was matted around their collars (like long-haired dogs get) so her solution was to shave them instead of brushing them. We told her Great Pyrenees can’t be shaved because their skin burns easily. We were fine though with her cutting out the matted areas and then brushing them out. She said she didn’t want to brush them out at all—just shave. She obviously doesn’t want to have to work that hard. So we said what you don’t want to groom them then? She said only if she can shave them. This was the OWNER, so if you have long-haired dogs, DONT take them here unless you want them shaved.

This is banchi’s second time coming here. The last groomer we had banchi acted really uncomfortable and amped up. The first time and second time banchi goes right up to lady all relax. And she comes back so clean, soft and FLUFFY!! Highly recommend this place!! Always so nice!
