This place is the most disgusting uneducated pharmacy iv ever encountered!! The pharmacist and workers are rude! They will make you wait forever! No hello or have a nice day, you wait forever they should either have new management or train their workers to be better at what they do and how to work! They look and sound miserable and if they don’t want to work then they shouldn’t work, this is a customer service job learn to have customer service skills!

We have been using this CVS for our prescriptions since moving here and I genuinely have not had a good experience during all this time. The pharmacy is always slow on to fill a prescription that we are in desperate need for often not getting the medication ready until the next day unless the doctor requested the medication before noon. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you can.

Have your doctor send your prescription anywhere else. This is the second day in a row I called the pharmacy only to be on hold for 10+ minutes. Isn't filling my prescription due to an unexplained delay in receiving a very common medication... Almost 7 days past my surgery. It's laughable.

Pharmacy area was very crowded this afternoon and there were only 3 people that i could see handling the phone (calls came in nonstop), the prescriptions, the drive up window, and the counters. One staff member named Tiffney was multitasking like crazy; she even gave a flu shot to another customer. Through it all, she was kind and patient and gave each person full attention when their turn came. It means a lot when someone has that level of character and lifts others up. Just want to say thank you for that.

The store itself is fine but the photo developing dept isn't! Went to pick up my photos after a long wait, 'bout a month, someone was supposed to call me when they were ready, nobody called! The envelope had been opened by someone 🤔. Last time I checked, photos are supposed to be private! The woman I spoke to about it said she didn't know why it had been opened 😒 The cashier was okay though. Needless to say, I won't be getting my photos developed at this location anymore since someone there likes to open ppls photo envelopes!😡🤬👎💯

Horrible pharmacy! I called in at 1pm today. I was told that my prescription would be ready at 3pm. It's 3:21pm and I'm getting the run around! The pharmacist just lied to me saying that the Dr had nt sent in the script. Then lied and said she told me something else, what a liar. My Dr Sen it on last WEEK! DO NOT GO HERE!

Went into This Store, Friday, October 21st 2022, from the entrance of the store, throughout the entire store. Filthy and the carpet looks like not being cleaned in several months. The bathroom was dirty and the floors not moped in a very long time. I let pharmacy know that and everyone who I came into contact with how dirty everything is and can tell its been like this for a long long time. They blame Corporate. But they are there themselves every day letting people come in to this very unhealthy environment. They blame the floors on Corporate. The bathroom floors were not neglected by Corporate staff. It's the employees WHO ARE THERE.

I waited for 45 minutes to not get the covid test I scheduled and submitted all the information for online prior to arriving. After 45 minutes of waiting, the worker asked me to confirm if I had SoonerCare which wasn't the information I had given at any point and was told they couldn't find me, my appointment, my insurance, nothing even though I had all the confirmation emails and confirmation numbers and am a regular pharmacy customer there and see this exact worker and pharmacist frequently. I will never fill a script here again after that nightmare.

I only gave one star because that was my lowest option.... Went to get something and saw a certain wine on sale, clearly marked.... Went to check out and girl told me that the price was not correct. I pointed out the exact name, type, etc. and the marked down advertised price. She said "we can't sale discounted liquor", I look around the whole wine section and see several bottles marked down. I guess lesson is, CVS is clearly does not honor their discounts and will pick and choose which ones if any they honor....

Firstly, I want to say that I live by this location but the only time I shop there is when Walgreens is out of something in stock. February 21, 2021 I decided to go to CVS and buy a beverage. Precisely at 9:25 p.m. an employee named Morggan checked my item out for me. The total amount was $2.38 and I gave her a $20 dollar bill. When she gave my change back, she handed it to me wrapped in the receipt which I didn't even think to verify because she was so nice! When I arrived back home I realized that she only gave me $8 dollars and some change back. When I brought the receipt back yesterday, I told the manager that I didn't care about the money but I thought they should know that I was shorted $10 dollars. He was very quick to dismiss my claim and stated that she wasn't over in money that night, which only proved my theory that she did it intentionally. I just want to warn people if they decide to go to this location to make sure you have them count back your money before you leave the store... and if anyone else has had i similar situation happen, please feel free to share your experience. Thank you!

I have never had a problem with the staff at this store or with the pharmacy staff. They always greet with "welcome to CVS" friendly and helpful when needed. I have been going to this location for over 15 years.

Terribly run pharmacy. We waited on a prescription 2 hours last month. And today.... we are told they don’t have all of the doctor information to fill the RX that was sent to them electronically , received, and verified by CVS. Seriously! It’s the same meds from last month that was filled. Terrible in communicating with customers. Pharmacist here at this location is rude and snotty. We will definitely be going elsewhere next month. This is how you lose customers folks.

It is Christmas night, so we expect for there to be less help, but when self check requires a person to come to the machine for an error, the clerk shouldn't be rude. I'm not allowed nor do I want to be rude to my customers. This woman working had a blonde ponytail, but I didn't see her name.she walked up and said MOVE.

I just want to say thank u to the pharmacy. We stopped going here because of a hateful teenage clerk in the store part but that was a mistake. Not sure if the girl was even still working there but the parmacy helped my husband today when walgreens refused so we are having the whole familys charts sent over. Thank you for helping him when he hasnt had his meds in two weeks he could have died. You literally saved this family we owe u everything!

Thank you so much Mark for how you treated us. Like seriously, thank you. That's sarcasm. Never going to that store again. Mark, I don't know who you think you are but we are customers and should be treated at least a bit respectul. You were very rude and disrespectful to us. You didn't make eye contact, which I don't care but you acted very hostile and kept a monotone voice. However, this changed when you rang up the lady behind us, that's when you said in a very cheerful way "Do you have a CVS card?" But with us, very cold and hostile. Please teach your employees to smile and act equally towards other customers.

Dropped off my prescription for medication. Pharmacist called and said it was $200. Told them I had a coupon for a free trial ($0). Gave them that information. Went to pick it up that evening. Still $200. Gave them the information again. The tech said they would call in the morning and it would be ready the day after. I waited a 48 hours to give them time to call. I then called to make sure it was ready for pickup. It was, but it was still $200. The tech then argued with me that they were using the coupon I provided. I hung up, went to Walgreens, and had no issue whatsoever.

This place is a freaking joke. My prescription was called into the wrong cvs (Dr error), they were supposed to transfer it to this store, but now they can't find it. Can't run my insurance because they obviously can't read and keep telling me it's expired. It's an issue every time I'm here with something. Walgreens sucks, but I think they might be better than this crap. The actual pharmacist hasn't offered to step in one time to help with the situation....not once!!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! CVS Pharmacy at this location is a joke! They had elderly people waiting for hours for their RX's. The workers found it funny when people complained about the wait time. I seen all this because I was waiting for 45 minutes for the pharmacist to ring me up for Allegra D!!!! Yes the purple box that someone has to run your DL through the govt so you can get some friggin allergy med because everyone is a meth ahead apparently. I left after waiting for 45mins went straight to Walgreens and was helped in less than 5 minutes!!! Oh and it wasn't a pharmacist at Walgreens who checked me out! I called CVS location about the poor service and the Manager said and I quote "I don't see a problem" I 'm like WTF??? I'm so done with CVS. I will never ever and I mean EVER visit this location again!!!! Walgreens has a wayyyyyy better Pharmacy.

I had a great experience the young lady in their pharmacy that helped me and went the extra mile I was going to pay well over $100 for prescription she took a few minutes to look for coupons and found a way to get me down to $30 ..this place can get backed up it's busy but for someone to take the time with each individual customer in saving that kind of money shows .While sometimes they appear to be slow but they take care of the customer .I wish I had the name of this young lady.. So kudos to the pharmacy Department

When I went to pick up my meds this morning the lady's are very rude and when you say something about it they just look at you and when you call the home office they say will we will look in to if CVS needs to get it together and get people in there that will help people out and that will be nice to people and not rude to keep

Very helpful and nice younger woman that helped us get our passport photos, made it quick and easy and even went to back to get us cold product when the display was not cold. Good experience.
