It's ridiculous to shop at a place where they're putting old ground beef in with fresh ground beef it's gross then going to tell me that they usually don't take it back you will absolutely or I'll call the health department I'm currently looking for somewhere else to shop also bought a box of ice cream sandwiches all of them were freezer burnt crest is nothing like they use to be thank God a good manager was on duty because Lisa in customer service was not it treated me like I was trying to get something for free

This Crest is simply amazing. They were short staffed the other evening and the night manager Jessie and the cashier _______ made things work after getting slammed at night after food stamps posted. Every aisle is so neat and tidy(The aisles I did not get pictures of had a person in it and I was already being weird enough trying to discreetly take some pictures. The one person that is in those pictures is of my beautiful girlfriend in the middle of shopping lol). If you do not have a place you usually shop at and you have never been here I recommend you come here!4 Months Later and still amazing looking!

No longer the best deals on groceries. But if you are disabled it's still the best place to go because they still carry out your groceries and put them in the car. Also the old crest is small and more manageable for elderly. Full service store. Not many of them left

Been going here for years. Today I paid for my groceries. After running my bank card, computer locked up. Spent about an hour standing there while several people tried to fix it. They rebooted the computer eventually. The money was taken out of my bank account and I showed them but they said I had to ring everything up and pay again. I protested and lady got rude and said "either ring them up and pay again or leave". I said "but you are stealing my money, it debited my bank account, I already paid". Too bad, so sad, but you can't leave with your groceries. So... Never, ever setting foot in a Crest Foods store again. They lost a loyal customer forever. Not to mention I will spread the word to everyone I can of their stellar customer retention program. My blood is boiling.

I'm a regular customer at this particular location I went In and bought a few items one item in particular was some sunny delight. There was a display of it with a sale sign 2 for 5 dollars. Got to the register it didn't ring at that price so Anna I assume who is a manager went to check the price and comes back and says it was for a dif flavor. Well the display was of the flavor I got and she wasn't going to give it to me for the sale price because the flavor was. wrong. I work in retail so I know that if it's one misplaced item I would understand but it was a entire display. She finally gave it to me at t the sale price but not without attitude. I will take my business to winco

The way this store handles special needs employees is horrible! There will be a report filed against this store. If an employee is autistic and special needs and does not understand what they are signing is unacceptable!

I still like this store but I feel like it's getting more expensive. Even their Nick's picks are not giving anymore. I'm really looking for a good deal when I come in here and I'm starting to get disappointed. And all, I still enjoy the price is better than Walmart.

This is the original Crest Foods built by Nick Harroz, Jr. The store opened for business in 1964. Today, Nick's son, Bruce heads up the business. I believe Crest has nine metro-area locations. Crest Foods still goes by the founder's philosophy, "Buy it low and stack it high."

Always very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really recommend this store for anyone Who needs groceries and doesn't want to walk what seems like miles to get them. I like that this store is smaller and I can just run in and out.

I've only been to this location once.What absolutely impressed me the most is how friendly and polite the people were - not only the employees, but the other people shopping here. The store felt like a nice community in itself.Note: this is a smaller Crest than the super-sized versions, so there might be something you can't find here that you would there (either the same size or the product itself). One example I can recall is that it doesn't have its own bakery on site. I was able to get at least 95% of the items on my medium-length list done during my visit though.

PRODUCE ISSUE: This location is far cry from it's Douglas location. Seems as though every time we go here produce is not rotated out. Most produce is close to and or expired. I ended up extremely sick on expired onions. The mentality is keep it on the shelf. If its expired, oh well we don't have any more. For sure the next time I get sick I will be keeping my receipt and taking samples of the rotten produce. Totally unexcusable!!(been going here off and on since 2011, worst I've seen yet!)

Say in drive-thru at window for 15 mins with no assistance. Person came & told me I to go back to screen, but screen isn't working. She told I had to come in because they were yelling others inside. Explained, I'm on oxygen & made it difficult. Told her when I pulled up there were only two people inside. She informed me that's who she was helping & I would have to wait for them to finish. So, I left. My time is just as important & valuable to others. Went to Jimmy John's & had my order ready & waiting on me when I got to the window. Sorry Subway. Your loss.

The staff at this Crest location is friendly, and the store is typically clean. Everything I've looked for has been in stock. However the parking lot is an absolute disaster, and the entry/exit area is cramped and difficult for large numbers of people to access freely.
