My dog Otis has been coming to the facility since he was a puppy, he is almost 6! The staff and management at Central Park Dog Daycare are one of the most valued people that I trust my dog with. He participates in enrichment camp which as a high energy dog caters to his needs while he is in the daycare. I am able to communicate and check in on him at anytime while he is there. The staff is so very friendly and they go above and beyond for my dog which is so important to me. I highly recommend this business for any dog that wants to make new friends, canine or people. Thank you so much to Central Park for continuing to make dog time for Otis the best time!

We’ve been taking our pups to Central Park for probably close to 10 years now, and they have taken amazing care of all 4 dogs. They responded promptly and transported our dog to the vet themselves when she got very sick while at daycare (from a previously unknown medical condition) because we were not able to leave work right away. They sent her cards and care packages and grieved with us when she passed. Since then, they have embraced both of our new puppies who are young Malamutes with tons of energy. They have given us training suggestions and helped us brainstorm ideas for managing high energy/large puppy behaviors to help them be successful. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and they truly provide such a lovely and safe place for our pet family members! Can’t say enough good things about Central Park.

I have been taking my GSD here for almost 3 years & now my young GSD. I have had over charges but this last boarding charge was devastating as I was charged to my debit card when I had told Nicole face to face to charge this other card, I watched her input in their system. When I text her, she then charged another $280 to my Visa card and said she refunded the other charge. I asked her not to because that refund could take days to credit my bank. My bank still doesn’t show in their system. This caused a hardship as I am traveling cross country with my 10 year old grandson. I told her that this has ruined our trip as it has caused a financial strain. Mind you I am in my senior years living on a budget now. I spoke to the owner, she listened to my rant but at the very end her words were “we have to part our ways now and I don’t appreciate how you spoke to Nicole”. Meaning the pups aren’t allowed to come back. Well, I had already decided to not bring them back. So I am confident she knew that anyway. I’m relieved that I made the decision to take my pups to a facility that is much more professional, wants to please their client. From what I see, the new one doesn’t over charge for additional activities as in the cafe racquet they have going on at Central Park. Their activities are all inclusive. They just walk around while dogs are out in the yards doing no interaction. On weekends they’re alone, other than a couple hours in morning and couple in evening, so I recommend not boarding on weekends if you don’t want your active dogs crated majority of those 2 days. I will be very honest here, I told Nicole if she keeps treating customers this way, she will eventually run the business in to the ground. Good luck boarding over Memorial weekend. They’ll probably be crate most of the time. Maybe some people are okay with that. I’m not. The cafe and reading bedtime stories seem to me to be money racquet, Nicole deflecting and patronizing us long time customers. I’m certain owner or Nicole will be responding back to this review, deflecting the real issues. Check out the other daycares and compare before you commit. Buyer beware.

The BEST dog day care in OKC. They really go the extra mile to make sure your baby is cared for and safe. I boarded my baby here and they text you throughout the day to let you know how they’re doing. I paid extra for some 1:1 time and they showed my new rescue how to play with toys! Now she loves them. They truly take their time with each and every dog in their care and their compassion for animals shines through in all they do. Cannot recommend this place enough, truly! Mabel can’t wait to come back and see y’all. 💛

Absolutely the BEST dog daycare and boarding! Between my two dogs we’ve been Central Park clients for over 13 years. The staff are so friendly and their affection for the dogs they care for really shines through! My first dog went to daycare and boarded there his whole life … in the last few months of his life the amount of caring, love and compassion they showed him was amazing. They really love dogs here… and I love knowing my dog is safe and well cared for. They also are always coming up with new fun experiences for the pups… my dog especially loves getting her pup cup in their cafe! I can’t say enough about how great they are… we love Central Park!

Excellent daycare with caring staff. My pup loves going here. Sometimes, she’s so excited to get in, I think she will one day make it over the entry fence. The staff will text to let you know if something is happened like vomiting during the day, and inform you are the end of the day, if there was a one time episode of diarrhea. She’s been attending nearly 1 year now, and I couldn’t be happier with Central Park. If my pup could talk she would say the same, but her body language every morning let’s me know that she loves it. In fact, she will remind me at home to get going if I’m running late by nosing her car harness. It’s like she doesn’t want to be late!!🤣 No regrets attending this daycare. She does board here also. I don’t do grooming here, but it’s only because she doesn’t like doing that and I want to keep her experience here positive always!!Before COVID, there were fun events like Halloween 🎃 party. My pup got a spider tattoo and had her cards read. 🤣 Needless to say, it’s a great place.

I frequently board my dog Milly here and she absolutely loves it! The staff is very friendly, observant and caring for my dog. She always seems in great spirits when I pick her up. They are also very informative on how your dog is behaving and even send little cute letters home (good and bad lol) about how your dog was. Would highly recommend boarding your precious pets here. <3

Our dog, Rooney, loves Central Park Dog Daycare. We are so thankful for the staff and their patience as they have worked with our anxious and protective dog to make her feel comfortable, and it is a relief for us to know she is in great hands all day. She has never been so excited to go anywhere as she is to go to daycare, and comes home worn out from playing all day. We are always greeted with a smile and never have a problem with communication. Cannot recommend highly enough for their daycare or boarding services!

Great place for dog daycare, hated them for boarding. On Friday, our dog was able to play pretty much all day, which was great because he's only 1 and has a ton of energy. Saturday and Sunday, our dog was in his kennel majority of the weekend. From about 8pm, maybe even sooner to 5pm the next day, our dog was not taken out. Communication is never clear, even after calling 2-3 times to clarify. On their website, it states that boarding checkout is at 1pm...no one was there (no cars in the parking lot), so had to come back at 5pm before we could pickup our dog. Pretty sure they didn't even take him out because he had an accident in the car (which has NEVER happened). Also, they turn the doggy cameras off during "feeding/bedtime" - info that wasn't explained to us. Like I said before, great for daycare, but I would not recommend for boarding if you just want your dog in his kennel the whole time.

My dogs have been going to Central Park for years now and just can get enough, they absolutely love daycare. I live in an apartment so they don’t get to play outside a lot but at daycare they get a big backyard to run around with their best friends! The staff is nice and greet you with a friendly smile❤️

Both of our dogs love Central Park! Our dogs visit daycare, enrichment class, and occasionally stay overnight. They are immensely loved and cared for! My oldest dog Buck recently turned 13, and has been attending since he was a pup. Melissa, Nicole, Cecelia, Donnie, Chloe, and all of the dog handlers have done the best job in providing my dogs a great home away from home! They have been very spoiled!

I have been bring my dogs to Central Park for almost two years now. The girls at the front are always extremely courteous and friendly and just walking in you can see how humble they are. I know for a fact the whole staff really loves what they do and works their hardest to keep those pups happy and entertained! The groomers also do a really good job! I would recommend anyone to bring their dogs here for daycare, grooming, and boarding!

We do plumbing work for Central Park and I have seen first hand multiple times the back end of this facility. From training to sanitation this place delivers. Our bulldog has attended for over three years the staff have always paid attention to his needs and we are very happy. If you need a place to expend some doggy energy this is the place. It is a staple for our dog and he would highly recommend.

We received a gift coupon for services @ Central Park & we were excited to begin training with Sara. She processed intake & goals for our dog. We were encouraged to bring our other dog into daycare to aviod any potential separation anxiety. Sara was very helpful in describing & demonstrating training techniques. Our experience was very positive & we expect to return for play days.

I've taken both my dogs to Central Park and they LOVE it. The employees know my dog by name and always enthusiastically greet them in the morning. My current dog Otis loves going to daycare and always comes back tuckered out from all the fun he had. Thanks to everyone there for always taking such great care of my best bud!

Our GSD has been going to Central Park Dog daycare since he was 4 months old. A year later he considers them his second family. He attends half days 3-4 times a week. We have also worked with their wonderful trainer, Sara. It has enhanced our person/dog relationship tremendously! We also use their groomer regularly. She does a great job. The entire staff is starting to become like family to me. P.S. I get to watch him play on their webcam. It is a hoot:)

Our dogs love Central Park & Central Park loves them back. What more could you want? They both literally run inside and never look back when we drop them off—-and when we bring them home, after a day of play or a week or more, they’re always peaceful and happy and dog tired. Thanks for existing, Central Park!

We were thrilled when they opened the self-service dog wash. But since then they have not replaced any towels which are threadbare. The hoses and nozzles often come apart when we try to use them. In the winter it is actually too cold in the room for our old dog. If they don't want to keep it a quality experience they should. Lose that part of the business.

Not a very good place my dog came back hurt after the first day...tried again after she healed and today I picked her up and she had a weird cough and went to vet...sadly she has kennel cough. When I confronted April the owner she said it wasn't her facility. I told her my dog hasn't been anywhere besides here and she blew me off and told me that it was B.S. and to get out! I've never been so mistreated at a place that states they are professional...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The ladies were so awesome with trimming my new dog's nails (which were really out of control). I have an old dog who was not wanting to go back in the grooming area, so they came to her and made her as comfortable as possible. Great first time experience-we will be back!

Our Maggie (Black Lab Mix) attends every Saturday for half a day. She knows when it is Saturday and will pester me until I take her to play. This morning she had the look of pure joy knowing she was going to play. We have boarded her there in several occasions. She comes home exhausted but she is always ready to go back!

My dog was kicked out on May 13th 2016. My husband and I received a call stating our large breed (95lb) dog had attacked a small dog. They told us he needed training, needed to be picked up and was no longer welcome. I was shocked and honestly heartbroken. We asked for footage of the incident, and was told it "probably wasn't caught on camera", and that the small breed dog was allowed to play with large breeds because they had been there 6 years and was allowed to do whatever they wanted. After several phone calls back and forth, and the story changing with every call, my father-in-law picked our dog up since we were unable to retrieve him immediately. One of the employees told my father-in-law that they had kicked out other large breeds that same day, and that they were only wanting small breeds in their facility. My issue is that this facility, these employees, whom I TRUSTED with my dogs wellbeing EVERY SATURDAY, chose to lie to me, and made me second guess my dog because they didn't have the respect or integrity to tell me the truth, but instead chose to point the blame at my dog, labeling him as "aggressive".
