Jerry is a really good person first time in my trucking life that some come and tell you that they will load you up soonest possibleAlso the lady in the front office is really nice person, you have to scale your truck empty and loaded enough room in the back of the building to make a u turn reviving hours 7:30am to 4 pmThey try to unload or load you before your appointment time great place great people

The yard is pretty tight, entrance small and must scale even if empty, in and out, must turn around behind building. I'm leaving this review for Jerry the forklift driver, guy came out and shook my hand was proper and professional, got me to a door pretty quick, and was just awesome. He loaded nose to back in 45 minutes, and loaded it right. Great guy, deserves a raise because for how small the yard is, this guy was cool beans.

My experience here others may differ but.. Ive been driving over 7yrs and this is the very first time the forklift driver (Jerry) came out asked my name and actually shook my hand.. joked and told me it would take about and hour to hour and a half too get loaded.. Extremely professional and welcoming dude.. Cargill needs to give him a raise.. Scaled and immediately backed to dock.. Not much room in here could see it being hectic if there were more trucks here.. but 5 Stars for my visit here today.. Thank You Jerry! 👍

Anywhere from 3-6 hour unload times every time. You have to stage on a street with a posted speed limit of 40mph of course the 4 wheelers don't care about you sitting there just drive by faster and honk. Plant is dirty. Employees all act like they hate you and the fact that your there.

I lived five years close to this mill and my allergies worsened. Semis always parked illegally along 21st street. There are no parking signs along 21st street. I didn't have a car at the time so I walked almost daily to the store, which is right across from the mill. I just had to hope noone would come down 21st street including the city bus. People I knew always had mill dust on their vehicles.

Slow very slow to unload Hopper bottom very tight to get into the the pit nice polite people you wait on the street in front of no parking signs the park has alot of illegal stuff happening at night lock your doors

Crazy place, come in with an 18 wheeler and check in then told to go to city park and wait for phone call to unload???? Tight turn into drop area, and messy everywhere.

Terrible place to unload a hopper been sitting here all day. Designated parking is on the street in front of about 20 no parking signs. Can't idle on the property. Avoid this place.
