We had a wonderful time going to Build-A-Bear took my Daughter yesterday for her 3rd Birthday she was so excited..Thank you Johnathan for doing such a awesome job and showing us what to do since it was our first time being there. He didn't rush us at all and my daughter loves giving high fives and fist bumps 😂The Cashiers were amazing and we're great working together and help put the shoes and outfit on my daughter animal for her.They also took care of my Eevee and put her in the caring bag we purchased for my daughter animal items.Only thing I was little sad about but was okay was the computers were down so we didn't get to do that part. But we can do everything on line and print out.

Had so much fun browsing thru the Build-A-Bear store. They have a ton of new animals, not just bears like they did when my kids were little. Absolutely adorable clothing and accessories. The staff was very kind and let us browse. Even told us we could buy many different animals at their website and bring them in to have them stuffed. My youngest, who is an older teenager now, and I loved the memories it brought back.

We took our youngest daughter here for her birthday, and it was such an amazing experience for her and as a family! The lady that did our staffing in heart ceremony was the sweetest. Our little girl couldn’t be happier with her foxy and toothless she made!

I usually don't leave reviews but this was a horrible experience. My first time ever being in a build a bear and will not go back to this location! I bought bears for members of my family for Christmas with voice recording of my brother that passed recently and so it was already an emotional experience. However, I never expected the people to be so rude. Finally we are in 1 of the 2 lines. We waited for 45 minutes all for them to tell me when it was my turn that I was not in line so they made me go in the other line, at the very end, and had to wait another 45 minutes. I couldn't believe it. And for all the people that seen me and my husband in that line and never said a thing. All I can say is WOW! The only person that spoke up was the woman that had checked out before me in the first line. All the worker said was "sorry" as she shrugged her shoulders. Just terrible!

I had the most random gift card it was for Chili's AutoZone or Build-A-Bear so I chose Build-A-Bear. And Sierra was very helpful in me helping me make my monkey ,we actually named him Sierro. He is our baby monkey. Always a fun happy experience going to the store.

Great service even if they are busy. A young lady who had colored hair helped us. I'm sorry I forgot her name even though I asked her. I took all my grands there for a special outing.

The two workers spent our entire trip to build a bear interrupting each other for other customers, and trying to upsell us so much that we didn’t even get the birth certificates for our two reindeer. What was supposed to be a fun trip was turned into a sales pitch.

I love build a bear but this location is by far my favorite my wife and me stuffed some of our old babies and I got a new little axolotl friend. The staff here is always so friendly I just wish the company paid them a fair wage.

Did "keepsake critter" for our last grandchild. All 7 got a build a bear buddy for their 7th birthday and were told if they still had it when they graduated, they got a hundred dollars . 3 of the 5 who have graduated still had theirs. Two more to go!Nanna and Grandpa's way of teaching them responsibility!

Build-A-Bear was awesome for the twins, would totally recommend! They sing to them and clap and just the amount of effort they put into it is worth you can get the Birthday bear for how old they are. The twins turned 7, so I paid 7$ for their Bears!

Guys the experience my daughters had still puts me in tears. It was amazing. The store is clean, organized, and perfect! The staff is beyond perfect. I didn't know building a bear could be so life changing, but dang it was. Definately worth every bit of time and money. Thank you Lee! Everyone knows the experience my girls had with you yesterday. Daughter loves this place... My only complaint is the slow process to check out... Of there are 2 associates stuffing bears, you have to wait til one of them are done... Takes a while

I loved the whole experience. It's been years since I've been. My daughters birthday is next month and they helped me pick out an animal and clothes for it. I can't wait for her to see it. She's gonna love the unicorn!

Brought the 4 yr old in today to take part in the build-a-bear experience. The older employee who made the bear was awesome. The "perks" were kinda BS. If you spend over $25, you can get a gift card half price. We dropped $75 and could have given us a gift card to "entice" people to come back.

We drove up to Oklahoma City yesterday my daughter was so excited to go to build a bear we do not have one here in Lawton. The store was clean the young gentleman who invited us in was very nice.

We waited in a line over 20 minutes then the stuffer got up as we got to the front and they made us move to the back of the line for another stuffer. Bad customer service. Would have left if the birthday boy wasn't so excited.UPDATE: The person at the cash register made the experience a bit better by giving us a discount on his clothes and other things. ONLY person who apologized for our poor experience. I wish I got her name.

Super glad the old woman who treated any kid older than 12 doesn’t work there anymore!! I had a TERRIBLE experience as an autistic child when I was 14 I came here with a friend and when it got to the little dance ritual thing where u rub the heart on your forehead and all that fun stuff she got very annoyed with me for doing the ritual and handing the heart to my friend to do the ritual as well to make the bear very specialthe old lady took the heart from my hand and with a very annoyed one said “we don’t need to do all of that” and just put the heart inside the bear and didn’t even let us finish.this was years ago, in 2014/2015 but i have avoided this BAB ever since that day because of that mean spirited and ableist woman.I came back very hesitantly with my boyfriend just recently and was very happy to see that woman was nowhere to be found.I appreciate you all for taking the steps possible so your employees are gentle with older autistic individuals.

Did the count your candle or in other words pay your age. She had a blast the lady (wish I remembered her name) was great made a big deal of it sing to a birthday song. Made my lil girl day got a hat and cool sticker.

I showed up looking for a certain bear. I had the pleasure to be handled by Kathy and Victoria. These 2 ladies had great personalities and customer service. Kathy went outta her way to find me a Jack the Skeleton bear they had all the way in the back, and Victoria helped me dress him up. She even gave me a great idea to throw some nice Chuck Taylors on him (Which I loved Btw.) I had a great shopping experience here. Hopefully if and when you go. Yall will get helped out by these ladies.
