Such friendly and helpful people! I love that self serve baths are only $10. That includes shampoos, brushes, towels, AND a blow dryer. They have a large variety of healthy treats and food for cats and dogs. And the cutest little bake your own dog cake for birthdays! I will be going back there, and no just for baths! I am beyond in love with this place!

This place is great.. Took my Niece's 2 dogs and it was the best experience.. Natasha was amazing. We walked in right at 10am, she was cleaning up, even though it was really pretty clean for a self service dog grooming spot. She was kind and told us everything we needed to know. We will be back!!

Man, I’ve been coming here for 5 years with my Rottweiler. I know the owner has changed several girls/staff over the years but the blonde girl with colored eyes that attended me today 02-15-2024 at 6:30 has to be one of the worst people he’s hired. First, I saw someone in a tub barely hooking up their dog to take a bath as I parked across the street, before I got off of my truck with my dog. I came here about three days ago wanting to wash my Rottweiler, and there was a 60-45 minute wait time. I told the worker that I could just come back another day (same girl who attended me today) and asked what their OPERATING hours were. She told me they opened from 10am-7pm everyday. It’s a 27 minute drive from my house, I get here on the dot at 6:30 because I know I wash & blow dry my girl in less then 20, even had planned to buy a couple bags of treats, as I am out and my rottie likes grain free. The same worker informed me that she was no longer taking washes, as her baths close at 6. I asked her if she remembered me, which she replied yes. I then asked why she didn’t tell me that prior when I asked her 3 days ago when their hours of operation were… and that it’s a 27 minute drive from my home. She cut me off, rolled her eyes & was extremely rude & condescending and told me she didn’t know I was asking what times the dog wash was open for washes when I asked her three days ago. She then laughed, and I calmly told her that if she would let me speak, I could get to my point. I told her that next time if she could inform customers correctly on when the water stops running, I’d greatly appreciate it, because people like me drive a far ways just to be turned down & misinformed days before. She smirked & told me she’s sorry I feel that way & I held my tongue, paused and told her “I’m sure you really mean that from the bottom of your heart. What a nasty attitude you have. Hope you had a good Valentine’s Day.” Very disappointing seeing that I recommend ALL my friends here on my socials & have spent hundreds of dollars here because I love the owner and what he stands for ❤️ 🏼 I even love his candy shop here in downtown. If she doesn’t like people, she probably shouldn’t be working in service as it does deter people like me from ever coming again when she’s on the clock. There was absolutely no reason for her to get an attitude with me or be mean, if anything I expressed myself in a tired way, but still smiled when I told her I wish she would’ve told me that three days ago when I came & asked her the hours of OPERATION. Glad that my dog Bella wasn’t attended by her, if I’m being completely honest. Everytime I come here I even clean my tub down as a courtesy to the workers because I know it can get busy & there’s usually only one worker. I’ll probably stop by & buy a new punch card when the OWNER & his wife are in, seeing I’ve never had an issue with them. Actually, I’ve never had an issue with any of his past workers lol they’ve all been sweet people with a heart for animals, I even added some on Snapchat... Rude and inconvenient experience I had tonight though, won’t be back when she’s there that’s for sure. Just thought the owner would like to know!

This place LOVES dogs regardless of their mistakes! I have had such a WONDERFUL experience at this Dog Boutique! The owners are so pleasant and have really crafted their business. The ease of bathing your dog is so wonderful for such a great price. I highly reccomend any dog owner to bring their puppies here for a full bath experience, treats, and more. The place is very clean even though it is a self-serve place. The location is perfect because there is also a dog park next door. On my second visit here, my dog did have an accident indoors, but when I wanted to clean it up for them, the owner was very sweet about the whole interaction and refused to let me clean it up. He even gave me suggestions on how I could help fix Cow's (my dog) stomach and guided me to the specific products. Now this is a place that LOVES dogs. I 1000% recommend this place for the experience and for wonderful time spent with your dog. Thank you BONE Dog Boutique!

Before you go in remember there is a cut off time for washes. I arrived in enough time to wash Martha and had the courtesy to let her defecate before her wash. It does not matter how polite you are, your loved ones will not be allowed to get cleaned.

First of all, its next to one of the coolest conex built buildings with food, fresh juice, beer, oh and imagine that ........a dog park! Errol will get chased around and slobered on till he is soaked most of the time so then its a quick 2 minute walk over to Bone for a bath. Bone offers healthy dog food of just about every variety. They have locally sourced limited ingredient food, ranging in prices from reasonable to ridiculous. I believe he can even order Kosher if requested. The owner will be quick meet your needs and is very open and honest in that respect. The varity of apparel , treats, bakery items(for dogs) is impressive. The shampoo, conditioner, and other hair/skin treatments are fantastic and have essential oils within them. The dog wash(if your brave enough to bathe your cat as well) area has litterally everything you could possibly want, including all types of shampoo/conditioner for various skin and hair types. The owner is extremely friendly and i recomend engaging him in conversation if you have the time, good people , great store , and was suprised to find that the prices were not what you would expect from a boutique!!!

Today was my first time in at Bone to use the self dog wash station and have finally found my spot! There is parking directly west of the building, so no having to try to find parking on the street as I had feared. When I got inside, I was astonished at how clean it was. Sure, it wasn't *sparkling*-there was some loose fur and some small water puddles, but that's to be expected. I cant remember the exact amount, but I think there were 4-5 stations, so I had no wait time. They provided brushes, over 10 different shampoos to choose from, aprons, towels, sprayers that you could adjust the water stream/pressure, and a high power blow dryer. They also use full tubs that are at a good height, making this was the first self dog wash experience where I didn't leave with wet clothes/shoes and a hurting back. The cost was $15 a wash that comparably is a little costly, but they offer package deals to significantly decrease the price per wash. The person who checked me out was delightful and even gave me a sample of dog food and a treat for my pup. I will definitely be back!!

Such a cute space and so many amenities! They provided a large tub (great for my large dog), shampoo choices galore (based on your needs), slicker brush, scrub brush, and deshedder! They had towels, aprons, and a dog hair blower to dry. They’re so well priced compared to petco self dog wash which isn’t open anymore since covid. Wash pass for $50 for 10 washes or $10 each wash individually. So worth the 25 min drive from Edmond/deer creek in my opinion. The owner was courteous and very helpful!

Bone Dog has made it so easy to give our pup a bath. They have a great selection of treats too. Our little guy had a very sensitive stomach, and so far he has done very well with their treats. I love that they offer a discount card too.

Completely pleased!!! Zack is a delight to work with and knows how to make you feel comfortable. Very helpful and always checking on his customers and spoiling thier babies. Definitely coming back... A LOT! Took one of the strays I am fostering and was so impressed at how calm the environment was and how well "Dave" responded to a new place.

My Dog, Daughter and I love this place! They are one of the BEST pet supply stores in OKC definitely the Best in the downtown area. They have a great selection of quality foods and if they don't have something they are quick to restock and let you know. Yesterday we were one of "those" peoples. You know the slightly unorganized and last minute type.... We showed up for a doggy bath and was greeted by Allison upon entry. (I've seen this store go thru some employees and not all of them have been so pleasant) It was NICE to deal with such a positive person behind the counter outside of the Owner. We cleaned the area/tub up a little bit to be helpful. Then when checking out she was informative about the monthly specials and gave us a sample of Fromms for the pup. Overall one of the best experiences we've had customer servicewise here and very greatful for that. Thanks BONE and Thanks Allison.

Big shout to Allison, you're the best!I've been patronizing this location for 3 years now for the products, not baths. Great staff, very decent boutique dog food selection (they have Hills too) and good pricing for a local business. You can get a weeks worth of food for your pet if you bring in their adoption papers! They really care about your pet and keeping them healthy, they could probably have less baked biscuits and treats and have more product, but I appreciate they try to offer different things than you could find at Petco. I would recommend you talk to your vet for any food changes for your pet. They recommended a Zignature and fish based diet due to the weather, and my shih tzu Lily Mae has responded really well to it. It's like night and day when she's getting what wants and needs. Wish they carried Purebites or Stewart freeze dried treats though!Staff is friendly, ive never encountered a gruff worker or had a rude or tone deaf response from them. I haven't tried their pet wash station yet but I'm sure I will.Support local businesses, especially the good ones. This is one of the good ones for sure, you will not regret your time spent there.

I never know what to expect when visiting new places. Every time I go away without my fur baby I get her a treat and/or toy from a pet place in the area I'm at. BONE Dog Boutique was fantastic!! The nice lady who was working was very pleasant and helpful! I purchased the mini doggie cupcakes (as my fur baby is small) hoping she would like them as she can be extremely picky about what she eats. I was pleasantly surprised when she gobbled them up each time I gave her one... she LOVED them!! If I'm ever back in Oklahoma City, I will definitely stop in and get her more from here.

I have been taking my dog here for baths for a few months now and I really enjoy it. It is easy and affordable and my pup seems to enjoy it as well. It does get busy and you may have to get on a waitlist but there's a small dog park really close so you can kill time and they will call you when a tub is ready. It is worth it!
