Glad I didn’t listen to the reviews!!!!! Saved my boy’s birthday! Awesome customer service from the very beginning, texted me throughout the service & did exactly what I asked despite my dog being super matted! He didn’t nervous pee afterward as he does with other groomers which means he was comfortable with them. Our new home for sure. 10/10 recommend.

My havenese Gracie was very skittish at first with Tabitha & Brooke. Been taking her there for 4.5 years & she’s gotten much better & is always saying how good she was that day. This was the week before Christmas & still has the bows in her ears.

Dropped my moyen poodle there for thorough grooming. She’s new to us & was pretty matted when we got her. Picking her up, the dog smelled the same with dirt underneath. I knew she wasn’t washed so I decided to call to confirm and they insisted she’s washed. The “bath was supposed to even include cologne” but boy …she was still itching after pick up with the stinky smell. The hair cut she got looked ridiculous. I don’t think they are qualified to groom a poodle either. But the worst part is my dog ended up with a cut on her nose & one leg. The most ridiculous & unprofessional part of all of this is they didn’t even bother to mention it.Avoid this place at all cost. I felt for my dog so much bcs I knew the hours I left her there were miserable. Look at her. This is right after she left here. She’s still so unkempt and her face is cut uneven.

I only get my brown dappled wired hair dachshund’s nails trimmed here but I’m happy with how they treat her and the job they do. They do not overcharge like many places do. My dog is a handful (she HATES getting a nail trim) yet they still take her and charge the same.

Super unimpressed and frustrated. I called a few weeks ago and made an appointment for my dog to be groomed today, 1/15. I was told drop off time was from 8am to 10am. I showed up and the lights were off and the door was locked. After multiple attempts of calling, no one answered. I received no contact from them saying they would be closed today and there’s nothing on their Facebook page that says anything about being closed either. We will not be back and will find a groomer elsewhere.

The ppl who run this place are nice. Ive been taking my Gigi there for 2 yrs now. We did have a incident last time where when I picked her up she looked like a toddler trimmed her but because I've never had an issue I called and said something they apologized they had hired a new girl and it wasn't working out. So today my yorkie and my poodle(Gigi) are there they are giving Gigi a coutrsey groom because of last experience so im curious to see what she looks like when I pick her up. I think in the end ppl do make mistakes and thats ok its how they deal with their mistakes that matters so for now we will continue to trust them with our babies.I took them back all 3 of our dogs and to say it was way worst then the last time was a understatement. My yorkie has cuts all over him but yet his ears and paws and bottom was never trimmed. My poodle did get shaved and only has 3 cuts and my daughters dog who just went for a bath didn't smell clean. We will never be back. Ive spoken to them and for a long while they were good but something has changed and not for the better at all!!!

I use to take my baby to them while my husband worked next door I stopped yrs ago they were paid to groom but every time he came home he smelled worse like a wet dog lol they look like they don’t groom themselves as well walk-in around w no shoes on they kids feet but they dogs look and smell cleaner than they do… those are all 🚩 🚩🚩🚩do not I repeat do not use these folks they are a whole joke the whole beautoo

tabatha groomed my wife goldendoodle brook dyed her this was over 3 weeks ago an she still smells great she also gets to play with the other dogs there in daycare she comes home tired and happy love this place mother and daughter owned it’s like we are family

I took 2 of my babies here for a full groom and needless to say not only was the owner and her daughter super nice they were also very professional. My sweet Penelope and her baby came home looking and smelling wonderful. I am extremely pleased with the services I received from Beau Too. The prices are great and getting an appointment in a timely manner is ALWAYS easy to do. I’m very appreciative of them and their work!

-Edited-Just got a standard poodle puppy and first stop was to the great staff at beau-too. They got her out quickly too! I was so surprised being a puppy and all. But they said she was very calm and sweet.Now she's all ready for Thanksgiving. Thank you ladies you are the best.My babies love this place. They do a great job grooming them. My babies never want to go home with me when they do doggy daycare, they are having too much fun. We come all way from Del City just to bring them. Enjoy day in city while our babies are being groomed or spending time at doggy daycare.

Bring your dog here!!! I never caught the lady’s name who took my dog in for grooming but she did great. It was my dogs first grooming and he needed it very bad, I know I’m terrible. All that aside, she did his pads, nails, trimmed his paws and behind his legs and a bath for under $60. I feel like I should’ve left a heavier tip, I will be back, and I will be leaving a bigger tip!!! I love this place! My dog smelled great and was so happy afterward!

Would not recommend. My poor cat looks like they took a weed whacker to her yesterday. Chunks of uneven hair cut out of her mane, spots of longer hair all over her body. The tale was not cut correctly and has matted spots in it. She wasn’t even washed off after they cut her hair, she was covered in loose hair. Her back paw nails were not trimmed at all. They clearly had no idea how to do the lion cut and proceeded anyways as if they did. Will never go back and should’ve just stuck to my regular groomer with a 3 month waitlist.

Stay away from this place! Our Yorkie dogs hair was chopped up and looks horrible! The groomer tabitha cut his hair in betweenHis eyes to the skin. It is all skin and no hair. She did not trim under his beard she did not babe his face but she did shave him down to the skin under his eyes. I was very sad to see the way he looked when he came home. She charged us $42 and is now refusing to give me my money back. I’m not sure if she really based our Chihuahua either. But I do know that her nails were trimmed way past the quick. They are so short that I’m sure it was very painful when they kept cutting them. The dogs were terrified and ready to come home when they were picked up. The owner was yelling at my roommate over the phone because she called to complain. And she blamed it on us. When the dogs were taken in a teddy bear cut was requested. This is not a professional groomer. She is not skilled and she will take your money and lie to you and then block you when you try to text her or call her after the initial scream fest. I have tried to try this place many times this year with no luck. I began back around the time of the snow storm season. They said they were open but hours were changing daily when I called. At one point I was told to come around 12 then was told they only do appointments and the next appointment wasn’t for weeks. Back to recently whenever I call they say open till 6 but the service you request depends on if someone is working that day. Many times on the phone I was told “I’ll check if they are here” then they come back to the phone and ask “well what type of dog is it” and depending on my answer the worker has been gone or heading out the door. Yesterday I said I was driving down the highway could be there in 20 minutes, it was just beginning 1pm, after answering what type of dog for a nail trimming I was told “she said she’s still here but leaving in 10 minutes “ will not waste my time again for a nail trimming on a 8lb dog. How do you tell a paying customer “oh she said she is here”. So you pick and choose when to provide service and that’s totally your choice with your business but either update your hours or go strictly appointment so you’re not doing the fake “oh ummm hold on let me see if they are still here”

NO NO NO!!! I just picked my cat up from Beau Too, got home and she looks awful! They continued to call her “Him” every time I called to check on her. Said they gave her a bath and needed to dry her, there is no way they gave her a bath. She looks worse then when I took her! Her face has terrible cry stains, SO much worse then when she left the house this morning! She was there for 6 hours and they said they couldn’t get her done! STAY FAR AWAY FROM BEAU TOO!!!!!

The owner very nice. Her daughter is very rude and very hateful with our dog. Will never go back. Please do your research for your pet and choose another groomer. Would not recommend.

Tabitha is the best I call her the dog whisperer because you can bring her your cranky or scared or very excited dog. She gets them to behave by talking to them and showing love. Hands down the best groomer and caregiver of animals. Management is very nice has everything lined out so your dog and yourself have the best experience.

It's been almost a week and the stinky dog still smells good, not sure what they are using but if your dog always smells terrible no matter how much you wash and try to prevent it, then this is where you need to go

I took my long hair cat to Beau Too for grooming and the removal of several large matted hair groups. They did a very professional job cutting the cat's hair back and removing the matted hair. I will use them again as necessary. Thanks for a great job!

My dog had a drop off appointment scheduled for this morning and when we got there at 9:00 am, no one answered the phone or the door. That is not good customer service. I had to schedule his appointment with a different groomer.
