My dog comes home Happy and Tired! My pup has been going to daycare here for about a year, I've boarded him there once, and had him groomed several times.As you see there are a lot of great reviews on here, because they do a great job. Dogs play hard, just like kids at daycare. There will be scrapes and falls, but as an owner of a dog that plays HARD we've never had anything happen.CLEANLINESS: I regularly have seen the team mopping or vacuuming. They have doggy turf now so if it rains dogs are still out of the mud.FUN: They send home cute treats or toys for holidays. Also, they do cute photos with backdrops that you get to take home.SAFETY & CARE: The owner is regularly present. If anything happens they always let you know. They once let me know another dog had scratched my dog when playing(My dog plays hard so I wasn't worried). I couldn't even find the scratch because it was so small and tiny, but I appreciated them letting me know. That lets me know they'll always tell me if anything really does ever happen.My pup is a lab and this has caused a great behavior change. He's always excited when we turn the corner to the day care. He's so much more trainable and at ease when we're home.

Awesome dog groomer. My dog came out of there looking good! He didn’t behave well and can’t go anymore, but that’s on him. I appreciate the honesty here and I’ll recommend this place to anyone with a nice dog that is looking for a groomer. Thank you all! ☺️

My dog LOVES Bark of the Town!! I travel quite a bit for work and I don't feel bad boarding her since I know she loves it and is good hands. The staff is great, they love dogs and treat them as their own. I also highly recommend the grooming. It's nice to drop my dog off for doggie daycare and have her groomed the same day. Great place!!

This place was recommended to me by a good friend so I decided to try and board my dog here. We did the doggy day care to get him acclimated and he seemed to enjoy it.What bothered me was when I asked to take a tour of the facility, they wouldn’t let me. I asked if they could send me pictures of where he would be sleeping, playing etc since he’ll be staying there a whole week, I wanted to know what kind of environment he was going to be in. The pictures online show mostly close ups of dogs or the outside of the building. The girl told me she would ask the owner and get back to me but she never did.This I found out is very unusual and not like other boarding places, other places offer tours of their facilities.Well my dog came home with a scratch on his leg, which fine, dogs rough house with each other. But my dog developed an infection within hours and had to be taken to the ER where he had a 107 temp and was in the ICU for two days. This makes me suspicious of the cleanliness of the facility since they won’t let dog owners see or tour their facility. And I wonder how they are with the supervision of the pups.Update: the owner called and talked to me about what happened and apologized. I appreciated her reaching out.

Best experience for me and definitely for my senior dog...They are professional, friendly, and attentive.Teresa did a perfect job of grooming. My dog is happy and looks SO GOOD! He smells amazing, too. We will return there without hesitation.

Bark of the Town is my favorite place to bring my personal dogs -- I have tried a couple others and this one is hands down the best. I love how I know my dogs get to play the entire time they are there. At many other doggy day cares, they will kennel the dogs for part of their visit but at Bark of the Town they play from the second they are dropped off until you pick them up.I also love the staff. They are always happy to see my dogs and it just makes me feel a lot more reassured when I drop them off that I know they will be taken care of. At other places I have dropped my dogs off, the staff doesn't seem happy to see my dogs and then I am worried the whole time I'm gone if they are going to be treated well. My dogs are a little weird about new people but I can tell they like the staff there.

The staff truly cares about the dogs and their customers. They went above and beyond for my good boy when there was an emergency and the owner personally reached out to stay updated on how he was doing. I've been taking my dog here for five years and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Our dog loves Bark of the Town and so do we. The staff is wonderful and attentive. We love that when we pick up our dog we can actually get a report that shows they really paid attention to her. We also love all the fun little things they do, like the Halloween costune competition and back to school photos!

I personally love my dog and had the privilege of working there for a very short period of time, however I thought they were amazing! The location I worked at was for large dogs and the have a whole separate location for small dogs. My dog is very sensitive and shy but she was able to fit in just fine. They do stay outside however they have a cooled shop area that the dogs all have access to. They are constantly changing the water and making sure it is cold. I think the employees and the owners are all great people and truly care for your animals. With any place combining dogs can be tricky and you are at risk of your dog getting hurt but they are very good about integrating each dog. I think any dog would be a happy caper haniging out there and I would highly recommend them!

Abbey loves it here. We've taken her on play days and have had her boarded hear. She comes back happy and exhausted.It's perfect for if you have to work but don't want to let your dog be stuck home and alone. Being the social critters they are, Bark of the Town lets them play in supervised play groups. They also make sure that dogs that might be a bit on the big side aren't in the same play groups as bigger pups.My dog is a corgi mix and so she doesn't fit into normal groups usually but they checked to see what she was comfortable with.They also were very considerate of her hip. She had surgery when she was a young adult that causes her to be a little defensive about her back leg and hip. She's never come back home limping like she has even at supervised dog parks with me and my husband. They keep a very good eye on them.At the end of the day, she usually comes home and takes off to bed early like a kid coming back from a day at the pool.I'm happy to know I've found a place thar I'm comfortable and content with where she can go, have fun, or even be watched if we are out of town for any reason.The pictures are of her, passed out after a good day of playing.

Bark of the Town is awesome.......You can tell all the employees love the pups there!!!! We also get our guys groomed there......Christie does a great job and the dogs haircuts are exactly perfect! I would recommend this doggie day care to anyone!! They truly LOVE their clients!!!!

My dogs absolutely LOVE Bark of the town! The facility is top notch & the owner Stephanie is super nice & professional. My dogs are also groomed there by Christy, she cuts them exactly how I want them & they always leave happy & healthy!! We won’t go anywhere else with our fur babies. Thank You BOTT!

I feel you are very unprofessional in running your business. I have been going to doggy daycare for approx. 6 months. I picked my dog up 02/13/2020 and bought a 10 half day package that you were happy to sell me. Then on 02/18/2020 I brought my dog in at 12:53 and was told the cutoff for afternoon half day was 12:30 which is not stated anywhere on website and was not told of this change prior to stated day. To me this is bordering on fraud you took my money for a 10 day plan then put new rules on my dog. I had important meeting that I missed because I had to take my dog home. My dog will not be coming back because he was not allowed in that day he felt he did something wrong. I thought people should know about their shady practices.There was a misunderstanding first I was told verbally about the half day package by an employee they told me the cost not about any restrictions. On your home page it says"drop your dog off for all day or just a few hours while you shop". It would have been nice to tell me the next time I bring Jake for half day it has to be before 12:30, on that note I should have spoken up and asked if he could have stayed that day and be sure he was dropped off at the correct hours after that day

Dropped my sweet Lolli off to play at Bark of the Town in OKC only to be called two hours later to come pick her up. The message left used the words "small gash" and "may need stitches" and "we don't know what happened." After rushing to get her, I find that this "small gash" is actually a large, deep cut and everyone seemed to be much more concerned with me and my upset then with my dog who was sitting off to the side being ignored while 5 staff members sat in the office eating pizza. After several hours at the vet, several staples and 12 stitches later, my sweet dog is back at home recovering and the BOT staff still have no idea what happened to her. After reviewing the video footage myself, there are several blind spots in their footage, making it easy for something to happen and nobody knows. FOR OVER AN HOUR, it is believed my dog was injured before someone noticed. Also I never saw more than 1 person in the yard with the dogs and nobody supervises the indoor area. Very insufficient care for that many dogs. If you care about your animals safety, I would say this is not the place to leave your babies.

I’ve been taking my dogs to BOTT for a few years now. Everyone that works at BOTT is super friendly and wonderful with the dogs. My dogs come home exhausted and you can tell they had a blast. They love to go and see all of their doggo friends. Would totally recommend if you have some dogs looking to burn off some energy.

If you are just looking to board your dogs you should look elsewhere. They require you to do a few daycare visits before they will allow you to board with them. Would be awesome if they would put that key information under the FAQ section of their website, but I guess they don't see that as an important piece of information.

These people are not what they claim. They say your dogs are well cared for and SUPERVISED! HA!!! I have been by there on several occassions, and also have been to the resturant next door to eat, and have never seen anyone outside with the dogs. I have been in with my friend when he was picking up his dog, and the workers were talking bad about other people that bring their dogs there, and how the owners lie to customers. I have spoken with several people, and they say they did try them out, only to have their dog get sick, then without telling them, they gave their dog medication. BEWARE!!!!!
