We have been going here for years now with our red heeler. We recently brought it our blue heeler teen when we brought in our red heeler and they did great with him for his first time. Way better than I would have as he cried and whines. Lord knows I cannot cut either of my dogs nails because they are black. I just can't. I highly recommend this place!! Oh and a treat after is just great!

Our boy went in today. Me and my husband expressed we wanted his hair cut very low/shaved down. His fur is still long. His belly area is long. Is face and ears were not touched along with his tail. What was cut on his body was okay at best. You can see the streaks from the clippers. We will most likely take him back to his other groomer that about 25 minutes away.

I am not one to usually leave a bad review, but our groomer did not listen to me when I dropped off our dog. I explained to her exactly how I wanted him cut and showed her pictures. She simply ignored what I had to say and shaved my dog. I was shocked when I picked him up. She then proceeded to tell me she did not understand what I meant AFTER she had already given him the haircut. She also laughed when he was brought out. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

Hands down best experience! We have two giant schnoodles that are known to be aggressive, and All Fur Paws handles them with no problem! Our dogs always come out looking perfect too! They also carry our dog food, so it’s a one stop shop! 10/10 recommend Whitney and her staff at All Fur Paws!

I was so happy to find "All Fur Paws! Kait the lovely groomer babies all my fur children to the max! I can't imagine going to anyone but Kait! Not only does all my dogs leave looking incredibly fresh, clean, fluffy and most importantly happy! Kait has always taken care to give me feedback and follow up on any changes that she notices in my fur children's appearance, & behavior, I would highly recommend booking with Kait @ "All Fur Paws to any dog owner for their grooming needs!

The manager does not have any customer service skills. She was not interested in hearing what I had to say or following up with my request. It is very disappointing as I have used these groomers for over a year, but will no longer continue to give them my business. I can deal with a bad haircut every now and then but I wont continue to frequent a business that has no respect for their clients.# Response to All Fur Paws-I often have to remind the groomer to cut a larger area around my Yorkies bum at pick up, even though I make it very clear at drop off and was told it was reflected in the notes I put in the system for Alice. So unfortunately you are correct about me having to ask your groomers to shave a larger area around her bum at pick up. That is not a me issue, that is an issue with your groomers not doing it when they were initially grooming her.Now, you and I both know that I did not decline your offer to fix the issue! I didn’t have an issue with you not cutting her hair correctly the first time. My issue is that you were rude and not willing to fix the problem. I was told I would have to make another appointment and pay for a full hair cut, if I wanted it fixed. At least be honest about our interaction and take accountability for what you said.

UPDATE - Our groomer unfortunately left, so we started seeing a different groomer at All Fur Paws. After several appointments with our new groomer, a receptionist called to confirm our appointment for the wrong time. They insisted it showed up in their computer at 11am, but we received a confirmation text for our actual appointment time at 10am. I called the next day before our appointment to resolve all the confusion. One of the groomers answered the phone and said it was switched yesterday from 10am to 11am with a brand new groomer. They could not answer for what they did nor explain the situation before I dropped my dog off. Who knows how many times my dog was groomed by someone other than my preference, and it seems like shady practice. No wonder they raised their rates.Our groomer's name is Borah and she has shown our three pups so much love and always cuts them to our preference. Having a picture of what you want is much better than trying to explain it last minute. Prices range from $30 to $60 depending on the size of the dog and what services you require.

I've been bringing our dog here for a few years now for walk-in nail trims and the staff is always great! Our dog was extremely nervous for nail trims and the groomers have always been super patient with her and she has gotten more comfortable now! They also have great treats and toys to pick from.

They denied taking my 15 year old basset hound for a bath. FYI, they do not take dogs over 12 years old. Pretty disappointing, I will take him somewhere that will take care of him. Do better

I recently visited the best and safest dog grooming salon in Oklahoma City and was blown away by the amazing employees. They went above and beyond my expectations and made sure that the dogs are safe, happy, and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the salon was, which made me feel confident that every dog was in good hands. We take our Aussiedoodle here for bath and full haircut, and they always do a great job! Their price is reasonable and the staffs are nice. You should make an appointment a month ahead because they are booked up for 4-5 weeks sometimes.

New to Edmond, this was the 2nd groomer we came to for our 🐶 grooming. It incredibly outshines all of other places we have used here in Oklahoma and Colorado before that. I would definitely recommend this place! Extremely friendly staff! SUPER CLEAN (incredibly cleaner then the 1st place we went to in Edmond) and our 🐶 looks the best she ever has! She's hypoallergenic so she doesn't shed. We have to groom her at least monthly. We have seen a lot within the 9yrs of our 🐶's life so far with groomers and I just have to really brag on this place A LOT because they absolutely deserve it!

The owners of this business have little regard for circumstances that are beyond a persons control. Dealing with a death of a spouse and personal Injury should not qualify for loss of a good client. What a business should do is be understanding and professional to maintain positive cliental relationships. May the success of your business reflect on your unprofessionalism.

I’ve moved to Stillwater and cannot seem to find a grooming salon as great as this one. You can just tell the team treats your dogs like family and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming here !

The only place I will ever take my babies to be groomed! Priscilla and Whitney are the kindest people and insanely talented at what they do. Priscilla has been grooming my Bichon Frise and Pomeranian for years, and I think I am scheduled out every two weeks until the end of time. Every single time I pick them up I am in awe of how perfect they look. Not a hair out of place. Cutting the hair of these breeds of dogs takes a LOT of precision and talent… I could never find anyone who could make my dogs look even halfway decent before finding Priscilla. I am just so, so impressed by her work.Not to mention, my babies are always extremely excited to come here which tells you how well your dogs are treated at All Fur Paws. They are loved on!

I really like this place. I’ve visited one for a simple nail trimming and it was the first time my pup has cried or yelled out. I think they grind them but idk. Second time I got the full grooming session. Took about 3 hours and my pup was soft. He was super soft because I paid extra for the deep conditioner that is to help with shedding. Now the reason I took a star off is because although my pup was super soft it did nothing for the shedding. And I understand how that battle goes but nevertheless. So that is my only complaint. Pricing seems to be a little high in store but they have nice stuff for your pup. I’ve never encountered a rude employee on the phone or in person. And he got a cute little bandana to leave with. Also the pricing for grooming is very reasonable. (So I assume I normally do my own dog care) reviews on other places quoted much higher so I was surprised what they charge but nice experience.

All Fur Paws is everything I was searching for as a nervous first time dog owner! My dog has been a few times now and I have nothing but great things to say. I even brought her in for a touch up to her face and they went above and beyond and took care of a few other areas to keep her fresh. They always go the extra mile with my dog and are patient with my questions and inquiries. Additionally, my dog is pretty scared of all humans yet some of her best behavior comes when we visit All Fur Paws. This shows me they treat her well even when I am not there. All around great ratings for their service, offerings, customer relations, and love for what they do.

I will be getting a new puppy soon. She's a breed that requires grooming but of course before I decide on a groomer I decided to visit a few. I went here about 2 weeks ago I walked around and the front as the carry dog food. My presence wasn't even acknowledged. When I walked in the cashier was waiting on some however a simple hello would have been great. The front of the store emptied of customers and still no acknowledgement. I was in this store for at least 15 minutes attempting to take it in. I left knowing I would never return. If that's how you treat me there's no telling what you will do to my dog.

We had the best experience! Our pup needed the mini groom, and he came out looking awesome! He had a traumatizing experience at another groomer and was a little timid going in, but the staff at All Fur Paws made sure that he felt loved and comfortable! We will definitely make this our go-to groomer.

I took my pup in for the self service bath today, and had a great experience! The staff was kind and helpful, and showed us everything at the station because it was our first time. The station had everything we needed-- many different shampoos, conditioner, a scrubbing brush, air dryer, towels, brush and comb, and even ear wipes, cologne, and mouth freshener! (All for $15)I didn't get a chance to look much around the store, but it looked like they had a lot to offer of treats, food, and toys. We'll definitely be back!

The 1st time we took Bruno, who had beautiful long eyebrows, they trimmed his eyebrows and left him looking horrible. Today we made a special point of telling them not to touch his eyebrows and not only did they chop one down to about a quarter inch but they cut the other one Completely different. Needless to say we are not taking our baby back there given that they don't seem to care about our desires.

I highly recommend this place. I took my dogs to the self wash booths today, left with 2 clean, dry, happy dogs and purchased thier favorite dog food at a reasonable price. They provide tub, water, a/c, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryer that puts out a lot of air versus some that blow but dont dry. They also have towels and chamois. Wonder customers service, i can't say enough good about the establishment. Please try them out for yourself. I purchased six fish dog food and organic cranberry treats, highly satisfied with overall cost as well.
