Wow. I had a 30 minute massage with Angel. I have never had a professional massage however a friend of mine is a massage therapist and has done some short sessions on my back. This is a legitimate spa, the therapeutic massage certificates are hanging on the wall. The atmosphere is clean, it smells very good in here and it’s well decorated. All signs to me that this is a good place to spend your money and time. I will 100% be coming back and want to share the gift of massage with my friends. I will be buying gift certificates for anyone in my life that needs a true, genuine massage therapist. 5 stars!

Angel is simply the best massage therapist! They are professional, attentive, and very unique in their technique. Sometimes massages can feel very rinse and repeat, never with Angel. I have been getting biweekly deep tissue massages for almost a year and it is single handedly the best self care regimine I have. As someone who struggles with depression that manifests in my body (the body keeps the score), regular massage has been a huge game changer for my physical and mental health. Go book with Angel, you will not regret it!

The most absolute best message place I have every been! Since coming here for the first time, I've gone to a few other places and nothing compares to this one! Their staff are sweet, kind, funny and professional. They do a great job and walk you through everything. Of all the message therapy places, this is by far the only one I will go to because your guaranteed a great message every time. Even during pregnancy!

I feel horrible for not remembering my massage therapist’s name..but I do intend on calling and seeing if they can pair her up with me again! She gave me a wonderful and relaxing massage. She is very knowledgeable about the body and is such a lovely person. I hope to go back soon!

Wonderful first time experience. My husband and I both booked a 1 hour massage. Mine was with Gloria and the relief I felt in my neck and hips afterward was incredible. I have been looking for a steady therapist for a few years and have been really disappointed everywhere I've been until I came here. My therapist was Alicia and I cannot say enough how great the massage was. She is a little chatty, but it's clear that she is trying to build a genuine connection with her clients, not just an in-and-out service and I can truly appreciate that. Plus, I have a really hard time relaxing on the table, so the conversation is an excellent distraction so I can fully let go and relax during the service. She's so friendly and super laid back, so I have no doubt if you ask her for some quiet time she would have no problem doing so. Honestly, she could talk forever and I wouldn't even care. When the massage is good, none of that even matters because it's so hard to find lasting relief. I am pain-free for several weeks after one 60 minute treatment with her. I will return as often as my finances allow and I will recommend Alicia to anyone looking for a great massage.Furthermore, the location is great and close to home. The clinic is clean and quiet, I never hear anything outside the room during my service, and the complimentary water afterwards is very much appreciated. I also appreciate being asked if I prefer cold or room temperature water, because I don't like cold water. It's a small thing, but it's those little details that make a big difference for me.

UPDATED REVIEW!! PLEASE READ TO THE END:The deep tissue massage was disappointing. When I asked for more pressure it wasn’t given. The place is clean and friendly but that’s about all it has going for them. I have had amazing deep tissue massages before. This felt like a child was doing it.UPDATED 2/2/23They reached out to me and had me come back with another therapist. Leslie is her name and she did an AMAZING job! I will definitely be a repeat customer after that massage. Thank you!

I have been going here for about 4 years now. I see Amanda and she is awesome! I’ve had nothing but great experiences, she listens to the areas i need worked on the most and i always feel amazing afterward. I am currently going to her for prenantal massages which help soooo much with my hip and back pain. You also can’t beat the price. $65 for an hour massage! Especially quality work every single time. It’s also easy to schedule and Amanda is very approachable and reachable when it comes to scheduling.

I’ve been going to A Balanced Body for a few years now and every time has been fantastic. The staff is super professional. Alicia is amazing! She is very professional - yesterday my hands and head were aching when I went in and I came out feeling soooo much better. She is also very sweet with a great personality. I highly recommend Alicia!
