This 7-11 is a busy store and hires from different backgrounds and different levels of customer service experience the store is always clean and smells good hit and miss with employees hiring new employees can be difficult when they’re hired I’m sure they do and say what needs to be said to get the job and after so long their attitude surface. I go often gas,drinks and snacks. I have seen and heard rude and hateful customers for different reasons some unreasonable.They do a good job and and stocked some people are just hateful.Let them do they job

If I could give it zero stars I would!! Drea is working at the register extremely rude customer service I told her $20 on the red car she said in a extremely rude tone you mean pump 4 I then gave her the money an she through my change on the counter!! This happened today around 7 a.m an I was wearing a fedex uniform if the manager will pull the cameras a watch her behavior towards customers that would be great!! She don’t need a customer service job if she’s rude to people like me that come in daily.

Gas pumps are not calibrated - YOU WILL NOT GET ALL THE GAS YOU PAY FOR. Common rip-off technique by desperate 7-11 managers. Instead of cleaning the store and hiring good people, they just rip you off. Do NOT buy gas here.

Tonight, 09-09-22 my low tire pressure warning went off as I was nearing a 7-11 so I pulled to air up the tire. I was instantly irritated when realizing the formerly free air machines have been replaced by an obscenely priced $2 machine. Irritation quickly turned to anger after paying and discovering the nozzle missing from the hose.I went into the store to buy a can of fix-a-flat (which was out-of stock) and told the employee behind the counter about the broke air machine which he nonchalantly stated they HAD KNOWN about for a week and that the store manager would NOT ALLOW them to put up an “Out of Order” sign.I also seriously question the mental acuity of the store employee that told me the nearest convenience store was over a mile away to the East only to discover at the end of this fiasco that the nearest convenience store is in fact located on the other side of an apartment complex about 500 feet to the West.After completing my 95 degree journey for fix-a-flat (which predictably sprayed more foam on me than inside the tire) the intellectually bankrupt employee continued being helpful by informing me that the store had no public restroom for me to wash my hands.This is my first negative review of a business, but I am too astonished by my customer experience to not share publicly in hopes of helping others avoid this hell hole that is staffed and apparently managed by a bunch of apathetic dimwits.

Tonight I went into 7/11 as I often do, to get a few items. However this afternoon was different, I had the pleasure of meeting a very positive, smiling, welcoming & extremely attentive young man. I believe his name was DJ. He made me feel very welcomed extremely complimenting & he also suggested items witch is rare. Nonetheless, customer service is down and not everyone has it but this young man did a phenomenal job & actually looked like he appreciated and wanted to be at his job. I will definitely be back for sure and hopefully people can learn from him and pick up his energy. 5stars cause of this young mans extremely exceptional customer service...

Who are you to deny humans the right to use a bathroom. You are a business that has a bathroom. You're employees use it. Its a place of business. You have no sign stating someone or a customer can't use the bathroom. I know there are issues with people who can be nasty and make the bathroom gross. But not all people are like that. Some people have medical issues where if they need to go, they need to go. When did 711 decided to be GOD and pick and choose whose allowed to use it. It's wrong and disgusting to deny a basic human right! That's OK, cause don't want to be a customer in your unclean and stinky store anyways. All nasty sticky floors and sticky soda all over the floor and counters. The store looks like you stepped back 20 years. And half raggedy bathroom is probably nasty anyways. Rude!!!

Tried to get gas, pump wouldn't read my card. Went in to pay, card reader wasn't working at the register I went to. Switched to another register, paid there, then went outside to pump gas. Gas pump did not pump any gas. No matter what i did, it did not pump, and after a couple minutes it offered me a receipt for the gas that I did not get. Everything here is broken and old, needs to be fixed and/or updated. Only gave two stars instead of one because the employees were nice.

Im writing this as a previous employee. The manager plays favorites, he had someone training me that steals outbthe store everynight and is constantly outside smoking knowing i couldnt sell alcohol and tobacco yet. The woman caused an argument which i didnt really reply to IN FRONT OF CUSTUMERS......so i texted the manager and was sent home early, and NOW I DONT HAVE A JOBPLS DO NOT APPLY HERE‼️

How can you call it a 24hr store? I work odd hours and this location used to be great but over the last couple months I'll go in early or late night and there's a be right back sign on the door and it's locked or no sign at all with locked doors and stopped pumps. There isn't another 24hr store really close so this is a huge problem for me. Super disappointed in 7-11 lately.

There is a man named shawn who works overnights. He has the worst customer service. If he actually has to do work he is rude. Unfortunately I have encountered him a few times and finally I've had enough and will drive the few extra miles to not deal with him
