This sonic had to be one of the worst sonics around. 9 out of 10 times the order isn't right. How hard is it to get a hamburger with meat and cheese only. 10 out of 10 times the fries are cold. And half the time the burgers are too. There are a few times the have been able to satisfy and do better but mostly they stink! I will literally drive 25 more miles just to go to another town for sonic. I wonder if they will ever get it right.

Just got back from getting my food from okemah sonic service was horrible little guy with the glass wanna have an attitude just while taking my order, kinda scared to eat my food actually idk if he done anything to it but just the way he was treating me while taking my order. N if I wanted all this ice in my drink I would've asked for n ice cup. Take notes from henryetta sonic. They have a nice staff. Also the tip that I had gave him please give it to the girl that actually came out n brought me my order out pleaseee!!!! 🤣

I know there have been bad reviews but we tried again and it was better this time. Loving the bbq chip tots but wish it was tossed better in the seasoning instead of drizzled some over the top. Lacked coverage and just looked like hot sauce dripped over the top. Everything else was really good and fast. Hope things continue to get better!

Yo the tater tots smelled so bad it made me not want to even eat what was in the rest of my order.The carhop rolled her eyes because the 1.50 tip on a 7 dollar order wasnt enough i guessThey claim rhey change that grease every day but thats a lie you can smell the musty grease on the tots

Went to okemah sonic multiple times at or around 7ish to get shakes and drinks to be told the ice cream machine was down each time which led me to calling the corporate number to see if that was true while I was still in a stall last night 1/6/20 and spoke with possibly the nicest most informative customer care rep I've ever had the chance to talk to, being a loyal customer I'm reaching in the freezer to grab my shake my fiance just brought me1/7/20 when I get a call from a okemah manager who apologized for my unsuccessful shake trips and that my next one will be on them! Before that call at most 2 stars, actually caring about your customers without a doubt 4 stars and if my next Frito chili chiliwrap is as good as last 5 stars! So thank you sonic heres a shot of my shake I was grabbing when you guys called!

The hamburger was pretty good for a change. However, I ordered a medium fry but received a small size fry in a medium box. A little disappointing when they do something like that just to save money.Parking: The reason it was difficult to find parking is because there was only one bay open, because it was lunchtime.

They need to retrain mangers to deal with people who get upset instead of calling the gm in and her making more of a scene due to the fact that her manager did not want to come out and resolve the issue so the GM showed up and started yelling and causing a scene outside of Sonic even more so than there already was maybe the gm needs retraining as well she seemed awful upset to be there when as a GM u get called in at anytime. I was just there to talk as an adult but was ignored by management n that is what upset me so please do retrain your management as tho I'll never eat there again hopefully you can resolve this as it is under new management.

We went a little later than usual but the food was hot and satisfying! Made as we ordered it with no mistakes! Employees where really nice and cheerful! The car hop was helpful with anything extra we may have needed. (Which we didn't, but she did ask.)

Worst service ever! Stopped on our way to a basketball game order French Fries and they were cold and old. Requested fresh fries and waited 10-15 minutes and they still brought out cold fries! Ordered to chicken dinners didn't get our onion rings due to them being out! Our bill was 45.00 and we got nasty food! Will not stop at this location again!

Grease pouring out of the tater tots, after getting home, the grease had soaked the bottom of the bag, there was still an inch of standing grease in the cardboard. Their fries always taste old. Everything else is usually fine.

👎 👎 👎 I don't have to tell you how cold, greasy, and stale the food is just read all the other reviews wish I had before stopping at the worst sonic in Oklahoma. I don't understand why the owner doesn't tell them to cook the food or atleast read the reviews to them because this has been going on for awhile. They are giving sonic a bad name, and I cant believe the health dept hasn't shut them down. We will NEVER stop there again!👎 👎 👎

Will not eat there again. Order was cold. I mean cold. If i had not had my elderly dad with me. I would have complained. He asked me not to say anything. French fries, tater tots and cheese burgers were ice cold. I did not eat mine. If I wanted a cold sandwich I would have eaten subway.

Worst customer service of any sonic I have been, too. Apparently their cc machine is down and has been for awhile. The girl takes our order, which was a big order, before asking "how will you be paying for this"? When we responded by card she then tells us about the machine being down and says we'll have to pay cash. Should that have been mentioned first? Turns out you can pay by app, too, but she never have us that as an option. After I informing us cash was our only option, she then asked if we still wanted our food. I honestly think she was disappointed when we wanted to keep our order in the cue. When the food came they left out part of the order and only gave us two napkins for an order that was clearly for a lot more folks.

Today Feb 13th rode my motorcycle up to get my wife and myself #1 cheeseburger only each.Ask 1 ketchup and mayo only and one no onions. Didn't get either burger right. I'm on a motorcycle so I'm not driving back 15 miles to get them to fix it. Check your order!!!!!!! Even gave girl over 5 dollar tip

Employees are very friendly and considerate. My van broke down and I was stranded for 5 hours. They took turns in coming out to check on me and my dog to see if we were doing okay or if I needed something to drink. Thank you to these employees for taking the extra time to care about their customers. Especially this one who was having a discouraging day. They made it seem a little less frustrating. It is employees like this who make you want to come back.

Ordered a foot long chili cheese Coney and ended up with chili cheese tator tots. Went back the next day and ordered a unsweet tea and ended up with a sweet tea. Don't know where they found these workers but they need some serious training.

Convenient location, great employees, BUT! Service is lacking. The phone is always messed up, so they say, so don't even try to call an order in. Several of the speakers do not work they can't hear you and you have to scream your order and repeat it 5 times. Your order will be correct only about 10% of the time. Be prepared to wait bc there is no sense of urgency. I would not eat there if this town wasn't so small that we are limited on hamburger places. Even their drinks are below average. Sweet tea? Tastes like sugar water, looks like dirty water bc it's so weak. Fountain drinks taste watered down.

If I could give lower I would. First they forgot an entire meal, sent a small tot out for a med, very sloppily thrown together sandwiches and we were the only customers😡 so no need to be that messy, tots old and soggy and the other order was burnt and my breakfast sandwich had a piece of hair & fuzz on the croissant. Staff was extremely dirty (like no showers) just DISGUSTING! PRAYING WE DON'T END UP WITH FOOD POISONING 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Service was super slow. Food okay, drinks great.No trash cans or public restroom. Found it strange that public restrooms are required at restaurants. We could see the restrooms with men and women signs, but staff said they are for employees only.

I felt very Sonic as I drove in and parked my car, a sweet voice asked for my order, I gave it to her, she took it, a moment later she brought it, I paid, she gave me change so I took it, then I ate it. I was hot, plenty and well worth it... I'll be back for more...

Service is slow! Most of the time the workers wanna have an attitude and food quality isnt that great some days and its to expensive for how much they miss up... 2022 never answer phone so you can make call in orders and they never get anything right......

We stopped to grab a bite. Luckily we pulled in close enough to see the employees behavior before we placed an order. One was mopping, one scrubbing windows, and the third was propped up on her elbows vaping in the food prep area. We figured they were all a little too busy and unsanitary to prepare any good. So we passed.

Sonic does not deliver what is advertised. My hot fudge Sunday was given to me in a small container the height of a palm. They are advertised twice as big with whip cream and cherry. Mine had no toppings and half the size and I had to pay the same price. Sonic, if you are going to cut the portions then cut the price as well! I just payed over $5 for the amount of ice cream I should have recieved in one.

Simply put a terrible Sonic. Asked for ranch cups with wings and received ketchup and marinara sauce. Grilled Cheese sandwich was basically a piece of cheese on uncooked bread. Order 2 medium Diet Cokes and received one small and one medium. Also, it took 20 minutes to get the food with 1 other person waiting. Would highly recommend not stopping here to eat.
