I stopped in yesterday afternoon, to buy a fuel filter for a diesel pickup, and asked about where to get it installed, since I had no tools. The old filter was plugging up, and limiting the engine power. They managed to get me helped by their in-house mechanic. I'm impressed, since it was late in the day. Reasonably priced, and I was on my way, soon. The truck's power was restored, and it ran fine again.Staff were all polite, and knew their stuff.Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to them all! I hope my review sends more customers to them; they are a great place to do business!

You can walk in a lot of parts or hardware stores and wait in line a long time to get someone to notice you, but that is not the case here. They are always very prompt to greet you and ask how they can help you? The folks here are incredibly helpful and friendly. Okemah is fortunate to have great businesses like this here in our town.

Will not price match... You order a part from them they won't exchange it if it's wrong... They didn't know what a "wheel hub bearing race" their prices are ridiculously high... They are commiting Strong Arm Robbery or Robbery by Fear and intimation...

Andrew is the owner Napa and the Hardware Store combined.My son-in-law and I go there from our farm on average several times a week.I believe Andrew's grandfather started this store many, many, years ago it has passed down through the family. It's an exceptional business, when you go in someone is standing there asking you if you need help, a very rare and desirable attribute in today's hardware stores. They have a collection of Hardware that is almost unbelievably unbeatable.

A price of plastic covering lost its screws as my family and i were driving down I40. Nothing mechanical was wrong with the card, but it was very loud and could have caused damage. I found this store and a couple gentleman got under my car, figured out the problem, fixed it, and had me on my way in 15 minutes. It cost $3 total. They were very helpful and i am very grateful!!

I'm a paying customer who demands to be left alone when I shop. I'll ask you for help when I need it. Otherwise I would like to be left alone when I shop. Nope not here every time lady bugs me to death acting like I don't know what kind of screw I need.

Horrible place im not even sure they are open after 12 noon checked the web site and store hours are until 5pm and were closed before 2pm. Tried stopping in on different days before 5 and its closed making me drive over an hour for parts or something simple. Tried calling and never get an answer

Place was horrible closed when it was supposed to be open gave me the wrong alternator so had to drive back which is a 30min drive then my info wasn’t even in the system showing me ordering it will never go back why I order off rock auto
