The room was outdated and in need of some repairs. It had a TV, a refer (not cold) and a micro. The water pressure in the shower was fine but the tub didn't drain. I asked for a new set if sheets which were delivered promptly. I kind of look at this as a you get what you pay for. Like it's no 300 dollar a night at the Marriott. So take it how you will.

Terrible experience. I hate leaving bad reviews and only do it when necessary to help keep someone from a very bad experience and this is one of those times. I’m a single woman and was on a cross country over-landing road trip with my dog. I was planning to stay at a campsite near Fort Smith, but I was getting too tired to safely continue driving so I stopped here. This was my only option, which I think is the only reason this place stays in business. I was met by the rude owner and didn’t receive an ounce of hospitality - no greeting, no thank you, nothing. Didn’t phase me - you never know what people are going through. The room smelled terrible and there was hair on the bathroom floor. I was a dirt goblin from camping for five weeks at this point so that didn’t phase me either, I just needed a safe spot to sleep. What I was phased by was someone opening my freaking door at 8:30AM (my body was still on west coast time so it felt like 6:30 to me). My dog jumped up startled and I jumped up and grabbed my weapon. I had furniture in the way of the door so the person quickly closed what they could open. As a single woman very far from home, this was a scary moment. It turned out it was the housekeeper ignoring my “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door. Why would a housekeeper ever open someone’s door at 8:30 in the morning when checkout is 11 - even if someone didn’t have a sign on their door? When I checked in I had to fill out the standard vehicle info form including the make, model, color and license plate of my car. My Jeep which was registered with management was also parked right in front of my door. If housekeeping is going to be instructed to begin cleaning at such an early hour, management should make sure they’re not opening occupied rooms. This would be incredibly simple to instruct them to adhere to signs on doors and also make note of which vehicles belong to which rooms. Even that might not be enough as someone could leave and come back later before their checkout at 11. I called the front desk and asked why someone opened my door and the owner said “it was housekeeping I’ll tell them not to do it again”. No real apology, no shock that it happened. Then I had what I was planning to be a 13 hour drive ahead of me which I couldn’t complete because I was too tired from being jarred awake at what was 6:30AM to my body. So I had to stop and pay for another room in another city along my route. I thought about not leaving this review because mistakes happen and I would never want to hurt someone’s business if it’s a one off. Then I read the reviews already left and THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE. At least once, but I’m sure it’s a regular occurrence based on how aloof the response was and knowing what I know about review statistics.To the owners: THIS IS NOT OK. CHANGE YOUR OPERATIONS. I’ve been in hospitality in the short term rental business for five years and if this ever happened even once I would be absolutely mortified and beyond apologetic, but you all seem to be fine with this happening as part of your regular operations. This hotel is part of the Wyndham network of lodging so I’ll be reaching out to them as a long time loyal member to relay my awful experience in the hope that they will force a remedy since you clearly do not feel the need to remedy this yourself.

This room is disgusting. There were gnats, mosquitoes, and flies in the room when we first arrived. The sink is busted, the shower looks gross I don't even want to use it, and only one of the 4 lamps in the room actually works so I had to fumble around in the dark to find it. The comforter is torn up and riddled with cigarette burn holes, oh and there are dead bugs around the bed

The main thing we found was that there was only one rag, no towels whatsoever. Then when I tried to call the front desk about it I got a busy signal every time. Otherwise it was ok. The location is pretty good and the rooms are pretty clean.Walkability: Their location puts them within walking distance of food and shopping

You literally have no choice of staying anywhere else in this town... It's right off I-40 and right by 3 major truck stops... Blankets really are riddled with cigarette burns... Check in was pretty quick, atleast it had a great AC... Immediately had to use the restroom and had my kid come in to squash 2 spiders and there were still socks behind the door... The shelf that held the fridge and microwave is being held together by hopes and dreams, the microwave plug wasn't even long enough to reach the outlet, that was hilarious 😂... Shower head was really lime crusted and we booked for 2 kids and 2 adults, but we had 1 washrag, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel... The breakfast wasn't too bad, tried to fill an empty soda bottle with some OJ and was reprimanded by a motel employee... Had waffles, toast, cereal and yogurt...

Definitely what you would expect from a road side motel. We found some kind of animal poop in our room and mentioned to the lady at the desk. She offered us to switch rooms or half a refund, but only if we left. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in too, we had to wait for them to fix our beds and clean the bathroom before we got to set our stuff down. Cleaning staff was extremely stressed due to this.

This is the only hotel in town so you don't have much choice. The owners/managers were polite and help us fix a mistake in our booking. A smoking room had been booked by mistake, but they were able to switch us to a non-smoking room. Unfortunately this is the best that happened. We were in room 251 and it had dust on most of the furniture and the towels had stains and were rough. The bathroom wall had a hole in it, and there was hair and debris on the floor. The room over all was serviceable, but it could have been much cleaner. The breakfast options were cereal, toast, package oatmeal, or a waffle. Most of the food was gone when I came down around 730, but when I notified the manager, he refilled it quickly. This hotel needs a lot of love, but you could do worse

To begin the manager or owner was not very welcoming. Then we went to our room to find dirty towels. After dinner got ready to lie down and the sheets were dirty. Ew! He did ageee to come out clean sheets on after questioning-ly saying dirty??? Then proceeded to room to examine sheets. Seriously dude if customer says they’re dirty…change them while apologizing.

The room was filthy.Then, when I went to check out, I rang the bell. Waited for someone to come out. All I got was a yes. I had to ask for someone to come out to speak with them. Told her about the room. She never said anything to me. Just walked over to the computer and started typing on it. I just walked out.Not a nice situation after a long drive. Because my mom was in the hospital. It was halfway to my destination. Needed to stop get some sleep. To finish out the rest of the trip.Rooms: The room I stayed in was dirty. There was hair all over the shower walls and in the bathtub. Mirrors were dirty. Counters were dirty. The toilet had hair, grass, and stuff all over the seat. The bathroom floor was dirty. It was so bad I didn't shower. I'm not cleaning up a room I paid for that should have been clean.

Bedbugs! In not one room but two! The first room we were given had one crawling on the ceiling and eggs everywhere. Not to mention the busted meth pipe under the couch. Were offered a different room so we checked it out before moving in to that one and it was worse than the first one. Just because the place has been rehabbed and has newer things does not mean it does not have bedbugs. Btw...the rooms were not beside each other so I am sure the one in between them have them as well.The American lady at the front desk was amazing. She needs to own the place. The "gentleman" owner tried to tell us there were not bugs in the other room. He did give us our money back but was very hesitant. I highly doubt he will do anything about them.Please please if you rent a room here check for bedbugs before taking anything in the room. Look behind their baseboards, under the furniture, behind the lamps, etc not just the beds.

It was ok. Super cold when we got into the room.Walkability: Next door McDonald's and store.Food & drinks: McDonald's and a convenient store right next to the motel. And also a truck stop across the street and a sonic down the road and a loves on the other side of the 1-44

*Terrible customer service * will take your money for nothing * rude *Unknowingly booked a smoking room through a 3rd party. Went and checked out the room, and it was too smelly. Non smoking was an extra $10, so we just went to a different hotel. We contacted the third party to cancel the reservation, and they said they needed an email from the hotel that we didn't stay there - "no problem", I thought.Couldn't have been more wrong. Management was a total disaster in trying to get any help from. After communicating several times that in order to cancel the charge, days inn needs to send an email to the third party, the manager kept stating he can't do anything, the third party has my credit card details. After telling him, he can do something, and its sending an email to the third party, he quipped back with "don't tell me how to do my job" then hung up on me shortly later.0/10 would not book again

Roach climbing on wall, mouse droppings in several places, desperate need of repairs in bathroom. Outside lights between rooms while comforting for the security of our vehicles, it illuminates the room where it's almost light enough to read by! Just stayed one night and got the hell outta there. Honestly can't recommend unless too tired to drive to the next biggest town.

Room was spacious. Decent bed. Satellite tv with hbo was a plus. The towels were clean but stains were noticeable. I stayed 2 nights at 65$ a night. Both mornings however, i was bothered early in the morning around 8 am it seemed to be because housekeeping was trying to get a jumpstart on their duties. The second morning was at 7:30 am just to see if i had checked out yet. This was very aggravating because i was trying to rest before a long day at work.!

The shower was really nice and remodeled. My room is very clean. But a lot of things do not work including the plug-ins and the Wi-Fi.Apparently there are Wi-Fi issues often. They even include a number you can call.

We have had nothing but trouble since check-in!We got here at 12pm and were told our room wouldn't be ready until 1, because the cleaning crew was not yet finished. Deciding we'd enjoy a cleaner room, we went to grab a bite to eat.An hour later we come back to unload our bags. Only to find the room still in shambles. There were also no towels in the room. Because we were pressed for time, we simply thought we'd get towels on our way back in.8 hours later we go to the reception desk and request towels. Nobody says a word they just walk from behind the counter and outside. Feeling EXTREMELY awkward we meander back to our room and see the clerk exiting an empty room with towels in tow. He hands them to us and we go into our room.Once inside we see the towels look like they've been used to clean mud off the bottom of someone's shoe. Not wanting to cause a ruckus we just decide to take a shower... only to find the water is a dark brown color. I took a video and called the front desk. I was rudely informed that there was a sewage leak and that it wasn't their problem.I will be calling corporate in the morning. This is unacceptable.

The room was very clean and cozy. I would have liked to have more pillows, but that's just because I suffer from arthritis and when it's cold my bones get very achy. Over all it was a good experience. The staff was very friendly.
