Very good shipper been here multiple times and what I've notice is that if your appointment is in the morning before noon you will get a door immediately and be loaded pretty fast within a hour,later in the day appointments you may have to wait on a door "they only have 3 docks for live loads" get there park out of the way and walk up to the door ,shipping/receiving is in the back of the building on the south side. You will also need 2 straps/ load locks

Horrible! Becky in shipping said they were closing at 6pm. I was arriving at 5:30pm. But Becky refused to get me loaded and said she promised to get me loaded at 7am. At 7am I knocked on the door to the shipping department and a girl who didn't speak English came to the door. She couldn't answer 1 question. I kept calling the main number and finally at 7:30am a lady with a very rough voice answered in deliveries and said Becky in shipping wouldn't be to work until 8am. The day before when talking to Becky she had a very rude tone. I'll never run a load for this trash place again.*Update... even though I slept backed up to the door and was ready to get loaded at 7 am, Becky showed up at 8 and said they would start loading me now they didn't start until 9am and they didn't finish until 10:30am. I went inside to get my paperwork and a seal and seen they only had 1 forklift driver which was a Hispanic girl who kept stopping her forklift because she was on her cellphone arguing with someone while supposedly doing her job. This load was one that a previous driver canceled on. Now I know why.

Got here the night before followed the signs to outbound for my pu. Slid my tandems put 2 straps in the box the woke me up about 7:50 to check in and they're loading me now w 9 a.m. appointment hopefully ill be gone by 9. A.m.

People are nice, Nice restroom. Not too difficult to find. I guess it depends on who you are and when you come on unloading times. Could be fast but could also take all day.
