The girl was rude, practically threw us our food and took off fast not even asking if we needed anything else and we were the only people there so I know it wasn't because they were busy, even if they were busy you still have to have better customer service! The fries were way too salty to eat.....so no tip left either! Sorry no starz for any of it and won't be coming back!

This place is a mess. I have to come to this little town on occasion, and when I do I end up eating here, because it’s literally the only thing here. That’s got to be the only way they stay in business. Something is always broken, the credit card machine, the ice cream machine, the menu boards. Not to mention it’s 50/50 if your order will be correct. Plus be prepared for the food to taste like it was cooked about 12-14 hours before it was served.

Not only did they refuse to give me the correct burger I ordered…the employee threw a drink at my car while I was backing up. Being a restaurant manager myself I am humiliated for Sonic to have these individuals working for them. Such nasty vile behavior. I hope he gets fired!

There's more than one person that works here that is a regular drug user. Their food is bad. They never make anything right. They don't even try to make it good. It's always dirty! It looks like no one even takes care of Sonic! It used to be ok but it's gone downhill. I refuse to go there. I have no idea what would be in my food and I'm scared to find out!

Gross. How the heck do you send out cold burgers on unheated buns? The meat was cooked through but cold 🤬 Completely disgusting and even though I spoke slowly to them they still managed to botch up the order. The shake, tots and fries were good but nothing else in my $35.00 order was edible. Stay away!

As a fast food place it does pretty well on actually being fast but some nights they tend to be slower. However, my food always tastes well. They have got my order wrong several times, it’s getting better though as time goes by. It is a newer location and they are getting better. I’d say it is an overall solid 3.5 but I’ll round up. It’s good enough that I’ll be a returning customer. Staff has always been nice!Edit: These past few months I’ve noticed a drastic change in the quality of the food and service. I don’t expect them to be high quality by any means but I do expect for them to at least get my order right more than 6/10 which IMO is giving them a lot of leeway. Sadly that is not the case, these new workers, which have been there a a few months I mind you, have got my order wrong or forgot something completely 9/10! That is why I have to leave a following edit. The newer employees disappoint me. Not sure about shifts but if so it’s in the evening. I do go to this location frequently when I forget to pack a lunch therefore I’m not speaking from a couple of trips, I’m talking about several throughout the past few months.Edit 2.0: It’s now currently at its worst in my opinion, the past several months have been absolutely ridiculous. Hopefully they get a new team in soon.

Other then it taking a little longer for the order to come out because it wasn't busy at all and hardly any vehicles in the parking lot too. Maybe they are short handed I'm not sure I will continue to go back. Don't mind waiting a few extra minutes since the order was correct food and drinks were great,but also everyone that we have encountered had been awesome,polite,mature and so very helpful too!!

On Saturday March 26, 2022 at about 2:10 pm my wife and I ordered an ice cream cone, a lemonade, and a strawberry slush. We were told the cost was $4 and some change. We waited for about 20 minutes and the order never came. Another car pulled up after we had ordered and placed an order. When their order came and ours had not arrived we decided to leave, I will say to their credit a worker did come out and ask if we needed something but at this point we decided to cut our losses and leave. Needless to say we will never return.

Honestly 3 days later and I’m still glued to the toilet. Woman was nice. Food wasn’t great, but I could eat it. Order was wrong and I was the only one there. Definitely a skip. Just let it shut down. Been 2 years of bad reviews. Just hang it up

They have amazing drinks here. The staff is always friendly. The reason for the lower rating is food quality. I have been there twice this month.Trip one my hamburger had so much ketchup it was leaking out of the wrapper everywhere and my tots were hard and barely warm.Trip two I got a strawberry shake and something in it was soured. Not only did it smell bad, it tasted worse. Please note that the ice cream here always tastes this way. I have 2 other sonics close to me and their ice cream is amazing, so it is this specific Sonic that has bad ice cream.

I live in OKC but stopped at this location yesterday on our way home from hiking...Wish this location was closer to us...Customer service was wonderful! Lady at the window was so pleasant. What we ordered was delivered in a reasonable amount of time but more importantly, it was fresh. Unfortunately I see alot of negative reviews and everyone is entitled to their opinion but right now the service industry is struggling because not many people want to work so be patient and understanding to the people who are doing their best to serve their community.

**VERY DISAPPOINTED**Most of the time they are extremely slow and rarely get my order correct. I have talked to several "managers" on the phone and they still mess up my orders. I work close by and go there for my dinner quite frequently (at least 3-4 times a week) because everything else is closed. It usually takes them at least 15-20 minutes to make me a Corndog and a large drink....and that's between 4:30-4:45pm with maybe 1-2 other customers at the time. And that's on my way to work...if I need something to get me thru til my dinner break at 8pm. Very disappointed with almost every experience I've had at this location. I guess my next step is to contact corporate and I really don't want to do that.*Seems like Corporate would've seen at least some of these horrible reviews and showed a little bit of concern by now.*This Sonic location has messed up on at least 90% of my orders over the past couple weeks and nobody has shown any concern at all.

One of the worst Sonics I’ve ever been to. Pulled up to order 2 drinks at a stall at 9:05 PM and was told they were drive through only. Okay no big deal. Ordered at the drive through then waited almost 10 minutes but before we got to the pick up window a boy came out to tell us they were out of all tea. Every person here acts like they hate their job and could care less. Sad a small town doesn’t have a place people want to come to and enjoy themselves.

Avoid this sonic if at all possible, you will just be disappointed. This is the worst sonic I have ever been to. About a month ago I got dinner here for myself and my husband. When I opened up my burger and took a bite the patty was burnt but it was also cold. I had already been headed home when I was eating so I couldn't just turn around for them to replace it. I went to grab my receipt to call and make a complaint but I didnt have one. The next morning I stopped to get a drink told the woman what had happened the night before, she told me she would add me to a list to get 2 free burgers. Fast forward to tonight! I was not on the list for a free burger and I saw the list, it was long! After being there for 15 minutes of trying to explain to the manager on duty and him not trying to make anything better, he finally called the GM who told him to just give me the free burger. But he said "she told me to just give it to you but next time you should keep your receipt so you have proof of purchase." 1. A month ago I never got a receipt 2. Who keeps a receipt from sonic, from a month ago, in their car!? So when I got home tonight I decided to look at my receipt to do a survey and I had no receipt!!! I called the manager to let him know the next time he tells someone to keep the receipt for proof of purchase maybe you should actually give one to the customer. He told me to drive back and get it. I live 15 minutes away in a different town.

The steakhouse burger is pretty good for a fast food burger, but my favorite thing here is the foot long chili cheese coney. Our food came fast, and it was correct, which is what I really want when I get fast food. This location was better than most. The main downside is that the food is fairly pricey for fast food. There are a ton of drink options, but unless you're getting them during happy hour, you'll likely pay around three bucks for a drink that is 70% ice.

Literally the worst in state. My friend ordered 2 Blasts at 7:55 went to pick them up at 8 the guy came on and said “oh yeah there coming” 10 minutes later I buzz in again and the guy says “yeah they’re coming” 10 more minutes later my lunch time was almost up and I buzzed in and some lady answered and said they’re bringing it out now. I recipe it runny and melted.. This is not the first or second time these idiots forget about people’s order!! The staff sucks!

First time I've ever thought about giving two thumbs up for a mistake. So I initially ordered a blue coconut lemon berry slush. ( it's looking for something new besides my typical Sonic sunrise) However apparently what I got was a blue coconut lemon berry CREAM slush. And though I was a bit hesitant and wasn't exactly sure if I heard her right when she gave it to me through the window it is surprisingly good. Way to go on a mess up actually turning out good.

Terrible customer service, we ordered food an hour ago and still have not gotten it. We waited for an hour and ten minutes just for them to say “we are drive through only” they did not inform us when they made the decision. We wasted an hour and around ten minutes waiting. There were still cars around us indicating that they failed to inform the others too.

I Love EGGS! I know it was about 8:00pm and you probably did not have a lot of eggs for the two breakfast burritos I ordered but dang... I had more tortilla than egg on my two tiny burritos. I have bought breakfast burritos from other Sonics across OK, and you gave me the smallest burritos ever. They staff was friendly though.

stopped in on my way home for the new philly cheesesteak it STUNK! big time very little steak to much cheese sauce and the tater tots were hidden but the sides of the bun could not see because there was no meat to speak of. I will not be ordering another!

Stopped in here and was shocked, usually a slow process, they had my food out fast, and it was hot!!, asked what had changed, and it has been bought by a new owner and they have turned this place around! You won't regret the stop!
