I am here often as a truck driver. They treat you fine, but their safety regulations are, in my opinion, a little too much. Plenty of room to maneuver and easy to find.

Not bad. Fast check in. No extra stupid stuff. Easy to find. Easy to back, no rats running around. Make sure to disconnect your truck from trailer. No overnight parking.

Mostly good, but typical timing, one time I got here like it 1:00 in the morning didn't leave until 7:30 in the morning another time I was here at 5:00 a.m. and was out and done by 7:00 a.m. so it's just how the cookie crumbles, I guess, on whether or not you get a good unloader or one that likes to take their time. For the most part, the people that work here are tolerable. Most are nic, some not so much. It's one of the Walmart distribution centers that I do not mind coming to because it's usually a positive experience!I do say usually.I am here an hour early my appointment is at 6:45 a.m. and I am behind like four other trucks, and sometimes their check-in process is a little slow, I have to admit that. š¤·š¼āāļø

I don't understand the bad reviews. I had a 0030 appointment time to get unloaded. Got there at 2200. So 2 1/2 hours early. They sent me away. Told me to come back at 2330. Once I got there at 2330 I was checked in, unloaded, papers in hand and off the property by 0200. The process was really quick and easy. I didn't have to deal with the mean lady everyone speaks of in their reviews. Maybe that's why!! 02/28/2024

Perhaps I got lucky, I knew the lady in the office they said was rude so I went knowing I wasnāt going to be acknowledged I had my headset playing music so I can just ignore the foolery etc and it was the exact opposite she greeted me gave me my paperwork I was gone. My appointment was at 08:45 and I was out by 09:48. I had a full trailer maybe because it was milk and it wasnāt produce but it was really smooth!

I very seldom rate or leave reviews but this time I will make exception. I have been coming to this facility for years and for the most part have been satisfied with the service. However, this time has not been a good experience. Arrived at gate around 0600 for an 0630 appointment. Was given door 311 by the gate staff only to find another truck in that door. Called receiving only to have elderly, long Grey hair lady tell me "NO, that is NOT my door and that I have to park and walk inside and check in! I did and was told by her to go back and wait for call from her with door to back into. I did...and waited and waited. Finally received phone call from same lady a little after 0800 asking if I was in door 311? When I tell her that I was waiting on call from her for door because that was instructions she gave me, she vehemently denied saying that. In other words she called me a liar!! So now, I wait...I have paper she gave me when I first checked in with direct line to call her, that says "no door" written on it!! When is Walmart going to do something about her attitude towards drivers and her incompetence at her job??

Quick check in, full trailer unloaded in about an hour and a half. Fastest Walmart DC I've been to yet. Ladies in the office were sweet and courteous.

Long grey hair lady named CRO Chris, s she answers the phone, has got to have the worst attitude ever of any Walmart CRO personnel. Thank God I arrived an hour early. Security gave me door 300 and I promptly back in, dollied down and unhooked. Went to CRO at 11:45 and waited 40 min before I was checked in. She was taking 5-8 min per driver checking them in abs taking phone calls in between. Finally checked in 5 min before my appointment time. This lady does not need to be interacting with truckers with her attitude. What was amazing was she knew the driver in front of me and her attitude became friendly and he was checked in within a minute. If she spoke and treated all drivers that way, it would make checking in easier.

Arrived to gate at 2:23 pm. He gave me instructions and directed me to CRO. I was presented with attitude upon simply entering the door. I saw the previous reviews but I tend to judge based off what I actually see, and I saw what they all saw in the elderly lady. Granted neither spokevwhen I stood at the window. I speak, she says āis there something I can help you with?ā I say Yes, Iām here to check in. She replies Check in where? ā¦for What? Anyways, I wound up having to go back to the truck because I misunderstood the guy at the guard shack. I swore he said put the paperwork in the trailer, but apparently he didnāt. Her response basically was thereās no way anybody told you to put it in the backā¦with the day I was already having, I just went back and got the paperwork. When I came back, she tried to be nicerā¦too late at that point. Anywho, I was checked in on time. They started unloading me at 3:32p. Light turned green at 3:56 pm. Text to pick up paperwork received at 4:14 pm. Not bad.

The place is not bad just donāt come before your time. Usually the process takes 2 hour to four hours so anywhere from 2 to 4.

The worst DC. Appointment at 4am, checked in at 3:30, got the door at 6am, started unloading at 10am. Out at 12pm. The trailer sits for 6 hours with the door open and frozen food inside. Indifference to the driver's time and to food that melts.

Don't come here. The two big fat women that works the inbound window will set there and talk to each other until it's past your time for your appointment and then tell you that your late and now you don't get detention.When you call to make a complaint their big fat brother will do nothing about it. I'm sure this would've been totally impossible to restack instead of refusing it outright, 100%. Totally. I communicated the issue and they had me back in anyways, just to tell me to get it restacked and re-schedule the appointment. I would've done it myself if this pre-load wasn't at the edge of the trailer and I didn't risk falling. Guess this is what to expect from these people. Overpaid and still lazy.

12 Trucks lined up outside, made me 30 mins late for my apt. Backed to the freeway offramp.Now we're sitting, as punishment as more appointments show. Recieving says you're late, you get to wait. 4 hours with 8 trucks to go. They need to keep three guard shack clear for appointments to get inside. Maybe set up a parking area? Seems very unorganized. No staging just trucks parked everywhere. Hazard waiting to happen with the yard dogs speeding around. One star for letting my dog go potty on the grass. I picked it up. Everyone else sounds miserable and unhappy with their job. I would be mad but I just feel sorry that they feel like they have to punish a driver by making them wait all day for something that isn't their fault. A little grace never hurt anyone. Wishing them a little holiday cheer.

I've been here a couple of times, very smooth operation! Never had to wait for a door, not too bad on unloading time. I couldn't find anywhere to park closer than 20 miles (for free) but I did see a lot of people parking on the off-ramp... Breakroom with microwave, vending machines, bathrooms..

As a former employee and veteran Walmart fired me for getting hurt on the job payed zero on work menās comp a company that does not keep there word and feed people poison. Food falls on the ground dirt bacteria then 70% of there stuff is imported from other countryās

2 stars, one for the lady at the gate checking in and the other for the Lady at door 521. Wal-Mart you all could do better. If a driver is late we get rescheduled but your unloading takes forever. You don't care if we run out of hrs waiting to get unloaded and we can only hope we find parking after leaving SMDH!!!!

Driving up and trucks getting ticket for parking. Apt at 8:45. Checked in at 7:45, got a door but was a truck there. Security said to wait till he is done and go to the door then check in. I checked at the office an hr later cause he hadnāt moved. And was told youāre not checked in until you bring up paperwork. They proceeded to giving me another door. Empty by 11:15. Donāt listen to security

Bad bad bad, 4h 11 pallets to unload and they forage to sit drivers in ice cold trucks till they unload, because they ask to bring a Key to shippingā¦ Iāll definitely file a clone for that itās against human rights!!!

Not a bad place. Workers are nice and friendly. Did not take long to unload just don't show up too early. Afternoon appointments on dry goods start unloading at 3.00 p.m. I arrived at 12.30 was turned around and told to come back at 2.00 p.m. Went to a hole-in-the-wall truck stop a mile up the road. But that's another story for another review.

The front desk receptionist is rude and very slow. There is no accountability in this facility as the employees take long breaks and refuse to communicate with the driver. Let me tell you how frustrating it is to have watermelons on the truck and take 7hrs to offload a perfectly loaded truck with a clean bill. And as a owner operator it's hard to find a load. So that two day trip for 2800 lost me day so I lost 1250 for that day of Walmarts irresponsible mishaps. This facility clearly shows they do not care about the driver and as I was walking into the building the three gentlemen in the receiver office was complaining. Then to pick up my paperwork a whole new set of drivers was complaining. The receptionist was passive aggressive and very condescending. Will do my best to avoid this DC. This is by far one of the worst. New manager is for sure needed to shake things up.

I showed up with a partial load only 11 pallets. I know how Walmart is about their scheduling so I always try to arrive early. Due to two different accidents on my route I checked in at the guard shack 1 minute late there was also a line of eight trucks when I arrived. Almost three and a half hours to get unloaded. Still within the 4-Hour window that they allow. But disappointed that I was classified as a work in over 1 minute and a partial load

Quick unload tonight folks. 0230 7/19 appt. Arv 0134. Straight to door. Called for paperwork at 0303. Receiving office gentleman was efficient and friendly! I rated three stars because of the level of disrespect displayed by AP on the way out. Pulled up to stop sign, waited on the one employee at the gate to check rear of trailer and hand of trailer control record. Eventually the employee came back but not before berating me for not pulling forward and how apparently my wheels work better than his feet. Nothing nor anyone indicated to pull forward of the stop sign or stop bar. If you want me to do something other than indicated just ask, donāt berate me for doing the safe and standard procedure set out by your employer.

I tell you what this is one of the nicest Walmarts I ever dropped and hooked up Miss Annette at the guard shack was extremely nice and helpful looking forward to deliver more loads to this location

Really only reason for giving 3stars is I feel sorry for the ladyās in the officeā¦ you can tell they have been here many years and looks to be only 2 workingā¦ they have the big office under construction so they working out of a lil office and itās causing problemsā¦ drivers having to wait in line to get to dock doors and wait to get paper workā¦ itās not there faultā¦ hire people and have a normal officeā¦ I saw where driver got ticket for parking on rampā¦ truckstop a few miles down the road 10 bucks to park
