Ordered a croissant with mayonnaise and grilled onions and they literally put one grilled onion on the sandwhich and no mayo. I also asked for honey mustard and they didn't bring it out so I asked the girl to go get some and she said she would. I waited five minutes before I called back and someone finally brought me honey mustard. Worst service ever.

The location is pretty good. Fast and accurate service. Can get slow during the busiest times, but that is almost every fast food joint anymore. Sonic corporate could improve flavor.

I’m never coming here again! Everytime I come here my orders are messed up in some way. My food is always under cooked or old. My drinks that I add stuff to is always over flavored to the point that I don’t want to drink them. Ice cream barely has any candy in it. Lately my food is under proportioned also. I pay a pretty penny for Sonic’s food. It’s sad that I don’t get what I order. When I order my food I’m in a hurry so I don’t have time to check it before I leave. I’ve worked for sonic many times so I know what my food is suppose to look like and how much is suppose to be in an order. At this point I rather drive to Bartlesville or Dewey to get sonic.

I have always loved Sonic Drive In but this location never fails in disappointing me. I have never received a correct order from this location. The management is rude and horrible to deal with. No complaint is ever heard or felt with. I don't even go to this location anymore, I'll drive to the next town and actually enjoy my food rather then put up with Nowata Sonic. Do better.

So, we went there the night before and finally got a footlong that the bun was actually soft and I thought I could eat the whole thing except I said "a little bit of relish." Well, I couldn't eat the whole thing because they drenched my footlong with the relish and by the time we got home my bun was soggy and ruined. Then Saturday night we had cheeseburgers and it was a really great burger. I was really impressed because they really haven't impressed me a lot lately. Maybe one day soon it will get back to normal.Kid-friendliness: Yep, it sure is kid friendly as long as they have ice cream and such there will always be a Sonic

Sonic, I'm so sick of ordering a "pretzel with cheese", "cheddar bites with ranch", or a "burrito with salsa" or in this case my husband ordering it and getting home to discover no cheese, ranch, or salsa. It says with cheese on the menu! Nobody wants a pretzel without cheese. I'd have to pay extra if I wanted another cheese. I want reimbursed for all the cheeses you've decided to keep. And the pretzels that didn't get eaten because you kept the cheese. At least with ranch and salsa I have something at home, but I don't keep cheese sauce handy. Also...look at this picture and tell me if you'd eat this burrito...

Came here for breakfast and it was very good.. Back for lunch.. like the new smaller food choices as I eat little meals and keep working...Had the little breakfast burrito and large sweet tea. Burrito was hot and tea was fresh. Got the carhop special . Slinger sandwich and tots 2.99... also have special today .50 corn dogs ... sure I'll have one those also. Great job sonic.. and again.. lunch is hot ... thanks... went back again for breakfast... really hot and delicious... wow hard to find a good consistant fast food place... and I know I have worked as a manager for years... again great job...

I ordered over the app and within moments the food was delivered. I love the waiter, bc we kid in him about how he drops the straw and has to get another one. He's friendly and polite.The food is always delicious we had Cheese Burger with double patty and jalapenos 😋 and chili covered tater tots. So good but we had to take some home and enjoyed it later. For the drink we had half price Rt 44 Strawberry shakes. All this was under $30.00. GOOD TIMES!Parking: At the time we went there was plenty of other customers also but they had a nice big parking lot. My advice is can you please put what you offer to eat on both sides so it's not a struggle to see the menu for the passenger side. Other than that I love eating at Sonic. They keep the parking lot very clean.(⁠◕⁠ᴗ⁠◕⁠✿⁠)

I asked for extra Reeses in my blast and on my receipt it shows I was charged for it but when I got my blast (picture included) there was hardly any in it. When I told the manager this they said that there is a specific amount of Reeses they put in each blast and if I don't like it that's how it's supposed to be made. If you won't add extra don't let the customer pay for it. Terrible customer service, would not eat here again.

We went around 10pm on the 4th. There was 4 of us and we had a pretty complicated order. The young lady that took our order was Samantha was very polite and friendly. Short wait later our good was brought out by Josh also super friendly, the food was hot, fresh and correct. Great job.

Just went to get some food, ended up getting attitude. The carhop named Nicole was very rude, practically through my food in my lap, and then have the nerve to ask me if I wanted my change back. Not good service at all.

My family and I were traveling and they were very patient with us ordering because it was late and they were probably getting ready to close. But they cheerfully took our order. I gotta say the burger I had was the best hamburger I'd ever eaten at any Sonic! I had a bacon cheeseburger. It was perfect. Great job! Highly recommended.

Okay - whoever was in charge of making the onion rings today 7/11/22 at around 1100…..A+++++. Hands down the best onion rings I’ve ever had at any sonic or restaurant. So effin crispy and perfect ratio of breading to onion. I propose a raise to whoever made these, maybe a promotion to head chef. If the onion rings I ordered came out like that every time, tickle me purple and take alllll my money.

I come to the nowata store all the time. Consistently asked no ketchup on my burgers. Sometimes are right sometimes they're not they're not paying attention to the tickets.

I love our local Sonics I really wish they could put up a visible sign on the parking call boxes that are closed. We pulled into 3 different ones the other day and they we're out of operation. Kind of a pain in the butt for us. ( out of service because of computer problems not for spacing for pandemic reasons) Still service was good and delivery person was sweet!!!! Like always.
