They were able to get me in at a moments notice, girl in the front was super friendly and had a beautiful black dog. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is my girls nails could have been filed more. The groomer never spoke and never smiled when she handed me the leash.

They always treat my pup like a prince and that makes me feel so comfortable leaving him there for the day to get in his doggie spa day. Every hair cut he has received has been top notch no issues. And he always comes home with a cute bandana and sometimes a free treat 🙂

I take my dog Lucy here and she absolutely loves it! The groomers are incredibly caring and gentle to the dogs and will work with you on what is needed for your pups. They also have various toys, treats, harnesses, and leashes. Highly recommend!!

This place is hands down the best place in Norman the owners went above and beyond to take in our snorkie “Chubbs” during Thanksgiving last minute… they did an amazing job customer service superb and definitely knows how to run a buisness!!! Ty so much you guys rock and we appreciated you guys more than you know!!!

The sparkly spot did amazing with my little dog! Petco always leaves her bears too long and barely even touches her tail. But sparkly spot did just perfect! She is the most soft she's ever been, must be some kind of special conditioner!! And she smells like a warm cookie. Krissy (my dog) clearly enjoyed being there. She was always scared to go into other groomers, but this place she just walked right in and sniffed around and when she came out, she was so happy! I won't go anywhere else again. thank you Sparkly Spot! If you love your dog, take them here!!

I've been going to the Sparkly Spot exclusively for over 4 years now and every visit has been perfect. They've taken care of all 3 of my dogs including bathing and grooming/hair cuts. The employees always act excited to see my pups and treat them like family. Highly recommend!

I took my dog Lenny here after giving up trying to bathe him at home (he hates water) and to also get a deshedding treatment for the summer. He came back looking, smelling and feeling the cleanest he's ever been since we've adopted him! The final touch of tying on a cute bandana was perfect. The groomer is wonderful and was very responsive to my requests as well as making Lenny feel comfortable and relaxed. I would absolutely recommend going here for all your dog grooming needs.

Apparently they just broken a small dogs jaw, and not only offer to pay for surgery but didn't deny any mistreatment. Wouldn't recommend, the abuser still works there.

The ONLY place I trust with my Benny (golden retriever) and June Bug (dachshund). Both dogs do not hesitate to go in and absolutely adore Ms. Theresa. The dogs are treated like royalty and look fabulous when I pick them up.

I can not say enough positive things about The Sparkly Spot! They take such good care of our Jaxon, and he looks forward to seeing Teresa, Amy, and all of his friends when he gets groomed. Jax is precious to us, and we appreciate the excellent treatment he receives. Two thumbs up! ❤️❤️

Not only did they give my dog razor burns, but they also traumatized my dog. My aussiedoodle is incredibly sweet and doesn’t know a stranger. When I picked her up from the Sparkly Spot my dog was growling/whimpering. When I took my dog to the vet the vet said this behavior was out of character for my dog and that she had been SEVERELY traumatized. I will never go back and would highly advise people to find a different groomer.

This place should be shut down! They do not take care of dogs properly and clearly do not care to keep them safe. They broke a dog's jaw and never even told the owner. They just let the dog sit in pain. Please do not go here, don't risk your dogs life!
