I always have a great experience at the Norman OK Home Depot. The items I need are always available and fairly priced.At a recent visit, Sam was SO helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. I cannot say enough good about Sam. A bit later when I was looking for something else, Chase stepped right up to help. What a fantastic team! On a previous visit I had the pleasure of meeting Amy. What a joy!

I wish they sold some cheaper versions of things like lawn mower batteries. There's lots of good mower batteries out there that aren't 70 bucks. Other than that though I always use Home Depot. The online pickup is super easy and a huge time saver.

If only you could do 0 stars! This is the worst store. 0 % customer service, 0% management. I'm sure none of them could make it out of a brown paper sack if they tried. They have plenty of employees standing around not doing ANYTHING. Self check outs run the place because they only have 1 actual cashier. Go to Lowe's. This chain is a joke.

I really like this location. Went through a few days ago and Kate helped me. She was very courteous and friendly and funny and it was a fantastic experience because of her. I will definitely go back to this location many times in the future.

Absolutely awful customer service. They had my package for almost a week without telling me it was at the store. So I called and the phone rang for 10 minutes with no answer. Finally got through later and got put on hold for almost 10 minutes. They finally said it was back there but they didn't let me know because they weren't sure if there was another package. So it just sat. No apolog, nothing. She couldn't have cared less. Never order from them again.

We went here to find tree root killer. We went to garden chemical aisle, found nothing, then went to customer service, she showed me how to look up on phone and it showed you had many bottles in a different location. We went to the location the website told us the store had 10 bottles in stock...at the location was only plumbing fittings. We asked another employee who took us to same end cap...lol..noone in store knew where anything was located and could not find these items. The website was totally wrong in it's location information...horrible that stuff is moved around and noone changes the website locator. We went to Lowe's instead and instantly found it ..don't recommend going here, this store has big issues.

This review is to give a shout out to EMPLOYEE, KATE, in customer service, at the HOME DEPOT in Norman, OK. My husband lost his work badge, I called the store, but it had not been turned in, got a call a few hours later same evening, someone had turned in the badge, and Kate took the time to find our number on caller id and let us know it was found!Thank you to KATE!!

Edit: 11/14/22I still love THE HD ! I would spend all day exploring here if I could. It's like an adult jungle gym for me :)I love Home Depot, most of the staff are friendly and helpful . However, the ladies at the customer service counter have never been helpful ironically. I've had to ask for help finding things that say they're in stock but aren't on the aisle they say they are on the website and they act like you're ruinging their day by asking for assistance, proceed to walk down the aisle and say "nope it's not there we must not have it" then walk away. I go to someone else working in the aisle across from it and they got on their handheld device and found where it was located in the store for me. This has happened multiple times. Needless to say I know not to bother with the "customer service" employees.

Quicker to go to the Moore home depot, they constantly have all the carts used up for their own stuff for whatever reason. I walked the whole store looking for a cart to carry sheetrock out and they all had doors or bundled up lumber, whatever random stuff piled high stacked and no one near by like they just didn't want to stock it. It's always like that even before covid.

The in-store portion of my experience went great! I give 5 stars for that and Bill W was very helpful. But dealing with the delivery company has been an absolute nightmare. I bought a new dishwasher that was delivered on the day they told me. I also paid for the installation. When the delivery guys got here, they told me the water shut off valve under the sink was broken and I’d need a plumber. They told me they could arrange a plumber and they’d contact me in 24 hours. The next day (Friday) I never heard anything. I didn’t hear anything all weekend, so I called the following Monday. They told me that a plumbing appointment was never scheduled and they’d set it up. They said someone would call me later that day. Nobody did. So I called back at the end of the day only to find out there STILL wasn’t a plumbing appointment scheduled. They said they’d arrange that and it would be the following Monday. That day came and I got a text saying my delivery was scheduled. I had to call to tell them it has already been delivered and that today was when we agreed to have a plumber come out. I gave up and decided to call a plumber myself, which I should have done from the get go. The in-store experience was great, but the delivery/installation experience has been an absolute nightmare. Maybe give Lowe’s a try instead.

Scanned a product that was lowered to another price and the store manager wouldn't sell at that price..later when I checked on a tuff shed the starting price was higher than the one on display... manager didn't want to do his job and check....

Smaller store so selection is limited. Go to Home Depot in Moore or the Lowes in Norman for better selection.

No we cannot do orders over the phone you have to do it online.No thanks been there done that wasted many hours of my life with that option.Today's adventure... we're just not gonna get into it.Guys if you wanna waste your time and deal with people who can't help you and send you all over the store, this is the place have fun. Don't hesitate they will not let you down.

This is by far the worst homedepot in the state. Every experience here has been a disaster. None of the employees are trained properly, no one can really answer questions. Then their rude on top of it. Be extremely careful ordering on line. If the item is out of stock you could be waiting for weeks just for a refund. Shop small business! They will take way better care of you.

I gave it a 3 because of the shady tactics used to generate leads about our water quality. The only reason I answered the questions was because the guy was friendly and seemed nice. He asked for our phone number and said someone might call to verify that he isn’t just making up these answers. It seemed logical enough that someone would follow up with a quick call or text, but it turned out that the call had nothing to do with verifying anything and was nothing more than a sales pitch to get someone to come over and test our water. Could be better. Though I still have an issue with Home Depot in Moore. Ripped me off for a Anderson Storm door. Could not get anyone, including the manger to call me back. They lost $4000 in appliance purchase. Will never go back to them

What a terrible experience!!!No one has a clue what they are doing, tried to buy 2 lawnmowers. One on sale, only had display left but wanted to charge more money, riding mower was higher than O’Connors and they said I was lying…….. everyone had to talk to a manager and they all 12!!!!!!Been a Home Depot customer for years, no more!!!!! It was like being in the twilight zone, save your time, go somewhere else!
