They have been friendly, they actually care about the animals, and they are having discount scratch-offs from now (10-12-2023) til end-of year. I got my crested gecko from here as an anniversary gift from my wife. We love our little Bindi (was Steve after The Crocodile Hunter, but changed after we found out he was actually a she.)

My dog Thunder is quite a ham! He loves all of the attention and hugs that he gets at his grooming appointments. The staff there is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. To me, that is very comforting when you turn your fur baby over to someone else to take care of! I wouldn’t take Thunder anywhere else!

I go for dog grooming and dog and cat food and treats. Always excellent service at PetSmart and my daschund looks fabulous every time. They always have a good selection of food and treat items available at a reasonable cost.I prefer them over Petco, but I sometimes shop at Petco, too. Both are good pet stores.

The store is remarkably clean. It can appear cluttered but still orderly. The staff is about a 50/50 shot at someone helping and that's why they got a star deduction.Follow me for more than 13k+ Google contributions.

I’m so tired of losing my fish.. my fiancé and I just established a new tank that was going to be specifically for plecos and within a couple days we now have ick and almost all of my plecos have it.. I’m heartbroken. :(

My spouse and myself were there to look at cats to adopt. We got there and waited outside the room for 30 minutes because volunteers were there. They’re playing with the kittens and after 30 minutes we decided to go around and look at the store at the other animals came back and they’re still playing with the same kittens so total of an hour they’re still playing with the same kittens, But Todd made me wonder if these are volunteers why they not investing in the other there? They were aware of us outside for 30 minutes and when we came back had been another hour and they were still playing the same kittens I really hope the cats that are older get attention from the volunteers. It just makes me really sad because we were adopting two cats today.You’ll really need to look better after your volunteers and make sure they’re not just settling kittens in, but also giving the cats are a few weeks older attention too. 11/18/23

I always enjoy checking out the kitty cats and other animals when we visit PetSmart. My seven year old REALLY wants a dwarf hamster! Lol. She has me even thinking and pondering the idea. The only thing negative is that some of the prices are way high on certain items and could definitely be bought online at a different business to save an extensive amount of money.

A huge supply of interesting fish. Included on the labels is the name and type of fish with a ranking with ease of care from beginner to expert. Many were ranked as beginner. This is my first time to see a Skinny Pig 🤗 There were beautiful budgies and a yellow canary. Loved the geckos! All future pets appeared to be well cared for.

I get both of my dogs nail grinding done at their shop, have 1 50lb easy dog, and 1 100lb very difficult dog (drama king) they are excellent with both, I wouldn't take them anywhere else. I have my own grinder at home but it's not worth the time and aggravation for the decent price of $15 each. They have kept their doors open entire pandemic & keep it safe, by only have 1 customer at a time inside their doors. I appreciate the extra precautions especially because dogs can catch Covid 19 too. My dogs are my children and they only get the best, so I go there.

I personally urge anyone looking to buy a pet to do so from reputable breeders rather than from PetSmart or Petco. Generally their reptiles and (from what I'm told from a fishkeeping friend) their fish, specifically betas, are often in bad health and don't live as long as they should in captivity.The staff is almost always friendly and helpful (they even smiled and worked with me when I couldn't talk shortly after a tonsilectomy) and they almost always have exactly what I'm looking for in order to clean my bps tank or feed him.If you need supplies it's a good place to turn, but I personally try not to support this business whenever I can, and will be looking into buying frozen mice online rather than in store, but if I run out and need one in a pinch, I know PetSmart will be there for me.

I am absolutely devastated and disgusted at this Petsmart. We went in the buy 3 Guinea pigs, and one was very small and skinny, was backed up in a corner having breathing problems because she was shaking with every breath. She was clearly sick. When we told the associate who helped us get them we asked if she was okay and what was going on with her, and they said she was completely fine and kept reassuring she was okay to buy, so we did along with the other 2 Guinea pigs. The other 2 pigs however seemed to be in good health. However the sick Guinea pig they reassured us about buying ended up dying within 3 weeks! I ended finding out from an exotic vet that she was already dying when I had bought her. The most disgusting thing about this place is that they smiled in our faces saying “we can’t do anything about it”. Absolutely careless, I am SEVERELY disappointed. I’m just glad I didn’t leave her there to just be thrown in a dumpster when she past away. I just don’t understand how these people can be so careless and all about the money??? If it were their pet it would be different…

Grooming area is the worst,staff can never keep an appointment,when I do make an appointment I get a call within a couple hours to tell me that they overbooked for that day and need to reschedule,attempted at least half a dozen times,never had this issue at petco though

We waited 20 minutes to ask 2 questions about a Betta fish. We were told 4 times that someone would be right with us, one of which returned after 20 minutes. If you want people to return, hire more staff and ask staff to return when they ask for help.

Be super cautious about purchasing fish from this location. QUARENTINE. This place has ICH infection - Please don't let this discourage you from purchasing as I don't feel right about not giving fish a chance at a good life in a healthy tank, it is the lack of knowledge at this store. We purchased mollies and ended up with ICH infecting our entire tank, despite the fish having zero symptoms upon purchase. My other fish were purchased at the Walmart Supercenter on main & interstate and they were perfectly healthy & with no incident of ICH ever occuring at that location according to the manager (know employees and managers so no B/S) I swear to god if my pictus catfish dies during treatment I'm going to punch someone in the throat.

Asked the guy with the pallet jack, wearing a mask, on Saturday if they sold cat harnesses. He didn’t answer just started walking towards the cat section. Without saying a word led us to the cat collars. Without turning around to face us and without any acknowledgment to us at all he points, with his back still to us, at the cat collars briefly and then just walked away. It was so incredibly rude that we just left. Just a simple “Yes, they are with the cat collars,” would have been amazing. Very sad considering every other employee has always been amazing.

This store is very clean and well stocked. The employees were all busy helping customers, and this is a great thing to see. All animals and critters were in clean habitats and seemed comfortable. I was greeted at the register and treated like a valued customer. I recommend this location for its staff, store cleanliness, care of animals and critters and supply.

I got a puppy and decided to enroll her in a puppy class. Jess is wonderful, very patient with the puppy parents . Highly recommend.

Awful experience. I brought in my 8 month old puppy to be groomed. About 4 hours later I got a call saying that my baby was feeling sick and had diarrhea. The lady was super rude and said that if he had another accident before I got there then they would send him to the vet and make us pay those additional fees. I got there as soon as I could and when I did I was greeted with rude attitudes. They did not tell me anything about how his appointment went in person. Very unprofessional. My dog came out trembling and my dog is a very social lovable dog. It was very weird that he was so distraught. We got home and it took hours for him to get back to his normal happy silly self. I don’t know what happened but I will never be coming back. On top of all of this he was super irritated in spots to the point that it looked like he was about to bleed. Horrible experience please go somewhere else!!!

I only used aspects of the store that were related to aquariums, so I can't really rate the rest of the store, but in that regards they had pretty good prices, better than the their competition I think. The store layout was so so, the selection was so so, but the employees mostly really nice and very helpful. So I enjoyed my experience there.

I picked my dog up and I checked nail trimmer, hair brushed.I hugged to the dog and smelled him and I realized that they NEVER gave him a bath! Madison (Grooming) she told him to her team leader that she did gave him a bath including nail trimming and brush.I said nope she never did because I've been bringing my dogs to grooming more than 10 times. He said he will check the video and see if she did do her job. And got refunded. I am very disappointed because I went to Moore not even one issues!
