This place/workers and their self service dog wash is amazing!!! Great shampoos and conditioners — I also appreciated the face wash they had separately to safely clean my Lola’s muzzle. Blow dryer worked amazing though the temp was very low & my 60 pound dog was shivering a bit. All the workers are just the SWEETEST and make my Lola feel so loved and special. Came in the other day and Lola was treated like a princess as I was perusing the bully stick section, came back today to give her a bath. Super high quality treats here for a reasonable price as well, I’ll be back soon!!

Pawtopia is a phenomenal resource for pet parents. From their incredible selection of nutritious dog food and healthy puppy snacks, to the abundance of quality collars and harnesses for sale. The self-serve dog grooming station has been a life changer for my massive double coated dog and I. Having been a professional groomer in my past, I commend them in the highest regards for their exquisite utilities. It is a safe and comfortable environment, with every tool you could need to bathe your pup to the highest standard. I will forever recommend this place!

Literally have never felt more unwelcome in a place in my life. Came in to buy my dogs harnesses, treats, and some other products, and got followed, and even bumped into by an employee pretending not to follow me like a shoplifter. Was immediately followed and watched upon entering. Treated like a thief from the second I walked in the door, and I shouldn't have spent the money I did, nor did I even continue browsing for all the things I came to get.Went to Petco instead and spent my two hundred dollars on things there instead. They don't treat you like a criminal when you walk in to give them money.Ridiculous. Avoid this place unless you look like Poindexter, or you'll be treated like a criminal. So if you want to come spend money, make sure you're ready to have all hands on deck so you can't even walk down an aisle or browse.They'll strike up fake conversations with each other on every aisle, fake being on their phones and suddenly be on the aisle you're on, and just treat you like a criminal the entire time you're there, but suddenly all disappear the second you go to check out. They can't answer basic questions about anything, because it throws them off guard when you ask an actual question needing help, because they have to stop their fake conversations to answer. Worst shopping experience I've had anywhere in my entire life. Rude. Do better. I spend $700 a month on pet supplies that I will definitely continue to get elsewhere.

Huge selection of healthy treats that are actually GOOD for your pets. I always am greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Best selection of medication too Affordable prices on everything, on top of receiving discounts for returning each time. The dog wash station is top notch too! I only go to Pawtopia for all my dog needs.

Just moved here and came on a recommendation. Super nice place and they have everything you need and more. I took my dog to their bathing room and the set up is so nice. My dog has really bad anxiety and the staff were so nice about it and we even left with treats. Will definitely be back!

It’s a really nice place. The staff are great! They helped me get my dog into the bathing room and up into the tub so I could wash him. It was a struggle for real, so I really do appreciate the staff.

Two because the website says they close at 8p.m. I arrived at 7:40 and the doors were already locked and the employees just looked at me and my spouse. I may be back so I can update my review. This happened on Wednesday the 24th.

What a wonderful local business. We pulled our new dog Louie off of death row in Dallas and brought him home to Norman. Not surprisingly, he was very much in need of a bath.We had never been before but heard good things, so we took him to use the bathing faculty at Pawtopia and the staff treated the boy like he was a prince. Great folks.Shopping was wonderful after the luxurious bath. So much to choose from as far as food, toys, treats, and other stuff. We will be customers for life after this experience.

On the expensive side BUT great variety.I especially like the dog wash room which has 3 stainless steel waist high tubs and ALL the shampoo, conditioner, whitener you want at one fee based on dog size. Then dry them off with a high speed hand held dryer!

Love love love this place! Pawtopia is a one stop shop for your fur babies. They have a wide selection of food, treats, leashes, bedding, birthday cakes (frozen/unfrozen), cookies, you name it. They even give you free samples on your first visit. I love the fact they have units in the back for bathing that include all the products, dryer, and ramps. They have a professional dog groomer that visits twice a month! The staff is exceptionally helpful and answers any questions you have. Will definitely go back!

Bought the pink Tre Ponti made in Italy harness. I had measured around my puppies chest. When I entered Pawtopia I asked to borrow a tape measure and used it to pick out the pink Tre Ponti. Here’s a picture installed on puppy, perfect fit. Thank you Pawtopia for your help.

Great little store! Full of food, treats, toys, leashes/collars, and they have a self-service dog bath in the back. Three big tub baths and at least three dryers. They have tons of brushes too. They have shampoo, conditioner, and a few skin treatments too. All included in the cost of the bath. There is someone there to clip nails every other Sunday too for an additional $10. I spent $35 total and got my dogs nails clipped, I gave her a bath, and got her a new bone. They are all very nice and helpful too. I'd never used a self-service bath before so she explained everything to me well. They also have aprons so you don't get crazy wet. I will definitely be using this place from now on. Now I don't have to spend over $50 to have my dog bathed and I don't have to clean my house after trying to give her a bath at home!

Find high quality, all natural pet food, treats, toys, and other products. They also have a self service bathing/grooming station, fully stocked with shampoos, conditioner, nail clippers, and blow dryers. The employees are super kind, friendly and helpful! I am now a member and will no longer be shopping at petco. I highly suggest "FROMM" brand foods which are all natural, organic, and grain free. Every 10 bags you get one free

This place impressed me! I’ve been curious about the bathing station for a while so I decided to take my Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Sheppard mix to put it to the test. I was blown away. They have everything you need, brushes, scissors, nail clippers, combs, shampoo, conditioner, face wash, towels, grooming tables, literally everything. Just bring your dog! I don’t think Jake has been this clean in a while. We are planning on making a trip every month now.

This animal boutique is so awesome! They have a good selection of food, for both dogs and cats! They have a dog wash that has everything you could need for bathing your furbabies! They also have friendly and knowledgeable staff! This place is amazing! I think I might be making this store my NEW pet store for my furbabies!!!

I buy food and treats for my fur girl there. She is 12 years old and often has issues with food. I have her Zinniture she likes it and her fur has really gotten thicker, she also gets Frame canned. She loves the treats also, they have been out of the one she likes for some time, hopefully it will be in soon. They are very nice and helpful.

I took my dog here for the self service dog wash and the price and set up is so awesome. you walk in and let them know you need a diy dog wash then you pay and immediately go into the wash area. they have individual elevated tubs that your dog gets in and everything you need is right there. one hose is for soapy water the other hose is for rinsing off and they have conditioner then when your dog is rinsed off you towel dry them and move them to a waist high table to dry them off with a high powered blow dryer which my dog hated because of the noise lol. before we left they gave my dog a rawhide which was cool and that's about it. we will definitely be back. I think the total came out to $12. 🙂

My dogs love the special dog treats from here and they have a huge selection. A staff member was really helpful and gave us a vanilla cow ear for my pup to sample and he loved it. I go here every few weeks to pick up more!

Great place to take those fur babies for a bath. They make it so easy and a breeze to clean your pup. They provide, warm water, shampoo that’s tear free for those sad puppy eyes, smelly good blueberries shampoo and a deshedding shampoo, deshedding hair brush, towels and blow dryer. Awesome little treats for after their bath time. Greatest customer service ever.

This place is incredible! I experienced fantastic customer service on my first visit. My dog loved the massive natural treat selection, and the bathing/grooming facilities seem to be state of the art. Also, the pricing was very affordable, with a wash and use of the grooming facilities for only $10 on Thursdays. Also, the soaps and conditioners are free to use, and they have quite a selection! 10/10, definitely recommend.

Been going here since i got my giant german shepherd 3 years ago. Since i cant fit him in my tub at home, this place was perfect. The price is reasonable too. Everyone once in a while i get a free bath. Love the atmosphere and everyone is really caring. I was wanting to apply myself but i noticed they go through staff like crazy. Always someone different.
