It's never really too busy in the store at least whenever I go ...And I'm pretty sure if you ask anybody to help you find anything they would help you. All the employees are very attentive and will help you if you just raise your hand and start waving...And every time I've gone in they've had these bad boys 4 for $3! I know that you can't find these at 7:11 anymore because they put their own label on them and sell them for a little bit more so just so you know these are a pretty good deal here.

Before coming here, my initial thoughts were... Minimal selection, especially on produce and everything was going to be super expensive.To my surprise, I grabbed everything to make a pico de gallo. I was shocked.Everything was beautiful and smells amazing. For the convenience, the prices are definitely fair. Store was clean.If something isn't stocked, go ask someone. The cilantro was gone. I was bummed. I went to ask someone and they had it!! Their customer service is good too.Good job neighborhood store ❤️

Used to really like this store. 3 of the last 4 times I have had to wait in lines anywhere from 5-10 carts deep. I certainly understand the difficulty of finding employees…but the consistency of this is frustrating

The store itself is nice. It's clean and the employees are polite and helpful. But the prices are way above average. I like having the gas station out front. They will pump your gas for you if your female. But once again the prices are high. But you trade higher prices for good quality customer service. Something that's hard to find these days.

Very clean and organized. Pricey compared to Walmart or Crest, but great for when you are in a bind and don't want to drive all the way into town. Deli is excellent! Great selection of meats, bakery items and also has a gas station outside.

Convince is the key word out here. Prices aren't too bad for being out here.Update from 4 stars to 1 star: Some of the staff feels very comfortable using the 'N' word and making racial slurs about anyone not Caucasian when they think no one around will care. I called corporate after hearing a staff member using this language. They are still employed with Harps, so I am going to believe management supports this behavior. Sad, because this was my go to store. Now, I am only stopping in if absolutely necessary.

The prices are higher than Walmart, but you're paying for the convenience. If you live out on the South side of the lake and Noble is too far, you're coming here. Their bakery is amazing and they're hot food is also always delicious.

It's just a country store... prices are high on most stuff, but they do have deals. Occasionally, they have meat sales on the weekends. The hot food is good but very pricey! An 8 piece chicken meal is like $30 bucks! It has gone up $10 buck recently! Won't be doing the chicken run any more due to the price!

This place is clean and everything but is way way way way too expensive the only reason I go here is because it's closer than going to Shawnee but I hate it cuz it's so expensive and then I'm always wishing I would have went through Shawnee in the first place. You don't have at least like 150 bucks you're barely going to get anyting.

Friendly, helpful employees. Entire store is climate controlled, well lit, orderly and very clean and well maintained. Huge selection of store brands and name brand groceries with a great delicatessen, walk in beer cooler and overall pleasant environment. .. All prices are at the very least, competitive. All highest marks for this store!

Middle of nowhere !!This store has all the stuff you need and find in a neighborhood supermarket. The big deal is that they are out here in nowersville with all of us city escapees. Not so hard living in the woods with a store like Harps providing service, products and employment

For the rural community Harps is a life saver. Sure beats going all the way back into town and hitting a Walmart.They often have great specials on meat, the veggies are a little pricey, the deli is generally good, and the beer selection is solid.

The prices have gone up since day one of their taking over. The service is awful, never enough cashiers. Generally only have one open register at a time. Never waited in line when it was Country Boy.

I get attitude from certain cashiers, and others are awesome, I also feel like they never have exactly what I want, so I have to settle for next best thing. Glad they have a big selection of off brands though. I mostly gave 4 stars for the fact, a cashier at the tobacco counter named Kevin, always has a smile on his face, a great attitude, and makes the whole trip 110% better. Keep it up Kevin!!

The is no place like the only place. Price gouging mo'fos. The aisles become more and more bare as time goes on. The staff are awesome. Some of the biggest soft hearts I have ever met. The location is good. The community benefits from fundraising and other activities. The only thing that is not a good thing is the absence of necessity. Necessity products fly off the shelf at the speed of sound. That is nerve racking.

I shop Harp's at least once a week. I am always impressed with the cleanliness of the store, and the great selection of food items and other products, including plants and flowers. My grandparents shopped here when I was young, the memories of getting deli items for picnics refreshes my mind every time I go in the store. :)

Didn't think it could get worse but definitely did. Don't go there and try to get something from the Deli they are out of most products on hot line by 6 o'clock in the evening. Don't care about customer service at all you only get excuses not any kind of action.Went back to the Deli for the first time in 6 months much improved

Poor service and out of alot of items...all the time..deli has gone way down hill and overpriced...Sure will elaborate..during peak food times..(lunch and dinner..they are missing 3-5 items in the chicken and extras...then let's talk price. example ..the mashed potatoes..a medium. By weight..us ridiculous. When you can go to other restaurants and get a side for less. Now let's talk okra.Used to be 1.89 a lb..now look at it...plus I don't believe anyone on evening shift knows anything about hold times on food product.Now the so called new fried corn. Got it home..took a bite...pulled off the batter..Looked like 3 day old corn that was held under heat lamp to long...is this new method of controlling food cost and waste...need more?

I just buy fuel at Harps. Groceries and everything else way overpriced. I realize most stores can't beat Walmarts prices, I get that. But tack on an extra couple of dollars (or more) on every item...well, its a bit too much for me. Akin to price gouging imo. May as well buy groceries at a convenience store. I'm willing to pay for convenience sometimes. Harps is not that. Long waits in line, really lousy checkers. In defense of the checkers tho, I will say they are far superior to management. So, yeah. No. Gas is higher priced also, compared to other places, but it's good fuel so I pay it. 5 stars for fuel. 1 star for the grocery experience.
